The purpose of this study is comparing parenting efficacy, knowledge of infant-care and sensitivity, The subjects of this study were 100 parents having 12-24 monthes old child in the city of Jeonju, Korea. Parenting efficacy was developed by Shin, Suk-Jae(1997) and consisting of 16 questions. The knowledge of infant-care was assessed using Knowledge of Child Development Inventory(KCDI) by Yoon Hyung Ju, which was modified by pedology Professor and 3 graduate school students in master's or doctorate courses. In addition, by using a tool made by Gwon, Mi-Gyeong(1998) centering on the literatures on infant cue in Barnard's NCAST program, the parents' sensitivity of infant cue is investigated. The statistical analysis of the collected data is done with SPSS 10.0, and frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t/F test and Pearson's correlation are also used. The results of this study were as following: First, mother's parenting efficacy was higher than father's. There were significant differences in parenting efficacy by eudcational level of mothers. Second, knowledge of infant-care was higher in mothers than fathers. Areas that mothers have knowledge of infant-care in the order of the lowest areas are emotional development, sociality development, physical development and cognitive development. Third, mothers reaction to infant cue is more sensitive and positive than father's. Fourth, There were positive correlations with father's parenting efficacy and knowledge of infant-care on emotional development, and paternal parenting uneasiness has negative correlations with his sociality development and emotional development.Meanwhile, There were positive correlations with mother's parenting efficacy and knowledge of infant-care on emotional development. Maternal parenting efficacy has negative correlations with her knowledge of infant-care on emotional development.

Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction and the significant factors influencing job satisfaction in oral health professional. Methods : Data were obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 297 oral health professional(mean age=$29.95{\pm}8.10$). Participants in the study were recruited when they attended the dental health form in Gwangju. Emotional labor was classified into two factors: external, inner. Stress consisted of four factors: sleep disorder&anxiety, self-confidence, health&vital, social role work. job satisfaction included growth development, stability chase. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Results : The mean score of emotional labor and score was 3.13 out of a maximum 7 points. job satisfaction was negatively correlated with emotional labor and stress. job satisfaction explained 32.0%. Conclusions : Based on the findings, The emotional labor and stress was correlated with job satisfaction. These results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective emotional labor and stress to improve the job satisfaction of oral healthcare professional.

The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of maternal achievement pressure and emotional support on adolescents' achievement motivation. A total of 241 adolescents in the second grade of two middle schools in Seoul and their mothers participated in the study, and completed questionnaires on mothers' achievement pressure and emotional support. Adolescents also answered a questionnaire on achievement motivation. Sohn's(1997) Achievement Pressure Scale, Sung's(1993) Social Support Scale and Hermans'(1970) Prestatie Motivatie Scale were used for this survey. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, regressions, and one-way ANOVA with Duncan's multiple range tests. Results showed that maternal achievement pressure and emotional support and adolescents' achievement motivation did not vary as a function of sex. Maternal achievement pressure and emotional support had positive effects on achievement motivation of adolescents, and maternal achievement pressure played a more influential role on the motivation of adolescents than emotional support. Among four groups divided by the level of maternal achievement pressure and emotional support, high/high, high/low, low/high, and low/low, adolescents in the high/high group were perceived to have the highest achievement motivation. Findings suggest that both maternal achievement pressure and emotional support are important in improving adolescents' achievement motivation.

Due to the relative lack of concerns and research on organizational career development in startups, we study aimed to reveal the impact of shared leadership in startups on organizational career development through organizational commitment. The research method was an online survey targeting 200 startup members from April 11 to April 28, 2023, and a total of 195 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, among the shared leadership of startups, development and mentoring were found to have a positive impact on emotional commitment. Second, among the shared leadership of startups, planning and organizing, support and empathy were found to have a positive impact on continuous commitment. Third, planning and organizing, support and empathy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Third, among startups' shared leadership, planning and organizing, support and empthy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Fourth, emotional and continuous commitment were found to have a positive impact on improving career goals in organizational career growth. Fifth, emotional and continuous and normative commitment were each found to have a positive influence on the development of professional abilities in organizational career development. Lastly, emotional, continuous and normative commitment were all found to have a positive influence on the speed of promotion in organizational career growth. As a result, it is expected that the results of this study will be able to suggest shared leadership policy directions and goals for startups.

This study examined the effect of infant teacher's sensitivity, efficacy and interaction on the social and emotional development of infants. The participants of this study were 169 infants and their teachers in daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The instruments were collected through teachers' responses. Data were analyzed through the variance analysis using PASW 18.0 to verify the infant teachers' susceptibility, efficacy, and infant-teacher interaction based on infant teachers' background variables; to find out the relationship between the variables, Pearson correlation analysis was performed, and to find out the relative influence of variables on the infants' social and emotional development, stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed. Results were as follows. Firstly, Among the background variables of the teachers, their career as infant teachers displayed differences in the infants' social and emotional development, and the susceptibility, efficacy, and infant-teacher interactions displayed partial differences based on the teaching career, career as infant teachers, age, daycare center type, and the academic background of the teachers. Secondly, there were positive relationships between infant teacher's sensitivity, efficacy and interaction and infants' social and emotional development. Thirdly, infant teachers' sensitivity, efficacy and infant-teacher interaction had an influence on infants' social and emotional development at the same time. Especially, sensitivity and interaction were powerful and influential variables and their explained variance was 53%. These results suggested that teachers' efforts must be made to interact positively with infants and to increase their sensitivity level to respond to infants in order to increase infants' social and emotional development.

While watching the movie, the audience shows various emotional reactions. Emotional reactions such as sadness and anger, joy and anger appear depending on the storyline of the film. This aspect can be seen through the audience's brain wave response. This study is to examine the relationship between the movie story development and the movie story development through brain wave measurement of the emotional reaction of the audience in situations and events occurring in the movie development. Four American films, which represent each genre and are well known to many people, were selected for the study. These are of the adventure genre, of the animation genre, of the action genre, and of the drama genre. In order to measure the emotional response of these movies, four cases were set centered on the PPG of EEG and analyzed as a time series graph pattern. It can be seen that the emotional response on the graph has a certain relationship with the story development. It is expected that this study will help in selecting a genre when making a movie in the future, especially when deciding how to compose and develop a story, and it will help to induce the emotions of the audience.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and recognition for applying to component of Emotion of the elementary school space with characteristics of child development. For the accomplishment of the study is to deduce types of emotional component and characteristics of child development based on literature and advanced research related to 'Child development and behavior', 'The elementary school space', and concept of 'children' and 'emotion'. In addition, The level of recognition of teachers and students about creation plan of school space by types of emotion component and preference and relationships of students on emotion component of elementary school space is investigated. The space environment has great influence in childhood going through big changes in physical, cognitive, emotional and social ways, Providing space environment built with emotion component such as 'affordance', 'diversity', 'territoriality', and 'relationships' considering characteristics of child development is most important of all, In particular, when building indoor space in elementary schools where students going through various development stages live, providing friendly environments for emotion of children put top priority on students in the decision-making process and guaranteed the participation of students is expected.

The present study researched the development of a mixed-age after school program with a focus on the facilitation of emotional intelligence for low SES children. The model program was based on the Mayer and Salovey (1997) theory of emotional intelligence. Activities for 17 sessions were constructed on the basis of 43 objectives. The program was implemented with 53 children in the after school program classes of one elementary school in Kyuggi Province for 6 months. Participants were from low SES families, grouped into 3 mixed-age (K-3rd grade level) classes. Evaluation of the program showed positive effects on the development of children's emotional intelligence. Validity and appropriateness were discussed.

This study analyzes into the characteristic appearance in distintion with emotional changes toward visual forms of psychology along with character development in the 3D animation industry. In this regard, the study seeks to propose essential targets of the five emotional characters from the Pixar's animation Inside-Out to prove psychological effects to the character's visual appearance. As a previous research, the study analysis the visual representations oriented toward both emotional facial expression and emotional color expression using both Paul Ekman and Robert Plutchik's human basic emotion research. The purpose of this study is to present the visual guideline of emotional character's appearance through the various human expression for differentiated character development in animation production.

In this comparison of the relative effects of children's separation from their parents, socio-emotional adjustment was assessed by emotional and behavioral problems and emotional intelligence. Subjects were 502 elementary school children separated from their parents(162 in Yanbian and 340 in Korea) and their caregivers. Data analysis was by frequency, t-test, and multiple regression controlled by gender and grade in school. Caregivers living with children and their parenting efficacy were significant variables for the development of socio-emotional adjustment in Korean-Chinese children in Yanbian, but reasons for parent-child separation, caregivers' psychological and behavioral characteristics, and SES were significant variables for children in Korea. Implications are that regional differences should be considered in understanding and supporting the development of children's socio-emotional adjustment.
