Concept analysis is a formal linguistic exercise to determine certain defining attributes. The basic purpose of concept analysis is to clarify ambiguous concepts in a theory, and to propose a precise operational definition which reflects its theoretical base (Walker, 1983, 27~28). In later life, elderly people are faced with various psychological problems such as depression, and lowered self-esteem for these psychological problems of the elderly. Reminiscence has been studied as an effective therapeutic measure by gerontologists and psychologists. It is considered to have potential as an effective nursing intervention with geriatric clients. The purpose of this paper was to explore the feasibility of adopting reminiscence as a nursing intervention through analysis of the concept. The concept can be defined as follows : Reminiscence is thinking and talking about one's past with or without a specific purpose. It is a composite mental process which involves psychological, emotional, and social interactional aspects. The defining attributes of reminiscence are : 1. Thinking about past experiences which are meaningful to oneself. 2. It includes the emotional aspect of past experiences. 3. It occurs with or without specific purposes. 4. It is communicated to others by means of language and the subject has the feeling of being heard. In regard to the consequences of reminiscence, it is expected to contribute to psychological adaptation by providing a sense of self-fulfillment and self-achievement, promoting the discovery of the meaning of life, decreasing depression, and overcoming guilt feelings and conflict about one's past. However, if the past is regarded as a total failure, it may be harmful to the psychological well-being of the subject.
The purpose of this study was to compare professional (Pro) and non-professional (Non-pro) voice users with voice disorders in self-reporting voice evaluation using Korean-Voice Handicap Index (K-VHI) and Korean-Voice Related Quality of Life (K-VRQOL). In addition, those were compared by voice quality and voice disorder type. 94 Pro and 106 Non-pro were asked to fill out the K-VHI and K-VRQOL, perceptually evaluated on GRBAS scales, and divided into three types of voice disorders (functional, organic and neurologic) by an experienced speech-language pathologist and an otolaryngologist. The results showed that the functional (F) and physical (P) scores of K-VHI in Pro group were significantly higher than those in Non-pro group. As the voice quality evaluated by G scale got worse, the scores of all aspects except emotional (E) of K-VHI and social-emotional (SE) of K-VRQOL were higher. All scores of K-VHI and K-VRQOL in neurologic voice disorders were significantly higher than those in functional and organic voice disorders. In conclusion, professional voice users are more sensitive to their functional and physical handicap resulted by their voice problems and that goes double for the patients with severe and neurologic voice disorders.

As an artist who criticized in the constructivist ethos the conception of the image as the imitation and brought the Image movements into relief Moholy-Nagy groped for a new expressive idea that can be called as 'the idea of the non-representational spatial expression' in which the expressive elements interact one another. His idea of the non-representational spatial expression that is made up of the pure forms of the nature, the direct colors and the spatial elements is oriented to incorporate the modern realities, i.e. the space experiences as the complicated sensory workings and the new technology as the measure of the human thinking, and further to see where they will move to. This study is on the one hand purposed to explicate the fundamental idea of the non-representational spatial expression that was poorly illuminated in spite of its importance in the respects of the design and art history, on the other to re-actualize the implications of the space-design which are contained in it.
'Emotional value' has been a buzz word for design and ergonomics in the era of business innovation. However, the complication of 'emotion' in terms of literal and practical meaning has made it a challenging but confusing task for designers to develop a new product with emotional value. 'Sensibility' and 'emotion' are interchangeable terms to describe human feeling ('gamsung' in Korean). The confusion reached at its peak with Korean terms. Even scholars in Korean language, psychologists, ergonomists, and designers are bewildered at the choice of proper expression for human feeling in both Korean and English. The difficulty could explain the problems in 'sensibility ergonomics' in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to provide both fundamental and satisfying information with people in the area of 'sensibility ergonomics'. Therefore, in this paper, a number of articles and books on sensibility, psychology, sensibility ergonomics, and design were reviewed to clarify the meaning of sensibility and relationship among similar words that have been used with unintentional misunderstanding. Also many adjectives on human sensibility were collected and complied for the use of sensibility evaluation.
Purpose: This study is an integrative review to analyze articles about sex education for school age children in Korean journals. This study explored the year, methods, major variables and key findings of previous studies. Methods: Five electronic databases and eleven journals of nursing in Korean language were searched to find studies done until 2017. 75 papers published from 1995 to 2017 were selected (43 were survey studies and 32 were intervention studies). Results: Among the intervention studies, there was no Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) study. Most intervention studies were conducted to change sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes. Among the survey studies, Q methodology and content analysis were used. The subjects' sexual knowledge and sexual consciousness were measured low in some studies. The sex education for school age children was composed of elementary school students' perception, understanding and needs related to sex. In addition, sex education was carried out to improve students' informational aspects such as sexual knowledge, prevention of sexual violence and secondary sexual character as well as emotional aspects such as sexual attitude. However, research on sexual consciousness, sexual values and sexual identity was insufficient. Conclusion: In order to develop an effective sex education program for school age children, it is necessary to consider the degree of their perception, understanding and needs and reflect both the social and cultural aspects as well as the informational and emotional aspects.

Recently, fake news disguises the form of news content and appears whenever important events occur, causing social confusion. Accordingly, artificial intelligence technology is used as a research to detect fake news. Fake news detection approaches such as automatically recognizing and blocking fake news through natural language processing or detecting social media influencer accounts that spread false information by combining with network causal inference could be implemented through deep learning. However, fake news detection is classified as a difficult problem to solve among many natural language processing fields. Due to the variety of forms and expressions of fake news, the difficulty of feature extraction is high, and there are various limitations, such as that one feature may have different meanings depending on the category to which the news belongs. In this paper, emotional change patterns are presented as an additional identification criterion for detecting fake news. We propose a model with improved performance by applying a convolutional neural network to a fake news data set to perform analysis based on content characteristics and additionally analyze emotional change patterns. Sentimental polarity is calculated for the sentences constituting the news and the result value dependent on the sentence order can be obtained by applying long-term and short-term memory. This is defined as a pattern of emotional change and combined with the content characteristics of news to be used as an independent variable in the proposed model for fake news detection. We train the proposed model and comparison model by deep learning and conduct an experiment using a fake news data set to confirm that emotion change patterns can improve fake news detection performance.

Background: Breaking bad news to cancer patients is a delicate and challenging task for most doctors. Better understanding of patients' preferences in breaking bad news can guide doctors in performing this task. Objectives: This study aimed to describe the preferences of Malaysian cancer patients regarding the communication of bad news. Methodology: This was a cross-sectional study conducted in the Oncology clinic of a tertiary teaching hospital. Two hundred adult cancer patients were recruited via purposive quota sampling. They were required to complete the Malay language version of the Measure of Patients' Preferences (MPP-BM) with minimal researcher assistance. Their responses were analysed using descriptive statistics. Association between demographic characteristics and domain scores were tested using non-parametric statistical tests. Results: Nine items were rated by the patients as essential: "Doctor is honest about the severity of my condition", "Doctor describing my treatment options in detail", "Doctor telling me best treatment options", Doctor letting me know all of the different treatment options", "Doctor being up to date on research on my type of cancer", "Doctor telling me news directly", "Being given detailed info about results of medical tests", "Being told in person", and "Having doctor offer hope about my condition". All these items had median scores of 5/5 (IQR:4-5). The median scores for the three domains were: "Content and Facilitation" 74/85, "Emotional Support" 23/30 and "Structural and Informational Support" 31/40. Ethnicity was found to be significantly associated with scores for "Content and Facilitation" and "Emotional Support". Educational status was significantly associated with scores for "Structural and Informational Support". Conclusion: Malaysian cancer patients appreciate the ability of the doctor to provide adequate information using good communication skills during the process of breaking bad news. Provision of emotional support, structural support and informational support were also highly appreciated.

In the virtual space in which human imagination exists, a great deal of games and animation contents have been developed and shown. Games and animations are performing a role as an unrealistic representative, and creating abundant virtual culture with variety of human life. A representative, that is, a main character is being completed with external design, unique personality and ability, and action in the story. This study is expecting that a game character might develop into motion acting for emotional situation from the simple action. As giving a game character a role as a medium to express various circumstances and emotions, choosing motions from a pantomimist and applying them to 3D character, and expressed according to the motion acting. Motion acting is extended from the basic motion into the emotional phases such as joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure. The motion acting expressed from various viewpoints is suggested, as communicating clear message through emotional acting contrary to the symbolic language.
Purpose: In an attempt to investigate the differences in the level of stress & mental health between extracurricular learning group and non-extracurricular learning group and level of stress and mental health by the extracurricular learning-related characteristics, this study was carried out in upper grade elementary students. Method: The subjects were 241 students living in 4 small towns in 4th, 5th and 6th grade elementary students. The data were collected by using the questionnaires, and analyzed by SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Results: First, 64.7% of subjects were receiving extra-curricular learning, and extracurricular learning contents were the main curriculum and foreign language classes in many cases. Second, there were no differences in the level of stress and mental health between extracurricular learning group and non-extracurricular learning group, but also in the area of stress as physical, mental, emotional and behavioral stress. Third, extra-curricular learning satisfaction and learning effects are the major factor affecting mental and emotional stress and mental health. In other words, the group with high satisfaction and effectiveness by extra-curricular learning was less mentally and emotionally stressed and better for mental health than low group. Also, days per week for extracurricular learning affected physical stress and intention to continue extracurricular learning affected mental stress. Fourth, factors affecting whether the intention to continue extracurricular learning were the sex, decision-makers about whether they receive extracurricular learning, extracurricular learning satisfaction and duration of extracurricular learning. Conclusion: From the above results, The fact that the upper grade elementary school students receiving the extracurricular learning did not affect on the stress and mental health. In case of extracurricular group, the effectiveness and satisfaction about extra-curricular learning were major factors affecting mental and emotional stress as well as mental health.
In this study, a process of re-creating Jindo Buk Chum, one of the traditional Korean arts, into digital art using various artificial intelligence technologies was proposed. The audience's emotional data, quantified through artificial intelligence language analysis technology, intervenes in various object forms in the projection mapping performance and affects the big story without changing it. If most interactive arts express communication between the performer and the video, this performance becomes a new type of responsive performance that allows the audience to directly communicate with the work, centering on artificial intelligence emotion analysis technology. This starts with 'Chuimsae', a performance that is common only in Korean traditional art, where the audience directly or indirectly intervenes and influences the performance. Based on the emotional information contained in the performer's 'prologue', it is combined with the audience's emotional information and converted into the form of images and particles used in the performance to indirectly participate and change the performance.
