본 연구는 취약점 분석 평가 수행 시 N/A 점검항목이 보안 수준 결과에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여, 본 논문에서는 취약점 분석 평가 범위 및 점검항목과 정량적 산출 방식을 이용하였으며, 항목의 중요성에 따른 등급과 가중치를 부여하였다. 또한, 주위 환경과 IT 기술 발달로 기관은 항상 위험에 노출되어 있으므로 위험 허용 수준을 적용하여 실증적 분석을 수행하였다. 분석한 결과, N/A 점검항목이 보안 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 증명되었다. 즉, 취약점 분석 평가 수행 시 기관 특성상 연계성이 없는 점검항목은 제외시켜야 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 실증검증을 토대로 기관 특성과 연계성을 갖지 않는 항목을 제외한 후 보안 수준 평가를 수행해야 함을 시사 하였으며, 기관 특성을 고려한 취약점 분석 평가 점검항목 정립 모델 연구가 필요함을 제시하였다.

This paper is proposed the parametric empirical Bayes(EB) confidence intervals which corrects the deficiencies in the naive EB confidence intervals of the scale parameter in the Weibull distribution under item-censoring scheme. In this case, the bootstrap EB confidence intervals are obtained by the parametric bootstrap introduced by Laird and Louis(1987). The comparisons among the bootstrap and the naive EB confidence intervals through Monte Carlo study are also presented.

The goal of this article is to study the performances of various empirical Bayes simultaneous interval estimates for all pairwise comparisons. The considered empirical Bayes interval estimaters are those based on unbiased estimate, a hierarchical Bayes estimate and a constrained hierarchical Bayes estimate. Simulation results for small sample cases are given and an illustrative example is also provided.

A technique that provides prediction intervals based on a model called an empirical linear model is discussed. The technique, high-dimensional empirical linear prediction (HELP), involves principal component analysis, factor analysis and model selection. HELP can be viewed as a technique that provides prediction (and confidence) intervals based on a factor analysis models do not typically have justifiable theory due to nonidentifiability, we show that the intervals are justifiable asymptotically.

We consider the empirical Bayes confidence intervals that attain a specified level of EB coverage for the scale parameter in the Burr distribution under type II censoring data. Also, we compare the coverage probabilities and the expected confidence interval lengths for these confidence intervals through simulation study.

The purpose of this study was to conduct the review of female labor suply, and thus, to provide useful theoretical and empirical frameworks for future studies related to female labor supply. Based on the theory of the allocation of time, the process of individual labor supply was systematically reviewed. Participation Probit/Logit, Tobit, and Selection B;ias Corrected Regression were considered in estimating the function of female labor supply which modifies the selection bias. Based on the previous empirical results, wage rate, asset income, husband's income, the level of eduction, and child-related variables such as the presence of child and the number of children might be considered for the empirical specification of female labor supply.

The paper compares the performance of some widely used Bayesian estimators such as Bayes estimator, empirical Bayes estimator, constrained Bayes estimator and constrained Bayes estimator by means of a new measurement under squared error loss function for the typical normal-normal situation. The proposed measurement is a weighted sum of the precisions of first and second moments. As a result, one can gets the criterion according to the size of prior variance against the population variance.

본 연구는 국내 잡 크래프팅 연구에 대한 기초자료와 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 통합적 문헌 고찰을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 2019년 8월까지 KCI 등재지 혹은 등재후보지에 발표된 논문 중 양적연구 61편을 연구대상으로 선정하여, 용어번역, 측정도구와 하위요인 구성, 변인 활용, 선행변인, 결과변인 등에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 국내 잡 크래프팅 연구는 2015년에 들어서면서 본격적으로 양적인 확대가 이루어졌으며, 심리학, 인적자원개발학, 경영학, 관광학 등의 분야에서 발표되고 있다는 점이 확인되었다. 또한 'job crafting'에 대한 매우 다양한 용어번역이 활용되고 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 측정도구와 관련하여서는 Job Crafting Questionnaire, Job Crafting Scale 등이 가장 활발히 활용되고 있다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 또한 잡 크래프팅은 국내의 양적연구에서 독립변인, 종속변인, 매개변인 등으로 고르게 활용되고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 끝으로 국내 연구에서는 총 48개의 선행변인과 29개의 결과변인이 잡 크래프팅과 유의미한 관계를 맺고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 일부 변인은 연구에 따라 선행요인과 결과변인 모두로 활용될 수 있다는 사실도 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 시사점과 실천적 시사점 및 향후 연구의 제언도 본 연구는 포함하고 있다.

Recently, Service Level Management(SLM) including SLA has been developing to manage the level of information systems service. Although previous SLA studies have provided the conceptual model and critical success factors, the studies have not tested the effectiveness of the SLA by way of the empirical study. In this study, we applied an innovation decision making theory to our model and tested an empirical study using of a firm survey data. We suggested a SLM model, which consists of SLA planning, application, management dimensions. We found that the SLM's management stage has an impact on performance, whereas SLM's planning and application has not. At each sub dimensional analysis, there are found that adequate SLA indicators in the application stage influences performance and change management and feedback & reporting in the management stage influence performance.

The study explored empirically user participatory design methods for realizing user demand efficiently and evaluating alternatives systematically by using design indicators such as the design quality indicators system of the UK. In the empirical exploratory process utilizing design indicators, the study selected design indicators, and conducted a survey of design realization methods, evaluation methods, and user participatory design utilizing design indicators. Also, concerning the empirical exploratory process, it can be classified into a preliminary survey aimed at those majoring in architecture; a user group survey aimed at elementary school students, parents, and teachers; and a professional group survey aimed at professionals in architecture. In particular, the study carried out the survey for the empirical exploratory process of user participatory design by combining on-line and off-line methods.
