The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in turnover intention according to the level of Burn out and the mediating effect in fire officer. Higher levels of emotional labor and turnover intention resulted in higher levels of burn out(p<0.05). We used the logistic regression analysis to compare change of turnover intention according to the level of burn out. In logistic regression analysis, largest mediating factor were working days per week, the number of moving case per a day, physical condition, emotional labor and the odds(Likely to with high turnover intention) was down by 38.9% after adjustment for mediating factors. The results of this study indicate that emotional labor was negatively impact on burn out in fire officer. To reduce the burn out and the turnover intention, it is necessary to do more efforts to improve work environment (working days per week, the number of moving case per a day and emotional labor) and management personal factor(physical condition) for the fire office should be made to reduce such negative effects.

In order to supply emotion service depending on user's emotional change in a mobile environment, various researches have been carried. This paper discusses a protocol for wireless charging and an embedded platform of the mobile emotional sensing device which supports that. Wireless charging process relieves user's vexatious task to charge the emotional sensing device. To support wireless charging, there are one basestation and several mobile devices. Basestation coordinates and controls the devices over wireless communication, as well as supplies energy. For 1:N communication we defines the network whose superframe is classified into four categories: a network join superframe, a charging request superframe, a charging superframe and an inactive superframe. Physical layer provides how to supply energy to the devices and communicate physically. Mobile device is equipped with energy charged circuits, which correspond with the defined energy supplying method, as well as bidirectional communication circuits. Mobile device monitors and analyzes its own battery status, and is able to send a request packet to basestation. Therefore, it can be charged before its battery is exhausted without user's perception.

Recently, people's attitude toward residential environment has been changed from a simple shelter to a place affecting their mental function, and the change has increased demand for high quality of residential environment. Nevertheless, a number of unsatisfactory elements that do not meet the demand of residents for residential environment have continuously caused them to be exposed to stress. The purpose of this study is to explore the importance of residential environment by examining stress factors from the residential environment and finding out the effects of the residential environment stress on human emotional intelligence quotient and its application pattern. This study was carried out using not only self-report questionnaires with the Likert 5-point scale to find out the origin of residential environment stress factors, but the emotional intelligence quotient measuring device developed by Wong & Low (2000) to analyse correlations between the residential environment stress and emotional intelligence quotient. The questionnaire survey in this study was carried our among students of D College, and data were analysed using the statistical program SPSS, version 14.0.

This paper examined the longitudinal changes observed in the emotional and instrumental values of children of primiparous mothers during the first to fourth year of childhood. Using latent growth modeling, the authors analyzed the four waves of data collected from 937 mothers and their firstborn babies nationwide in South Korea. This data was harvested from the Panel Study on Korean Children conducted by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education. The results indicate that emotional and instrumental values of children showed decreasing patterns. When each year's parenting stress was controlled, the emotional value of children tended to increase, whereas the instrumental value of children showed no significant change. Generally, it was found that the higher the parenting stress of each year, the corresponding year's value of the children tended to be lower, except in the case of the first year's emotional value of children. How these results can be best interpreted as well as the implication of these results is also discussed.

The purposes of this study were to provide evidence concerning the effects of Emotional Leadership and examine the impacts of Emotional Leadership on employee-related variables which were 'job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment', 'organizational performance', 'turnover intention'. A survey was conducted from August 23 to November 3, 2005 to collect data from kitchen staff(N=611). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win(12.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and AMOS(5.0) for structural equation modeling. Kitchen staffs gave high point to their leader in the Emotional Leadership competence 'Optimism: seeing the upside in events' and 'Adaptability: flexibility in handing change' and gave lower point in the Emotional Leadership competence 'Inspirational leadership: guiding and motivating with compelling vision'. Employees' job satisfaction on 'coworker' were relatively high. However, the extents of satisfaction on 'payroll', 'promotion', 'work environment' were relatively low. The organizational commitment score was higher at 'loyalty' factor than 'commitment' factor. the test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that Emotional Leadership produced positive effects on job attitude and job performance. In conclusion, this study has identified that the Emotional Leadership effects on their organizational performance and attitudes toward their job.

The purpose of this study was to obtain data to improve customer orientation by managing emotional labor in foodservice employees. This study investigated the correlation between emotional labor (surface acting, deep acting), job burnout (emotional exhaustion, cynicism), and job engagement (vigor, dedication, absorption) in high school foodservice employees, and how they affect customer orientation. Our survey was administered to 330 school foodservice employees in the Busan area from June 2 to June 27, 2015. A total of 321 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The mean values for deep acting (p<0.01), cynicism (p<0.01), and dedication (p<0.05) significantly according to the position of the emproyees. The mean customer orientation significantly according to employment status (p<0.01) and meal service time (p<0.01). There was positive correlation (p<0.01) between surface acting, and emotional exhaustion cynicism, but negative correlation (p<0.01) between surface acting and vigor, dedication, absorption, and customer orientation. Deep acting had negative correlation (p<0.01) with emotional exhaustion and cynicism, positive correlation (p<0.05) with vigor, dedication, absorption, and customer orientation. Surface acting had negative influences on emotional exhaustion and cynicism, cynicism had negative influences on vigor, dedication, absorption, and customer orientation. Deep acting had positive influences on absorption and customer orientation, absorption had positive influences on customer orientation. Thus, nutrition teacher(dietitian) should educate foodservice employees the positive effects of deep acting to change their surface acting to deep acting, while actively managing internal customers.

This study analyzes into the characteristic appearance in distintion with emotional changes toward visual forms of psychology along with character development in the 3D animation industry. In this regard, the study seeks to propose essential targets of the five emotional characters from the Pixar's animation Inside-Out to prove psychological effects to the character's visual appearance. As a previous research, the study analysis the visual representations oriented toward both emotional facial expression and emotional color expression using both Paul Ekman and Robert Plutchik's human basic emotion research. The purpose of this study is to present the visual guideline of emotional character's appearance through the various human expression for differentiated character development in animation production.

Emotional computer that you want to study in a regular number change is the continuing sensitivity. Emotional Computing manner the sensibilities numbered and emotions were running through the trees. Emotional assessment of emotional sensibility computing was used as the coordinates of the key effects of the James A. Russell (Core Affect). Emotional tree runs purpose was to verify the correlation of sensitivity and emotion computing tree. Emotional tree attributes experiment color, brightness, saturation was configured with. When 50% brightness increase, about pleasure (X-axis) has increased by 10.49 points. Brightness 50%, GREEN 50% increase in the degree of pleasure (X-axis) of 10.49 points, tone (Y axis) has increased by 15.85 points. Brightness 50%, GREEN 50% increase in the degree of pleasure (X-axis) of 10.49 points, tone (Y axis) has increased by 15.85 points. Brightness 50% of the free-extent (X-axis), BLUE 50% when the tone (Y axis), pleasure extent (X-axis) of 10.49 points, tone (Y axis) as much as 14.65 points sensibilities have changed. When representatives emotions size changes have increased 50% brightness, color RED 50%, increased 5.4% Emotional excitement, emotion depressed declined -4.2%. 50% brightness, color GREEN 50% increase in emotional excitement had increased to 8.6%, declined by -5.5% this melancholy sensibility. Representative emotion and emotional changes increase or decrease the size of the emotional attributes were analyzed by quantitative methods. After the happy emotions number is needed to study more similar to the human emotion through the execution of the video image emotion emotional tree computing.

This study examined the crisis experiencing by middle - aged women and tried to understand their lived experiences also explored the nature of their crisis. Method: The data was collected from 7 participants living in Incheon and Seoul from Sep. 2000 to Feb. 2001. The analysis of the data was made the phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi. Result: The meanings of the lived experiences of the middle - aged women's crisis ; Impatience about decreased physical function : an attack of a disease, decreased strength, decreased quickness, decreased desire, increased concern of health, poor memory, easy fatigue, change of appearance, change of conjugal relations, sense of loss. Psychological, emotional disturbances : sense of emptiness, regret, sharpness, feeling gloomy, fear of dying, loneliness, feeling the want, loss of confidence. Attitude of active life : reinforcement of self experience, enrichment of understanding, search of self satisfaction, search of self development, development of support system, management of independent life. Envy feeling from relative comparison : feeling of comfort, unsatisfaction to the husband, yearning for youth. Conclusion: Therefore, the program should be developed for the program of physical, psychological, and emotional health and expansion of social role of the middle - aged women.
