간호조무사의 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Mental Health of Nurse's Aides)

  • 본 연구는 간호조무사의 정신건강에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 수도권 지역에 근무하는 간호조무사 227명이었으며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 10월 중 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호조무사의 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정서적 안정성, 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 주관적 신체건강인식이었으며, 이들의 설명력은 64.6%였다. 이러한 결과로 간호조무사의 정신건강증진을 위하여 정서적 안정성, 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 주관적 신체건강인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

자폐성 장애아동 치료환경에 대한 감성평가분석 (Sensibility Estimation Analysis about Treatment Circumstance of Children with Autism)

  • This study verified a hypothesis "treatment circumstance that considers character of children with autism has an effect on emotion stability", and I set the final aim to suggest emotional design elements according to treatment program and also to construct basic data about study of treatment circumstance of children with autism. So I conduct a survey of teachers of nine centers for the disabled about "satisfaction about treatment circumstance, importance of design elements of treatment circumstance that increase children's with autism stability, sensibility estimation about treatment circumstance" and committed statistical analysis. As the results, emotional design elements that have to be improved are the wall finishing material, the color of the wall, and the artificial lighting. The color of the wall has an effect on importance of treatment circumstance and emotional design elements influence 47% to satisfaction of treatment circumstance. It get the positive result about the hypothesis "treatment circumstance that considers character of children with autism has an effect on emotion stability".

대학생의 개인 심리 특성이 안전행동에 미치는 영향 탐색 (An Exploratory Study of the Individual Characteristics Influencing the Safety Behavior of University Students)

  • As a range of accidents happen frequently in our society due to safety insensitivity, researches on individual psychological characteristics related to safety behavior and on safety education are increasing. However, safety behavior research that targets university students as potential employees remains rare. Therefore, this research investigates individual characteristics and psychological factors that affect safety behaviors of university students. Research participants were 131 university students (80 males, 51 females) from the Gyeonggi-do and Chungnam areas. Psychological characteristics (self-regulation, cognitive failure, conscientiousness, and emotional stability) were included as variables that may predict university students' safety behaviors (habits, compliance, mistakes, and violations). The major findings of the study are as follows. Stepwise regression analysis showed conscientiousness was a major predictor explaining safety habits and safety compliance; Cognitive failure and emotional stability were main predictors explaining safety mistakes, and self-regulation was a major predictor explaining safety violations. These findings suggest that development of proper education programs focusing on individual characteristics would allow systematic improvement of safety behaviors of university students.

학습부적응 아동을 위한 학습클리닉 프로그램 효과분석 (Analysis of Effectiveness of Learning Clinic Program for Learning Maladjusted Children)

  • The purpose of this study is to help with education by applying the learning clinic program to the maladjusted children to improve the emotional stability and academic achievement. In order to find the components of the learning clinic program, we have classified self efficacy, learning motivation, anxiety, and academic stress as emotional factors and the results of Korean language, mathematics, sociology and science as academic achievement factors to examine the effects of the program. The results obtained in this study are followings. Firstly, there was significant difference in self efficacy and anxiety between boys and girls among emotional factors, and there was significant difference in math between boys and girls among academic achievement factors. Secondly, after applying the learning clinic program, significant difference is found in all factors such as self efficacy, learning motivation, anxiety and academic stress, and there was also a significant difference in Korean language, mathematics, sociology and science among academic achievement factors. In conclusion, the learning clinic program was helpful to maladjusted children by improving emotional stability and academic achievement.

인생과 월경 전기 증후군과의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (Premenstrual Syndrome and Personality)

  • This study was planned and carried out to investigate the correlation between premenstrual syndrome and personality in order to provide informations basic to the prevention, alleviation, and care for the premenstrual syndrome. Data on premenstrual syndrome were gatherd from October 20 to 25, 1986 by questionnaire modified by the researcher based on Endicott's Premenstrual Assessment Form. Reliability of the instrument was tested by Cronbach's $\alpha$. Data on personality were gathered in March, 1986, by the high school autorities by standardized Personality Inventory Scale developed by Eung Yun Hwang were used. Subjects numbered 457, 95.2% of the first grade students of H. Girls High School located in Seoul. The correlation and difference between personality traits and premenstrual syndrome analysed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and difference between groups were analysed by the t-test. Personality traits influencing premenstrual syndromal categories were analysed by the multiple regression. The results are as follows : I. The five highist categories of premenstrual syndrome among 18 categories revealed to be Social withdrawal, General discomfort, Lability, Fatigue and Hostility / Anger in rank order. II. Personality traits and Premenstrual syndrome ; 1. Tendency of Psychoneuroses(r=0.43, p<.001), psychoses(r=.39, p<.001) and anti-social behaviors (r=0.43, p<.001) revealed to be significantly correlated to premenstrual syndrome. Hypothesis 1 is accepted. 2. Emotional stability(r= -0.38, p<.001), reflectiveness (r= -0.14, p<.01), masculinity (r= -0.10, p<05) and antonomy (r= -0.12, p<.05) revealed significant correlation, While activity, dominance, sociability and achivement revealed no significant correlation. Hypothesis 2 is partially accepted. III. Significant models of personality traits influencing the premenstrual syndromal categories are ; 1. 5 personality traits : tendency of psychoneuroses, emotional stability, dominance, activity and autonomy revealed to influence Low mood / loss of pleasure significantly. ($R^2$=.19) 2. 3 personality traits ; tendency of psychoneuroses, emotional stability and sociability revealed to influence Lability significantly. ($R^2$=.15) 3. 5 personality traits ; tendency of psychoneuroses, activity, emotional stability, sociability and achievement revealed to influence Anxiety significantly.($R^2$=.18) 4. 3 personality traits : tendency of psychoneuroses, emotional stability and sociability revealed to influence Miscellaneous mood / behavior changes significantly.($R^2$=.18) 5. 3 personality traits : tendency of psychoneuroses, psychoses and reflectiveness revealed to influence Hysteroid features significantly.($R^2$=.16) IV. No significant correlation between irregularity of menstruation and premenstrual syndrome was revealed. No significant difference between group of dysmenorrhea and group of non-dysmenorrhea in premenstrual syndrome was revealed.

성폭력피해 청소년의 정서안정감, 자아탄력성, 자아존중감 향상을 위한 인간중심미술치료 사례연구 (A case study of the person centered art therapy for improving sexual victimized adolescent's emotional stability, ego-resiliency, self-esteem)

  • 본 연구는 인간중심미술치료 프로그램이 성폭력피해 청소년의 정서안정감, 자아탄력성, 자아존중감 향상에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 사례 연구하였다. 연구대상은 15세 중학교 3학년 여학생으로 성폭력피해 직후 무기력하고 자신감이 결여되어 일상생활에 어려움을 호소하였다. 주1회, 매회기 60분, 총 20회기 인간중심미술치료를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위해 심리적 변화(정서안정감, 자아탄력성, 자아존중감)사전-사후 검사 차이를 밝히고자 하였고 연구대상자의 작품 및 행동의 변화를 질적 분석 하였다. 본 프로그램 실시 후 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서안정감의 사전 110에서 사후 96점으로 변화 되었고 점수는 낮을수록 긍정적 효과이다. 자아탄력성의 사전 63에서 사후 133으로 변화 되었고 점수는 높을수록 긍정적이다. 자아존중감은 사전 16에서 사후 35로 변화 되었고 점수는 높을수록 긍정적이다. 분석결과 본 연구대상자의 정서안정감과 자아탄력성, 자아존중감 향상에 긍정적이었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 인간중심미술치료 프로그램은 성폭력피해 청소년의 행동에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 초기단계에서 연구자와 라포 형성에 성공적이었으며 중기와 종결과정을 통해 내면의 감정을 표출하거나 관계를 탐색하는 일이 가능하였다. 창작활동을 통해 자신의 미래를 탐색할 수 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 프로그램은 성폭력피해 직후 청소년이 PTSD로 진행되지 않도록 하는데 초점을 두었지만 성폭력 후유증으로 인해 장기적으로 나타날 수 있는 우울, 분노, 무기력감 등을 회복하고 적극적인 삶을 살아낼 수 있도록 추수지도가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

정적지능(情績知能)에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (A Literature Study on Emotional Intelligence)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to determine oriental medical concept of emotional intelligence, and to develop the ways of treatment. Methods We investigated the literature of the oriental and western medicine about an emotional intelligence. Results Regarding an emotional intelligence from the oriental medicine, it will follow in attributes of five elements(五行), five emotions(五志), seven passions(七情). Due to the five emotions and seven passions will take to control themselves with following the principle of poles at interinhibition, and intergeneration among the five phases. There is a possibility of trying to apply in reflection control of emotion(partIV). Five emotions(五志), depression theories(鬱症), and a control of theories of seven passions(七情調節) will be applied an emotional stability and an emotional control. Conclusions This study showed that oriental medicine has more merits better than western medicine about emotional intelligence, because oriental medicine consider that the body and mental is an inseparable relation. The further study is necessary with the concept formulation and for a historical investigation about an emotional intelligence.

학령전기 입원 아동의 건강 및 질병 개념에 관한 연구 (A study on Health/Illness concepts in Hospitalized Preschoolers)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the health and illness concepts of hospitalized preschoolers. The subjects were 52 hospitalized preschoolers from 3 to 6 grade in one general hospital. Data were collected through semistructured interviews by author. this study was conducted from Mar 2, 2000 to Jun. 30, 2000. Data were coded and categorized by content analysis. The results were as follows : 1. Hospitalized preschoolers's answers about health concepts were coded and then classificated to 7 categories(physical well-being, food, powerfulness, exercise, obedience to authority, cleanliness, sleep.) 2. Hospitalized preschoolers's answers about health behavior to maintenance health were coded and then classificated to 8 categories (food, obedience to authority, treatment, exercise, cleanliness, powerfulness, sleep, psychological stability). 3. Hospitalized preschoolers's answers about prevention of illness were coded and then classificated to 9 categories(food, treatment, obedience to authority, powerfulness, emotional stability, psychological stability, exercise, physical well-being, ability of social adaption). 4. Hospitalized preschoolers's answers about cause of illness were coded and then classificated to 3 categories(illness, trauma, food). 5. Hospitalized preschoolers's answers about treatments of illness were coded and then classificated to 9 categories(treatment, rest, emotional stability, sleep, psychological stability, food, obedience, exercise, powerfulness). 6. The levels of health and illness concepts in this sample were higher than those of the physical causality.

결혼유형에 따른 배우자 선택 과정의 차이에 관한 연구 - 취업 여성을 중심으로 - (A Study on Marriage Types and Courtship - focused on working women -)

  • This study aimed to analyze the process of courtship form having date and marriage toward women who had job before marriage. The objects were 27.36 years old and had 9.59 months marital life at average. This study conducted structured questionnaires using the reflection of spouse selection procedure. By using collected data through questionnaires, it conducted descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and t-test. The type of marriage would be divided into the emotional marriage group and the implemental marriage group The emotional marriage group had longer dating time and more satisfaction of spouse selection than the implemental group. On value variable, the emotional marriage group had more subjective selection standard and more expectation social and emotional benefit than the latter group. On search variable, the emotional marriage group estimated the relation stability and satisfied the relation with spouse more than the implemental marriage group and expected the less possibility to meet new partner.

치과 의료기관 종사자의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction in oral health professional)

  • Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction and the significant factors influencing job satisfaction in oral health professional. Methods : Data were obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 297 oral health professional(mean age=$29.95{\pm}8.10$). Participants in the study were recruited when they attended the dental health form in Gwangju. Emotional labor was classified into two factors: external, inner. Stress consisted of four factors: sleep disorder&anxiety, self-confidence, health&vital, social role work. job satisfaction included growth development, stability chase. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Results : The mean score of emotional labor and score was 3.13 out of a maximum 7 points. job satisfaction was negatively correlated with emotional labor and stress. job satisfaction explained 32.0%. Conclusions : Based on the findings, The emotional labor and stress was correlated with job satisfaction. These results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective emotional labor and stress to improve the job satisfaction of oral healthcare professional.
