삼환계 항우울제의 부작용으로 나타난 간대성 근경련증 1례 (A Case of Myoclonus Presenting as a Side Effect of Amitriptyline)

  • Myoclonus is manifested in a variety of situations including metabolic derangements, brain lesions, epilepsy, and drugs toxicity. We reported a rare case of amitriptyline-induced myoclonus. A 64-year-old man with a tension-type headache was administered amitriptyline at 15 mg/day. Eight days after initiation of amitriptyline, multifocal myoclonus developed, involving the face and upper extremities. Two hours after the administration of clonazepam at 1 mg, myoclonus resolved completely.

  • 과거 수년간 엘리베이터를 이용한 피난은 지속적인 논쟁의 대상이었으며, 일반적으로 대부분의 국가에서는 화재 시 엘리베이터의 이용을 금지하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 WTC 사고 이후 초고층건물에서 엘리베이터를 이용한 피난대책이 계획되고, 일부는 채택되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 초고층 건물에서 엘리베이터를 이용한 피난이 얼마나 피난시간을 단축하는 지에 대하여 실제 건물 설계 사례를 중심으로 연구해 보고자 한다.

360° 가상현실 동영상과 일반 동영상 교육 콘텐츠의 경험인식 비교 분석 (Comparison of experience recognition in 360° virtual reality videos and common videos)

  • Purpose: This study simulates cardiac arrest situations in 360° virtual reality video clips and general video clips, and compares the correlations between educational media and experience recognition. Methods: Experimental research was carried out on a random control group (n=32) and experimental group (n=32) on March 20, 2019. Results: The groups where participants were trained with the 360° virtual reality video clips and a higher score of experience recognition (p=.047) than the group where participants were trained with the general video clips. Moreover, the subfactors of experience recognition including the sense of presence and vividness (p=.05), immersion (p<.05). experience (p<.01), fantasy factor (p<.05). and content satisfaction (p<.05) were positively correlated. Conclusion: Enhancing vividness and the sense of presence when developing virtual reality videos recorded with a 360° camera is thought to enable experience recognition without any direct interaction.

  • In recent years, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Emergency Operations Center have made improvements as the core fire operational center in Korea. However, There have been so many problems happening in the middle of receiving calls from malice citizens of Seoul. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current operations focused on fire fighters in Seoul Emergency Operations Center and to cope with how to overcome these problem by using AMOS 21 & SPSS Statistics 21. The result of this study presents that how we can find to be Seoul Emergency Operations Center running well. And This study is applied to seoul fire policies or helped to setting them up.

응급의료서비스에 대한 대중의 인식이 공공의료시스템 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Public Perception of Emergency Medical Service on Brand Equity of the Public Health System)

  • This study examines the effects of the public's perception of emergency medical service (EMS) on the public health system's brand equity and the moderating effect of governance on this relationship using Keller's customer-based brand equity model. It uses four EMS functions: rescue/first-aid and transfer activities; disaster prevention, preparation, and response activities; educational activities in urgent situations; and medical treatment in emergency rooms to examine the effects of them on brand meaning of the public health system. Our findings are important for understanding the public as customers of the public health system and devising and/ or adapting healthcare policies and marketing strategies to develop brand equity and increase customers' loyalty to the public health system.

비상발전기용 PM/NOX 저감장치의 유동특성 연구 (Flow Analysis of PM/NOX Reduction System for Emergency Generator)

  • Emergency generators normally use diesel engines. The generators need to conduct weekly no-load operation inspections to ensure stable performance at emergency situations. In particular, the generators with large diesel engines mainly use rectangle type filter substrates. In order to minimize hazardous emissions generated by generators, optimizing the reduction efficiency through CFD analysis of flow characteristics of PM/NOX reduction system is important. In this study, we analyzed internal flow by CFD, which is difficult to confirm by experimental method. The main factors in our numerical study are the changes of flow uniformity and back pressure. Therefore, changes in flow characteristics were studied according to urea injector locations, selective catalyst reduction (SCR) diffuser angle, and filter porosity.

  • In this paper, we discuss a service to give alarm in the case of emergency for the old and the weak by human behavior recognition in Intelligent Space. Our Intelligent Space consists of mobile robots, sensors and agents. And these components are connected to network framework. Agent analyzes data acquired from networked sensors and determines task of robots and a space to provide a service for humans. In our emergency alarm service, human behavior recognition service module analyzes accelerometer data obtained from body-attached human behavior sensing platform, and classifies into four basic human behavior such as walking, running, sitting and falling-down. For the old and the weak, falling-down behavior may bring about dangerous situations. On such an occasion, agent executes emergency alarm service immediately. And then a selected mobile robot approaches fallen person and sends images of the person to guardians. In this paper, we set up a scenario to verify the emergency alarm service in Intelligent Space, and show feasibility of the service from our simulation experiments.

유아교사의 기본응급처치 의식에 관한 연구 - 전북 군산.전주시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Basic Emergency Treatment Awareness Level of Kindergarten Teacher - Focus on the Jeonbuk Metropolitan Area -)

  • 본 연구에서는 유아교육기관에서 흔히 발생될 수 있는 내 외과적인 응급상황에 대하여 유치원 교사의 기본 응급처치 수행능력에 대해 조사하였다. 연구결과 유치원 교사의 59.4%가 전반적인 응급처치방법에 대하여 올바르게 수행하고 있었으나 일부분에 있어서는 응급처치 교육이 절실하게 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 특히 무의식 유아의 기도폐쇄는 83.2%가, 유아 인공호흡 방법은 82.1%가 잘못된 응급처치법을 숙지하고 있었다. 또한 화상 발생 시 67.4%가 응급처치 없이 바로 병원으로 간다고 응답하였고, 찰과상에 대해서도 53.7%가 잘못된 응급처치법을 숙지하고 있었다. 유아교육기관 내에서의 안전사고에 대한 교사의 책임이 부각되면서 실전에 필요한응급처치 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

보건교사의 응급간호 경험과 지원요구 (The Emergency Care Experience and Demand for Support of School Nurse)

  • Purpose: This study explores school nurses' emergency care experiences and their needs for systemic institutional support. Methods: Data were collected in 2016 from the interviews with five focus groups comprising thirty school nurses. Qualitative content analysis was then performed using the collected data. Results: The study found that school nurses were vulnerable to over-reaction in uncertain situations as the school's sole health service provider. The study's findings are divided into ten categories. 1) Major obstacles to overcome as the sole health service provider, 2) Assessing an uncertain situation and making appropriate decisions, 3) Providing limited first aid while maintaining control over the situation, 4) Referring or transferring a student to a hospital that creates tensions and raises cost, 5) Becoming an advocate for information disclosure and treatment, 6) Ensuring follow-up actions and proper transfer of responsibility, 7) Making preparations for future emergency, 8) Responding to conflicts arising from over-reaction as a safeguard and professional expertise, 9) Need for the development of standardized manual for school emergency care, 10) Need for practical case-based training. Conclusion: The findings of this study should contribute to the development of the programs aimed at improving school emergency care and the professional competence of school nurse.

대중버스용 긴급구난체계(e-Call) 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of e-Call for Public Bus)

  • ICT 기술이 발전함에 따라 교통사고 발생시 ICT기술을 활용하여 신속하게 처리하기 위한 연락체계 구축에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. e-Call(Emergency call)은 교통사고를 인식하고 신고가 이루어지는 차량ICT기반 긴급구난체계를 말한다. 한편, 기존의 버스정보시스템은 버스에 장착된 위치추적시스템을 통해 측위 데이터를 수집하여 센터로 전송한 후 센터에서는 수집된 버스의 운행정보를 기반으로 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대중버스에서 사고, 고장, 긴급상황이 발생했을 때 이를 신속하게 처리하기 위하여, 기존의 버스정보시스템을 활용한 긴급구난체계를 설계하고 구현하였다.
