Objectives: The objective of this study was to describe the emotional labor experiences of ward nurses in Korea. Methods: The data were collected through focus group interviews with seven ward nurses. The phenomenological analytic method suggested by Colaizzi was used to analyze the data. Results: Four theme clusters and eleven themes emerged from the analysis. The first theme cluster, 'Terrible working environment' includes changes in the health environment and realities of nursing organization. The second theme cluster, 'Suppressed feelings' includes institutionalized power trip, patient-centered emotion management and burning. The third theme cluster, 'Tired body and mind' includes withdrawal, wounded self-esteem, burnout and turnover desicion. The fourth theme cluster, 'Want to be comforted' includes emotional control and wishing to live as a nurse. Conclusions: The findings of this study provide an understanding of the emotional labor experiences of ward nurses to explain their perceptions and language. The essence of the emotional labor of ward nurses is a negative working environment created by increased competition in the healthcare industry and the nature of nursing organization, and as a result their quality of life has fallen.

본 논문은 고음질의 대용량 코퍼스 기반 음성 합성기에 감정 음성 코퍼스를 추가하여 보다 다양한 합성음을 생성할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 파형 접합형 합성기에서 사용할 수 있는 형태로 감정 음성 코퍼스를 구축하여 기존의 일반 음성 코퍼스와 동일한 합성단위 선택과정을 통해 합성음을 생성할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 감정 음성 합성을 위해 태그를 사용하여 텍스트를 입력하고, 억양구 단위로 일치하는 데이터가 존재하는 경우 감정 음성으로 합성하고, 그렇지 않은 경우 일반 음성으로 합성하도록 하였다. 그리고 음성에서 운율을 구성하는 요소로 휴지기(break)가 있는데, 감정 음성의 휴지기는 일반 음성보다 불규칙한 특성이 있다. 따라서 합성기에서 생성되는 휴지기 정보를 감정 음성 합성에 그대로 사용하는 것이 어려워진다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 가변 휴지기(Variable break)[3] 모델링을 적용하였다. 실험은 일본어 합성기를 사용하였고, 그 결과 일반 음성의 휴지기 예측 모듈을 그대로 사용하면서 자연스러운 감정 합성음을 얻을 수 있었다.

이 연구는 외국인 유학생들의 한국어 능력 시험(TOPIK) 등급이 학업 적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. IRB의 승인을 거쳐 모집한 학생은 모두 7명으로 이들의 면담 내용은 실용적 절충주의에 기초한 포괄적 분석절차 (이동성, 김영천, 2014)의 6단계를 활용해 분석했으며 그 결과 학문 목적 한국어 학습자의 학업 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 학업, 생활, 심리·정서의 범주로 나눌 수 있었다. 학업적 측면에서 인터뷰 대상자들은 적응하기 힘들었던 전공 용어와 전공 공부를 지적하였고, 한자 및 한자어에 큰 어려움을 경험했다. 다음으로 생활 측면에서는 고급 수준의 토픽 등급 소지자인 연구 참여자들도 대학 생활 적응에 어려움이 있었고 한국 생활에 제대로 적응하기 위해서는 실용적인 표현과 풍부한 어휘 지식이 필요함을 토로했다. 마지막으로 심리·정서적인 범주에서는 이들이 한국인들과의 대화나 발표에 상당한 스트레스를 받고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 사회 문화 및 일상 생활 문화에 관한 지식도 부족했기 때문에 한국어를 잘하더라도 화용적인 면에서 실수나 오류를 범하기도 했고 이것이 심리·정서적인 어려움에 처하는 요인이 되기도 했다. 이러한 이야기들을 근거로 한국어 학습자의 학업 적응을 촉진하기 위해서는 한국어 학습의 다양한 기회 부여라는 목표를 기반으로 학습자의 전공 관련 학업 능력 강화, 한국어 숙달도 향상, 학내 관계 형성에 도움을 주어야 한다는 결론을 내렸다. 그리고 연구자는 이를 위한 해결 방안으로 외국인 학습자들을 위한 다양한 비교과 활동을 계획·설계하여 시도해 볼 것을 제안했다.

Generally, Interior design understood as shapes, lines, spaces, tones, quality, and principal. And people research these with a study of formative approach. The six elements of above categories are basis of expansion for the various designs. In this study, the represented design language is extracted by the basic 6 stages and re-divided into classes. This study presented by the Kobayashi-scale image of the current trends in the assignment to examine the cultural, functional, sensory vocabulary, three elements were classified by the assignment about 2008~2009 international fair by trend and design direction for the image. If we look into the categorized format of the design, it reflects mixed culture with emotional approach and shows direction of design constantly. Especially, compared to the year 2008, the design of year 2009 has tendency as an emotional translator regarding the verbal expression. In other words, it becomes more concrete to express the design of emotions for human beings. In addition, design shows detail of its flow with outcomes of past leading trend which was re-created shape. On the other hand, undeveloped cultures such as folk, historical, and unique cultures attract design leaders as it is. This research would make good relationship between designers and customers regarding the newly started international trend of design. Hereby I research with the method to reclassify the image of vocabulary from the image scale extract. It remains as a task to resolve ambiguous, complex and neutral expression for better understanding and definite analysis method to the public.

This study examined the characteristics of the relationship of home environment variables and preschool children's intelligence, learning readiness and socio-emotional developments. The subjects of this study were 63 children at age five and their mothers. Instruments included the children's intelligence test, preschool inventory for learning readiness, the socio-emtional rating scale and the inventory of HOME. The data of the present study were analyzed by the statistical methods of Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient and step-wise multiple regression analysis. The kinds of HOME variables that significantly predict children's intelligence were "need gratification and avoidance of restriction" "quality of language environment" "play materials" "aspects of physical environment" "organization of stable and predictable environment". The variables that significantly predict children's socio-emotional developments were "breath of experience" "fostering maturity and independence" "developmental stimulation". All of the HOME variables were not significantly predict children's learning readiness. The kinds of HOME factors that significantly predict children's intelligence were factor II and factor III. Factor I predicted children's socio-emotional developments significantly. All of the HOME factors were not significantly predicted children's learning readiness.

The interaction of emotion is an important factor in Human-Robot Interaction(HRI). This requires a contextual appraisal of emotion extracting the emotional information according to the events happened from past to present. In this paper an emotion appraisal system based on the cognitive context is presented. Firstly, a conventional emotion appraisal model is simplified to model a contextual emotion appraisal which defines the types of emotion appraisal, the target of the emotion induced from analyzing emotional verbs, and the transition of emotions in the context. We employ a language based cognitive system and its sentential memory and object descriptor to define the type and target of emotion and to evaluate the emotion varying with the process of time with the a priori emotional evaluation of targets. In a experimentation, we simulate the proposed emotion appraisal system with a scenario and show the feasibility of the system to HRI.

In this Paper, we are trying to compare the normal speech with emotional speech -happy, sad, and angry states- through the changes of fundamental frequency. Based on the distribution charts of the normal and emotional speech, there are distinctive cues such as range of distribution, average, maximum, minimum, and so on. On the whole, the range of the fundamental frequency is extended in happy and angry states. On the other hand, sad states make the range relatively lessened. Nevertheless, the ranges of the 10 frequency in sad states are wider than the normal speech. In addition, we can verify that ending boundary tones reflect the information of whole speech.

The Yangbanchum was reconstructed based on mask play that had been handed down in Goseong, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. Talnori, called Goseong Ogwangdae, is a Korean folk cultural heritage designated as National Important Intangible Cultural Property No. 57. This mask play provides catharsis to the audience by unraveling the hypocrisy and lies of the aristocrats through satire and humor. Our performance team, the ensemble Better Than Medicine (eBTM) used a large fan (Boochae)to create a performance that blew away anxiety and pain. Watching this performance, the performer and the audience feel the consensus of sharing emotions and send strong bonds and support to each other. This study provides that Yangbanchum dance promotes the mental health by feeling emotional sharing through vicarious satisfaction and mirror effect.

끊임없는 경쟁과 발전을 요구하는 현대사회에는 다양한 스트레스가 존재하고 그 스트레스는 많은 경우 인물의 표정과 언어로 표현된다. 따라서 스트레스는 표정과 언어 분석을 통하여 측정할 수 있으며, 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 표정과 언어 감성 분석을 통하여 스트레스를 측정할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 인물의 표정과 언어 감성을 분석하여 주요 감성값 기준으로 스트레스 지수를 도출하고 표정과 언어의 일치성을 기준으로 통합 스트레스 지수를 도출하는 스트레스 측정 방법을 제안한다. 스트레스 측정기법을 통한 정량화, 일반화는 다수의 연구자가 객관적인 기준으로 스트레스 지수를 평가할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.

Purpose The research was studied the hierarchical Hangul emotion index by organizing all the emotions which SNS users are thinking. As a preliminary study by the researcher, the English-based Plutchick (1980)'s emotional standard was reinterpreted in Korean, and a hashtag with implicit meaning on SNS was studied. To build a multidimensional emotion dictionary and classify three-dimensional emotions, an emotion seed was selected for the composition of seven emotion sets, and an emotion word dictionary was constructed by collecting SNS hashtags derived from each emotion seed. We also want to explore the priority of each Hangul emotion index. Design/methodology/approach In the process of transforming the matrix through the vector process of words constituting the sentence, weights were extracted using TF-IDF (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency), and the dimension reduction technique of the matrix in the emotion set was NMF (Nonnegative Matrix Factorization) algorithm. The emotional dimension was solved by using the characteristic value of the emotional word. The cosine distance algorithm was used to measure the distance between vectors by measuring the similarity of emotion words in the emotion set. Findings Customer needs analysis is a force to read changes in emotions, and Korean emotion word research is the customer's needs. In addition, the ranking of the emotion words within the emotion set will be a special criterion for reading the depth of the emotion. The sentiment index study of this research believes that by providing companies with effective information for emotional marketing, new business opportunities will be expanded and valued. In addition, if the emotion dictionary is eventually connected to the emotional DNA of the product, it will be possible to define the "emotional DNA", which is a set of emotions that the product should have.
