In this study, Emotion-DNA is constructed in the same way asthat the human DNA constructs the human body. Emotion-DNA is copied and translated in the same way as that the human DNA copies and translates itself. We made an attempt to embody the mind by Emotion-DNA like the symbols "A, T, G, C, U" that make up the chromosome of the human body. This is a diagram of the flow of emotions that the human body operates by literary works. These schemes present new directions for the therapeutic analysis of literary works and for the creation of therapeutic literary works. In this study, we analyzed the nominal Emotion-syllables as a framework of the structuring of emotional DNA. As a result, through the structuring of the emotional DNA, it was judged that the therapeutic action of the human body, which is included in the Rated Sijo among the literary works, can be more concrete and powerful than the works of other genres.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to use emotional activity rate in sentence. The aim is to estimate the Emotion-Codon status of emotion-DNA wiggling as well as the sequence of codons in which amino acids of human body are spread. It is as if the amino acids are translated from the DNA of the human body, and the emotions that cooperate with each other are diversified and refined. Through these attempts, we anticipate the change of emotions by literary works and present the direction of the synapse working and the direction of the encoding. Therefore, this study analyzed the emotional activity of Rated Emotion-Codon, which works as Rated Sijo. At this time, the emotional change in the human body, in which the sentence is more clearly pronounced, is predicted and detected. This result shows how emotions can activate the human body. This state of activation is an indicator of how much the sentence pushes the physiological action of the human body. It is judged that Codon is constructed precisely for the activation of the rated Sijo additive definition by this index. Our result is evidenced by the fact that three sentences of Rated Sijo show an array with the same rating as the Rated Codon's, The first sentence fuses with the sentiment between the second sentence and the third sentence of Rated Sijo. The emotional symbols between the sentence symbols "A, U, J, L" in the first base of the Codon table and the sentences fusing between the sentences of the first sentence and the third sentence are "A, U, J, L". The emotional symbols between the sentences flowing in the second base of the Codon table and between the sentences of the first sentence and the second sentence are structured in the third base of the Codon table as "A, U, J, L". The Rated Sijo, which is resiliently and precisely assigned to the human body's Rated Emotion-Codon, will require a rich experience in our Rated Life.

This study compared mother-toddler verbal interaction by play type (traditional play, free play, block play), and child's sex and age. Subjects were 10 boys and 10 girls ranging in age from 25- to 36-months and their mothers. An observer videotaped the children and their mothers at play in their homes. Results showed that (1) Mothers attempted more positive verbal interaction in traditional than in block play. (2) Mothers expressed more positive emotion in free than in traditional and block play. (3) Mothers more answer 'reflection' in traditional than in free play (4) Toddlers attempted more positive verbal interaction in block than in traditional and free play. (5) Toddler's positive emotion express was not distinguished by play type or by child's sex or age. (6) From 31- to 36-months's boys expressed more play situation than from 25- to 30-months' girls. This study provides groundwork for mother-toddler traditional play programs with potential for improving positive expression of emotion and language development.

From the Darwinian perspective, all the human behaviors and thoughts are operated by "the selfish gene," the term coined by Richard Dawkins, which has long been evolving to survive by utilizing the limited quality and quantity of resources. And an organism which fails to regenerate by creating its "replicator" is doomed to extinction, for gene combinations which help an organism to survive and reproduce tend to also improve the gene's own chances of being passed on through generations. Dawkins also coins the term "meme" for a unit of human cultural evolution analogous to the gene, suggesting that such selfish replication may also be the principle for human culture. Ian McEwan is not only a controversial but more importantly influential writer in the 21st century academic world. His 1997 book Enduring Love is not exceptional in that it draws both literary and scientific attention. Intentionally set up with the dynamic conflict between the two cultures, namely art and science, the book explores the way in which the state of the modern minds is misinterpreted and estranged by each other. In this novel, the three main protagonists, Joe, Clarissa, and Jed, each representing the very important three elements of human civilization-cognition/science, emotion/art, and faith/religion-meet an unexpected peril of life. The author of the novel employs the narrative of evolutionary science-in particular the narratives of gene and meme-to provoke the question of the two cultures famously addressed by Snow in the mid 20th century and the further discussions followed by the later Darwinian scholars such as Richard Dawkins. In this paper I aim to illustrate the way in which the author develops the idea of gene science and literature and how he proceeds to provide a sophisticated bridge between the two cultures and induce a kind of consilience by the recurrent name of love in the story of Enduring Love.

The program implemented in this study consisted of 4 parts : positive self perception, understanding and expression of emotion, communication skills, and interpersonal problem solving competence. Implementation took place once a week In 12 60-90 minutes sessions. The subjects were 33 11- to 13-year old children residing in 2 institutions similar to each other. The experimental group consisted of 11 boys and 7 girls and control group of 7 boys and 8 girls, respectively. Implementation was bracketed by pre- and post-tests. After the 12 weeks intervention program, there were significant differences between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group improved in social and communication skills. Both the experimental and control group didn't improve in self-esteem.

Objectives : Pro-inflammatory cytokines are related to the pathophysiology of both cancer and depression, and their secretion is controlled by the transcriptional activity of particular gene polymorphisms. This study aimed to investigate whether interleukin (IL)-1β -511C/T gene polymorphism is associated with depression following mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods : A total of 309 patients with breast cancer were evaluated one week after mastectomy, and 244 (79%) were followed one year later. Depression (major+minor depressive disorders) was diagnosed according to DSM-IV criteria using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview, and classified into prevalent, persistent, and incident depression. Associations of IL-1β -511C/T polymorphism with the three depressive status were estimated using logistic regression models. Results : At baseline, 74 (24%) patients were classified with prevalent depression ; and at follow up, 19 (8%) and 25 (10%) patients were classified with persistent and incident depression, respectively. The IL-1β -511T/T genotype was independently associated with prevalent and persistent depression, but not with incident depression. Conclusion : IL-1β -511T/T genotype may involve in the etiology of depression occurring in women with breast cancer who receive a mastectomy.

Congenital Long QT syndrome (LQTs) is a relatively rare pathologic disorder but results frequently in sudden cardiac death. Of the six LQTs that have been clinically described, five have been worked out for their genetic and biophysical profile. Most are generated by mutations which cause a loss of function in two delayed $K^+$ currents, $i_{Ks}\;and\;i_{Kr}.$ One syndrome is generated by mutations in the $Na^+$ channel which causes essentially a gain of function in the channel. Clinically the syndromes are characterized by slowed repolarization of the cardiac ventricular action potential and the occurrence of typical arrhythmias with undulating peaks in the electrocardiogram, called Torsade de Pointes. Arrhythmias are initiated by early or delayed afterdepolarizations and continue as reentry. Triggers for cardiac events are exercise (swimming; LQT1), emotion (arousal; LQT2) and rest/sleep (LQT3). ${\beta}-blockers$ have a high efficacy in the treatment of LQT1 and LQT2. In LQT3 their use is questionable. The study of congenital LQTsyndromes is a remarkable example of how basic and clinical science converge and take profit of each other's contribution.

This study is aimed to measure the physical colorimetric property according to three conditions, natural dyestuffs (Gardenia, Sappan wood, Lac, Gardenia blue, Mugwort, and Indigo), fabric types (cotton, silk), and presence of mordant (without, with), and then to evaluate the psychological sensibility. Also, to perform analysis of variance (ANOVA) to find out the differences of physical properties according to the three natural dyeing conditions, and to analyze the relationship between physical property and psychological property by Pearson's correlation analysis and then suggest the prediction model by regression analysis using SPSS program (ver. 21.0). Finally, to propose a certain sensibility image map of naturally dyed fabrics, MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) was used, and as a result, Gardenia dyed fabrics having the color sensibilities such as 'hard' and 'heavy' were suggested to evoke masculine image, and to evoke feminine image, Sappan wood and Lac having 'bright', 'transparent', 'soft' and 'light' sensibilities were suggested. Natural image might be induced by using 'subdued' Mugwort dyed fabrics, and active image might be induced by using 'showy' Indigo dyed fabric.

문명의 발달과 함께 수면부족으로 인한 여러 가지 스트레스와 질환이 증가하게 되어 최근 수면연구에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 온열환경 조건에서의 쾌적한 수면을 위한 온열환경을 제시하기 위해, 5명의 여성 피험자를 대상으로 22$^{\circ}C$, 26$^{\circ}C$, 3$0^{\circ}C$의 일정온도 조건과 $25^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 후와 2시간 후에 각각 1, 2$^{\circ}C$를 상승시켜주는 변동온도 조건하에서 수면생리신호를 측정하였다. 그리고, 수면단계 평가를 이용하여 총 수면시간, 깊은 수면의 비율, 그리고 최초 수면시작 시간에서 최초의 서파 수면이 나타나기까지의 지연시간 등의 수면효율을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 일정온도 조건에서는 26$^{\circ}C$에서 총 수면시간(466.7$\pm$10.25분)과 깊은 수면의 비율(33.1$\pm$4.95%)은 타 조건에 비해 높게 나타났고, 최초 서파수면까지의 지연시간(9.8$\pm$3.33분)은 타 조건에 비해 낮게 나타나 쾌적한 수면을 위한 가장 적절한 온열조건임을 관찰할 수 있었다. 그리고 변동온도 조건에서는 4가지 온열조건간에는 큰 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 모든 조건에서 일정온도 조건보다는 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 수면 중 신체 움직임과 설문 분석에서도 동일한 결과를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해, 수면생리신호를 이용한 수면 쾌적성 분석은 수면의 질적인 상태를 관찰하는데 매우 적합한 파라메터를 도출할 수 있으며, 여러 가지 수면환경 조건을 평가하는데 매우 유용한 지표가 될 수 있음을 보였다.e results suggest that hCG treatment at 7 days after insemination could be used to increase the pregnancy rate of embryo transfer, and transfer, and only the recipients with PUN concentration of <12 mg/dl were influenced by treatment with hCG./TEX>이었으며, 이는 화성 기원을 지시한다.sucrose를 이용한 2단계 희석이 수정란의 생존성을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 발육 단계별 생존성에 있어서는 발육이 진전된 확장배 반포 시에 동결하는 것이 배반포기에 동결하는 것 보다 유리한 것으로 나타났다.ody를 사용하여 flow cytometery해석을 실시하는 한편 125I-hGH binding assay에 의하여 hGH binding activity를 측정하였다. 최종적으로 GH signal transduction의 target genedf으로 알려져 있는 serine protease inhibitor 2.1(Spi 2.1) gene의 promotor activity를 검토한 결과 hGHR을 transfect한 CHO Cell에 있어서 hGH의 농도에 의존적으로 증가되었다. 따라서 본 실험에서 cloning한 cDNA hGHR는 native hGHR와 같은 기능을 가지는 것으로 판명되었다.것으로 판명되었다..ments of that period left both in Japan and Korea.
