감정노동자의 감성지능이 직업 정서적 만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 -중등 교사와 간호사의 비교- (The Effects of Emotional Quotient of Emotion laborers on Their Vocational Emotional Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment -The comparison of Secondary Schoolteachers and Nurse -)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원 간호사와 중등 교사들을 대상으로 감성지능에 따른 직업 정서적 만족과 직무만족, 조직몰입을 파악하고 각각의 변인들 간의 연관성을 확인하여 직업군별로 비교 분석하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 K시 소재 종합병원 간호사 58명과 동 소재 중등교사 48명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료 수집은 2014년 6월 15일부터 6월 30일까지 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Window 17.0, t-test, ANOVA 및 $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test를 하였고, 연관성은 피어슨 상관계수와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 감정노동자의 감성지능은 전반적으로 직업 정서적 만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 정적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이것은 감정노동자의 근무여건과 효율적인 제도를 마련할 수 있는 방안 모색에 기초자료가 될 것이다.

콜센터 상담원의 감성지능, 조직시민행동과 IT활용능력이 직무 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 상담원의 경력 비교 (An Exploratory Study on Effect of Call Center Representatives' Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and IT Utilization Ability on Job Performance : A Comparative Analysis by Representatives' Career)

  • Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

주거환경 스트레스와 감성지능의 상관성 연구 (A Study on Correlations between Residential Stress and Emotional Intelligence Quotient)

  • Recently, people's attitude toward residential environment has been changed from a simple shelter to a place affecting their mental function, and the change has increased demand for high quality of residential environment. Nevertheless, a number of unsatisfactory elements that do not meet the demand of residents for residential environment have continuously caused them to be exposed to stress. The purpose of this study is to explore the importance of residential environment by examining stress factors from the residential environment and finding out the effects of the residential environment stress on human emotional intelligence quotient and its application pattern. This study was carried out using not only self-report questionnaires with the Likert 5-point scale to find out the origin of residential environment stress factors, but the emotional intelligence quotient measuring device developed by Wong & Low (2000) to analyse correlations between the residential environment stress and emotional intelligence quotient. The questionnaire survey in this study was carried our among students of D College, and data were analysed using the statistical program SPSS, version 14.0.

중년여성의 우울증과 식생활 실천과의 관계: 정서적 섭식의 매개효과 (Relation between depression and dietary practice among middle-aged women: mediating effect of emotional eating)

  • 본 연구는 서울과 경기도 지역의 중년여성 345명을 대상으로 우울증, 정서적 섭식 및 식생활과의 관련성을 분석하고 우울증과 식생활과의 관계에서 정서적 섭식의 매개효과에 대하여 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 우울증 군별 영양지수 점수는 균형과 다양 및 식행동의 점수가 정상군보다 우울증군에서 낮았으며, 절제 점수는 정상군보다 우울증경계군과 우울증군에서 낮았다. 우울증 군별 정서적 섭식 점수는 정상군보다 우울증군에서 높았다. 우울증, 정서적 섭식 및 영양지수와의 편상관관계를 분석한 결과 우울증은 정서적 섭식과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 영양지수의 모든 요인, 즉 균형, 다양, 절제, 식행동과 모두 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 정서적 섭식은 영양지수 요인 중 다양과 절제와 각각 음의 상관성이 있었다. 우울증과 영양지수와의 관계에서 정서적 섭식의 매개효과를 부트스트래핑을 적용하여 통계분석한 결과 우울증은 정서적 섭식을 매개체로 하여 영양지수 요인 중 절제에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 우울증이 식생활 실천으로 연계되는 과정에서 정서적 섭식이 매개체로서 건강하지 못한 식품의 섭취에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

직장인의 역경지수가 조직적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Adaptation of Workers' Adversity Quotation)

  • 본 연구는 직장인의 역경지수가 조직적응에 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 조직적응은 기업측면에서 개인의 성공을 예측할 수 있는 결정인자로써 다차원적인 조직적응을 설명할 수 있는 중범위 이론으로 역경지수의 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 중소 이상의 기업에 근무하는 서울경기 지역 직장인을 대상으로 연구목적에 대해 서면 동의한 총 202명이다. 자료수집은 2013년 8월~10월까지 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 활용하였다. 역경지수의 도구는 Adversity Quotient Profile(AQP)를 이용하였고, 수집된 자료는 상관관계와 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 역경지수는 감성지능 및 복원력과 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 회귀분석에서는 역경지수, 감성지능, 복원력이 조직적응을 19.9% 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며 회귀계수에서는 역경지수만이 유의성을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 직장인의 조직적응을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 역경지수가 중요 변수임이 확인되었다.

소셜미디어 분석기반 재난안전 감성모델 연구 (Research of Emotion Model on Disaster and Safety based on Analyzing Social Media)

  • People use social media platforms such as Twitter to leave traces of their personal thoughts and opinions. In other words, social media platforms retain the emotions of the people as it is, and accurately understanding the emotions of the people through social media will be used as a significant index for disaster management. In this research, emotion type modeling method and emotional quotient quantification method will be proposed to understand the emotions present in social media platforms. Emotion types are primarily analyzed based on 3 major emotions of affirmation, caution, and observation. Then, in order to understand the public's emotional progress according to the progress of disaster or accident and government response in detail, negative emotions are broken down into anxiety, seriousness, sadness, and complaint to enhance the analysis. Ultimately, positive emotions are further broken down into 3 more emotions, and Russell emotion model was used as a reference to develop a model of 8 primary emotions in order to acquire an overall understanding of the public's emotions. Then, the emotional quotient of each emotion was quantified. Based on the results, overall emotional status of the public is monitored, and in the event of a disaster, the public's emotional fluctuation rate could be quantitatively observed.

자폐스펙트럼장애 아동에서 대소변 가림 여부에 따른 사회지수 및 감각처리기능 비교 (Comparison of Social Quotient and Sensory Processing According to the Toileting Ability in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in social quotient and sensory processing function between completed-toileting and incomplete-toileting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We aims to provide a basis for the training of children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods : The subjects of this research were children with ASD, aged from 4 to 7, receiving sensory integration therapy at the H-Child Development Research Center in Busan, South Korea. After recruiting 30 parents who had children with ASD, we interviewed them and we divided their children into completed-toileting group and incomplete-toileting group based on the past researches. We assessed them using the Social Maturity Scale and Sensory Profile. Spearman correlation was used to analyze between the sensory processing score and social quotient. Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the Sensory Profile scores of the two groups. Results : The social quotient was correlated with the sensory processing score in the most of component as for auditory processing, vestibular processing, touch processing, multisensory processing, orosensory processing, except for visual processing. The groups of completed-toileting and incomplete-toileting group showed statistically significant intergroup difference in sensory seeking, emotional reactive, oral-sensory sensitivity, and inattention/distractibility in the sensory factor region. No statistically significant difference from intergroup was observed in any modulation areas, nor in behavioral & emotional response domains. Conclusion : A significant intergroup difference was observed in the most of sensory processing areas, except for modulation areas and behavioral & emotional response domains. The result revealed that toileting is significantly correlated with sensory processing. Therefore, this study suggests that the sensory processing function should be considered in the toilet training of children with ASD.

뉴로피드백 훈련이 청각장애 학생들의 정서적 성향에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Neurofeedback Traing on the hearing impairments Student about Emotional)

  • 본 연구는 2009년 3월부터 2010년 2월까지 S시 M동에 위치한 A청각장애특수학교 학생 39명(실험군 25명, 대조군 14명)을 대상으로 뉴로피드백 훈련이 청각장애학생들의 정서적 성향에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 뇌파측정을 하였으며 뇌파 정보를 토대로 뉴로피드백 훈련을 적용하여 훈련 전과 후의 뇌 기능 변화 결과를 분석하였다. 뇌파측정 결과 가장 낮은 점수를 훈련 모드로 채택하여 A학교 훈련실에서 일주일에 2회 실시하였으며, 1회당 훈련 시 간은 40분간, 방학을 제외한 9개월 정도를 실시하였다. 정서적, 심리적 반응 측정을 위한 도구는 POMS(Profile of M ood State) 기분상태 설문지를 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 주의지수(좌 우), 항스트레스 지수(좌 우)가 통계적으로 유의 하였다. 둘째, 청각장애 학생들의 기분상태 설문지가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때 청각장애학생 들의 정서적 성향에 뉴로피드백 훈련이 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 검증되었다.

초등학생(初等學生)의 정서지능과 이타행동(利他行動)과의 관계(關係) (The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence Quotient and Altruism of Elementary School Students)

  • Differences and relationships between Emotional Intelligence Quotient(E.Q.) and altruism of elementary school students were analyzed by the demographics of age, residence, and level of education of mothers and mothers' parenting attitudes. Subjects were 469 sixth grade students in urban and rural areas and their mothers. Results showed that parenting attitude was influenced by mothers' living area and level of education. Elementary students' E.Q. was related to their living area. The students' altruism was related to living area and mother's level of education. There was a significant relationship between E.Q. and altruistic behaviors of elementary school children.
