실내조경에 의한 스트레스 해소효과 (The effect of Recovery from Psychological Stress by Interior Landscape Spaces)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of recovery from psychological stress when watching plants indoors. As an instrument of measurement of psychological stress, Galvanic Skin Resistance(GSR) has been used because it has been convenient to read a psychological sign without a medical sense and an instrument. In order to make the conditions of stress and recovery, video programs have been made, and especially, the video program of recovery has consisted of three types-- types 1 of watching plants in a botanical garden, type 2 of watching very bush street, and type 3 of closing eyes naturally. The two groups of normal and the mentally handicapped persons have been participated in this experiment to compare the effect of recovery. As the result of this test, the rate of stress relief has been maximumly effected by watching the video program of plants. Between the two groups the recovery of stress has had better effects on the mentally handicapped than the normal one. And also it shows that the circumstances of emotional refinement is led by having plants in indoor. The result of this test has been turned out to be highly useful. It is desirable that a indoor worker, staying for a long time, contact with plants visually to keep healthy mental conditions. This study suggests that the surrounding conditions or the settings of circumstances play an important role for the emotional refinement of the groups of mentally han야capped persons as well as the normal person.

비영리기관 종사자의 소진이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 - 건강가정지원센터와 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 (The Effect of Burnout in Non-profit Organization Worker's on Organizational Effectiveness -A Focus on the Healthy Family Support Center and Multicultural Family Support Center)

  • This study focused on the Healthy Family Support Center and Multicultural Family Support Center, which supervise the main field of family resource management with institutional household factors. Our research objective was to present datas demonstrating an improvement in the organizational effectiveness of the Multicultural Family Support Center. The burn out average of employees working for the non-profit organization was 2.45, emotional burnout was 2.87, achievement was 2.43, and dehumanization was 2.06. The effectiveness average of the nonprofit organization was 3.56, profitability was 3.65, job satisfaction was 3.58, and organizational commitment was 3.45. The generic characters that caused burnout were age, information, and professionalism in research. The generic characters and burnout that affected the organizational effectiveness included a lack of accomplishment, and emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization, lack of information and professionalism, lack of external resources in that order. The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of burnout in order to prevent job changes and to provide basic data for the improvement of organizational effectiveness.

유통기업 리더의 코칭행동이 구성원의 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 진정성리더십의 매개효과와 감성지능의 조절효과 (The Effect of Distribution Enterprise Leader's Coaching Behavior on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention: Mediating Role of Authentic Leadership and Moderating Role of Emotional Intelligence)

  • Purpose - In accordance with the recent changes in the management environment, leaders are required to have an ability of drawing and inducing potential of each worker. Coaching, as one of the strategies of human resources development, is drawing people's attention. This study aims to inquire about the mechanism of leader's coaching behavior which influences the attitude and behavior of workers. Firstly, this study intends to illustrate what kind of influences the leader's coaching behavior can give on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Secondly, it plans to verify the mediating effect of authentic leadership in the relationship between leader's coaching behavior and organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Thirdly, it aims to prove the moderating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship among leader's coaching behavior, organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Research design, data and methodology - In order to figure out how the leader's coaching behavior influences attitude of workers, authentic leadership is considered as mediating effect. As for a moderating effect, we have determined emotional intelligence which attracts attention in the recent studies on organizational behavior, so as to investigate the correlation among variables. As for study sample, it was targeted to 236 organizational members of distribution corporations whose leader's coaching behavior is required. For reaching the purpose of study, SPSS 20 was applied for the analysis. Results - The research findings can be summarized as follows: Firstly, leader's coaching behavior gives significant positive influences on organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, leader's coaching behavior gives negative influences on turnover intention of organizational members. Secondly, the mediating effect of authentic leadership was proved in the relationship between leader's coaching behavior and attitude of workers. Based on the analysis, it turned out that authentic leadership doesn't give a mediating effect in the bilateral relationship. Lastly, the moderating effect of emotional intelligence was proved in terms of how the leader's coaching behavior influences the attitude of workers. The research result shows that the emotional intelligence influences towards the negative direction, in the correlation between coaching behavior and organizational citizenship behavior On the other hand, in the relationship with turnover intention, It was significant effect. Conclusions - Based on the research findings, we have intended to inquired about the mechanism of leader's coaching behavior which influences the attitude and behavior of workers. Furthermore, in the operational level, the following implications can be given: the importance of coaching activation in the operational level was confirmed, through inquiring into the influence of leader's coaching behavior on workers. Moreover, the importance of emotional intelligence, which has been steadily raised, was also confirmed. It is necessary for future study to carry out additional research on various factors of coaching which can influence the effectiveness of coaching, for instance, coaching process, coach's competency, characteristics of coaching customers, relationship with coaching customers and coaching system.

A Study on Emotional Labor of Home Elderly Welfare Center Certified Nursing Assistants

  • 재가노인복지센터 요양보호사들의 감정노동에 관한 연구를 통해 복지센터의 운영과 요양보호사의 근무환경을 개선하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 K시와 J도 소재 재가노인복지센터 소속 요양보호사 138명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 통계적 분석을 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0을 이용하여 신뢰도 Cronbach's α 계수산출, t-test, 분산분석, Pearson 적률상관계수와 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 재가노인복지센터 요양보호사들의 감정노동 차이는 치매 교육, 근무경력, 고용 형태, 학력, 나이순으로 감정노동 정도가 더 높았다. 둘째, 조사대상의 소진 정도는 근무경력, 치매 교육, 고용 형태, 나이순으로 높았다. 마지막으로 업무 스트레스, 감정노동은 업무소진에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 요양보호사들의 업무소진 방지를 위한 체계적인 감정조절 경험사례와 치매 교육, 서비스 대처 방법에 관한 업무 환류와 업무 스트레스 완화를 근무 여건 개선 대책 연구가 필요하다.

멕시코의 관광산업과 감정노동의 다차원성 (Tourism Industry and the Multidimensionality of Emotional Labor in Mexico)

  • 관광산업에서는 종사자들이 고객들과 직접 대면 접촉을 할 기회가 빈번하다는 점에서 감정노동과 관련된 문제가 발생할 가능성이 매우 높은 분야이다. 그렇지만 감정노동이 유사한 상황에서 항상 모두에게 동일한 형태로 인식되는 것은 아니다. 조사지에서 보는 것과 같이 감정노동은 개인의 특성과 사회문화적, 경제적 상황에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. 감정노동에 영향을 미치는 요소가 대단히 많고, 또 이런 요소들이 미치는 영향력의 수준은 시기와 장소에 따라 상이하게 표출될 수도 있다. 감정노동에 대한 생각이나 감정 노동으로 인한 스트레스 등 심리적, 정신적 고통은 여러 가지 요인에 의해 달라진다. 연령, 근무기간, 성별에 따라 감정노동에 대한 판단은 분명한 차이를 보인다. 특히 미국으로의 국제노동이주의 경험이나 향후에 국제노동 이주에 참여할 의사가 있는 사람들의 경우에는 감정노동을 심각한 문제로 인식하지 않거나 오히려 긍정적인 사회문화적 경험으로 받아들이는 경우가 많았다. 실제로 오아하카에 다양한 형태의 관광분야 종사자들이 존재하고, 이들이 겪는 경험은 개인과 경제적, 사회문화적 환경에 따라 매우 다르다. 오아하카의 관광 분야 종사자들의 감정노동도 여러 가지 조건에 따라 다양한 형태를 지니고 있다. 감정노동의 긍정적 혹은 부정적 인식과 결과는 개인과 작업조건의 상황에 따라 상이하게 표출된다. 즉 개인의 인성이나 경험, 사회문화적 특성, 작업장에서의 자율성 등 사회경제적 조건이 상당한 영향을 미친다. 결과적으로 개인에게 표현되고 이해되는 감정노동의 형태와 영향은 상당히 다양하고 상황에 따라 변화할 수도 있다. 이런 문제들을 고려하면 감정노동이 나타나는 방식은 경제적 요소 뿐 아니라 사회문화적 혹은 개인적 요소에 의해 상당한 영향을 받는다. 또 특정 업종이나 일의 성격에 따라 감정노동의 존재와 심각성을 주어진 것으로 간주하기보다, 개인에 따른 감정노동의 차이를 인지하고, 감정노동으로 인한 문제의 심각성을 경험하는 방식과 내용이 개인마다 상당히 다르다는 점도 함께 인식해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 감정노동의 역동성과 다양성, 다차원성을 분명하게 새로운 시각으로 파악할 필요가 있다.

의료기관 비정규직의 차별경험과 삶의 질 관계 분석 (Association between Discrimination Experience and Quality of Life among Non-regular workers in Hospitals)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the association between discrimination experience and quality of life among non-regular workers in hospitals. Methodology: The data was collected from 292 employees of 7 university hospitals using a standardized questionnaire. In research methodology, the data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis. Findings: In case of non-regular workers, inequality of distribution, position unfairness, employment instability, number of discrimination experiences were found to have a negative(-) effect on quality of life. Religion, income in general characteristics had a significant positive(+) effect on quality of life. And the discrimination of non-regular woman workers was higher and the quality of life was lower than that of men. Practical Implications: These results showed that hospitals needed active efforts to create non-regular woman-friendly work environment. In addition, active religious activities gave emotional stability and positive effect to no-regular workers.

노인복지관의 조직문화와 사회복지사의 감성지능이 LMX(리더-구성원 관계), TMX(팀-구성원 관계)에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influency of Senior welfare center's organizational culture, Social worker's Emotional Intelligence on Effect of Leader- Member Exchange(LMX), Team-Member Exchange(TMX))

  • 본 연구는 노인복지관 사회복지사들을 대상으로 LMX, TMX를 높이기 위하여 조직문화 감성지능의 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 150 노인복지관을 대상으로 총 315부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 우편으로 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 총 33개 기관 189부이다. 조사기간은 2016년 1월부터 두달간 이루어졌고 요인분석, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 관계문화와 사회복지사의 감성지능이 LMX, TMX에 정적인 영향을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지관의 구성원들의 수평적, 수직적 상호관계를 증진하기 위하여 관계문화의 형성이 필요하며, 구성원들의 감성지능의 중요성을 확인하였다.

기혼여성의 비정규 노동과 일/가족 갈등 -학습지 교사를 중심으로 (Married Women's contingent Work and Work/Family Conflicts - Concentrating on Study Paper Instructors)

  • The goal of this study is to analyze the complicated and diverse nature of the relationship between work and family life for the study paper instructors of whom are married women. The survey data for these analyses were from an in depth interview which was conducted with the 21 contingent female workers as study samples. They are the married women, who started to work or returned to work after an absence to raise a family. The results showed that in reality the contingent female worker faced worse working conditions than the full time female labour force, even if women were determined to be a study paper instructor to meet work and family demand. It was the contingent women worker with a short time work experience who were in the worst position tlo adjust their working arrangements to suit their family needs and were confronted with the greater inter-role friction as a vulnerable group. The study revealed that instrumental and emotional support of husband has a positive effect on maintaining job role and lessening role conflicts and stress of the women. The work/family relationship indicated its double side, conflict and support. The women simply could not afford to depend on the psychological support form family in the midst of the inferior employment conditions and the absence of social support. This strategy, however, was based on the family ideology and the patriarchal gender division of labor. It caused the overload, stress and poor health of women involving some risk to give up the work.

관광업체 종사자의 잡스케이프(jobscape)와 심리적 복지감의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 조절효과에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study on the Moderating Effects of Ego-resilience on the relationship between Jobscape and Psychological Welfare of the Employees in Tourism Industry)

  • 본 연구는 감정노동자들의 직무만족감 개선을 위한 심리학적 융합연구이며, 관광업체 종사자의 잡스케이프가 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향과 그러한 관계에서 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 서울지역 여행업체 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과 물리적 정서적 사회적 환경을 포함하는 잡스케이프는 심리적 복지감의 하위요인인 심리적 안녕감에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 심리적 소진에는 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 잡스케이프와 심리적 안녕감, 그리고 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 관광업체 종사자들의 심리적 복지감에는 잡스케이프가 중요한 요인이며, 특히 자아탄력성이 중요한 조절변수임을 밝힘으로써 관광업체 종사자의 자아탄력성의 역할에 대한 중요성을 제시하고 있다.

사업장 근로자의 고혈압 관리를 위한 자가발반사요법의 효과 (Effects of Self-foot Reflexology Shown in Hypertension Workers)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Self-foot reflexology (SFR) on the hypertension of workers. The purpose of the research was to evaluate: levels of knowledge, physical and emotional condition, work stress and fatigue on the hypertension of employees in the workplace. Quasi-experimental study was designed in the setting of a nonequivalent control and experimental Group applied by the pre and post test. The total subjects undertaken in the study were total of 34 employees working in three companies in Seoul. The SFR program was consisted of 6 phases. There were 2 minutes for preparation, 4 minutes for slow down, 26 minutes for base reflex, symptoms of a disease reflex and excretion reflex stimulation. Finally, there was 20 minutes relaxation in a comfortable posture and drinking hot water after blood pressure was checked in the order. This program was running 55 minutes a day everyday three times a week during the entire 8 week course. The finding showed blood pressure was reduced significantly. Moreover, the level of total cholesterol. high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, depression, work stress, and fatigue were decreased in the study. But, they were not statistically significant except as it related to Group comparisons in time. The level of state anxiety was statistically significant between 2 Groups, but not in the time comparison of both Groups. As a summary of the study results, the SFR program was regarded as contributing to the physical and emotional promotion of employees. It had partially increased body circulations of functional organ related to the SFR sites. And, it improved relaxation of physical and mental condition through energy movement 'Chi'. Therefore, the SFR technique should be considered as an effective skill of a nursing program. Furthermore, it can be newly adopted as a nursing curriculum as a part of alternative treatment. However, it still needed to testify its effects through the review study.
