This study examines e-government websites of the U. S. Canada Australia, the leading countries in the e-government project, and provides ways to improve the e-governments website of Korea.

Serials have always presented special problems since they are issued continuously and also they can change their title, frequency, publisher, etc. This paper discusses the current serials publication as well as the future trends of serials. Particular emphasis is placed on issues relating to the proliferation, scattering, increasing price, variations and furthermore CD- ROM which will have a direct impact on serials publishing.

선박조종시뮬레이터는 교육훈련생들에게 실제와 비슷한 환경을 제공하여 교육훈련의 효과를 높일 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 선박조종시뮬레이터에는 선박의 정확한 수학적 모델과 실제와 거의 동일한 3차원 화면이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 전자해도와 고도데이터를 이용한 3차원 영상 제작법에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 전자해도는 전 세계적으로 표준화 되어 있어 정확성이 가장 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라 수심, 항해물표 등 각종 데이터를 가지고 있어 보다 많은 정보를 선박조종시뮬레이터에 적용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 고도데이터의 경우 그 정확성으로 기존의 해상환경 데이터베이스보다 훨씬 현실감을 준다. 전자해도 및 고도데이터를 이용하여 해상환경을 제작 시 정확한 많은 정보의 제공이 가능하며, 기존의 방법에 비해 제작시간을 상당히 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Electronic Book(eBook) is a publication that stored and processed the contents of a book using digital mechanisms and has advantages such as easiness in saving and searching and the possibility of carrying. To activate Electronic Book which has the advantages mentioned above, studies on related techniques are required and a development of an editor exclusive for eBooks which is appropriate for eBook structure is still not adequate. In this paper, we design and implement Electronic Book editor providing form-based interface for eBook genre-based structure so that it would be easier for users to write. Especially because Electronic Book has genre-based structure due to the characteristic of literature, it is necessary to provide forms for each different genres. Therefore, compared to the problem of having to study XML grammar when writing Electronic Book using the existing XML editor, the proposed system can solve this problem by providing form-based interface. Additionally, with regard to the characteristic of eBook which have structures according to the intention of users, we provided the flexibility of adding dynamic forms to the form provided in default so that it will be more effective in writing Electronic Books. Therefore by providing form-based interface according to the genre and dynamic structure according to the intention of users, Electronic Book can be wrote more easily.

With the increase in smartphone ownership and Internet usage using smartphones, the information environment is shifting from the existing PC to the smart mobile. The current undergraduate students are called Generation Z who prefer smartphones to PCs and video contents to texts. This study attempted to understand their usage behaviors of electronic resources in an academic library in a smart mobile environment. This study conducted a usage statistics analysis with 61,433 usage records of e-books, audiobooks, and e-learning contents and 1,595 records of users in the A academic library during 3 years from 2016 to 2018. The scope of the data includes the date of use, the subject, the year of publication, the channel of use, and each user's gender, affiliation, status, admission date, and graduation date. This study investigated not only the general characteristics of electronic resource use, but also the usage behaviors according to the user's demographic characteristics. Based on the findings, this study suggested practical service plans that are applicable in the near future and reflect changing circumstances.

The study examined the current status and the use of electronic publishing files to produce a bibliographic database. In particular . it examined the problems faced in the production of KoreaMed, an abstract database of Korean medical journals. The methodology of KoreaMed to utilize the computer files which was produced in the process of publication of a print journal is found to be very effective. It assures the accuracy of data, accelerates the input speeds, and reduces the input costs. However, such a project can not be accomplished to a satisfactory level without the cooperation of the publishers involved. It turns out that many small publishers and academic societies hardly have saved the electronic publishing files of previous issues. Besides, it is hard to maintain the right channel to receive the files continuously. The input and processing of special characters are very delicate problems. In addition, the diversity of layout and formats of journals, of the electronic publishing software used, and of the storage media, makes the utilization of the electronic publishing files a very complex process. In order to operate the KoreaMed system more efficiently by requiring the publishers to submit XML files which meets the standard of the KoreaMed, it is necessary to educate and train personnels of journal publishers for the management of electronic publishing files.

Objective : The aim of this study is identify major trend and characteristics of studies on aromatherapy in Korea. Methods : We searched the three electronic database(RISS, NDSL, KTKP) and manually checked related Korean journals and reference lists 2000 up to June 2014. The studies were analyzed based on publication year, type of paper, intervention method, type of disease, type of aroma. Results : We included 79 articles in this study. 1. 5 papers were published annually on average. 2. After classifying papers by the speciality of thesis and journal, continuous study was followed not only nursing, but also in many specialities like alternative medicine, korean medicine. 3. Aroma therapy is effect of stress, anxiety, insomnia. 4. Many used interventions are inhalation. 5. The most commonly used in aromatherapy is lavender. Conclusions : These results suggest that Aromatherapy research is insufficient in korean medicine. But more research is needed to relieve stress, anxiety in the future.

In this paper, we design and implement A4 sized, web-based POP(Print On Demand) system using multi-layer technique. We Propose the framework of POP system, which uses multi-layer technique, uses highly accessible web-service, produces template, enables a user to easily edit, and allows the user to instantly print edited files. This system will be widely used in web-based electronic publication and e-book.

Objective: To date, only a few studies have investigated the relationships between genetic polymorphisms and external apical root resorption (EARR). Hence, the aim of this systematic review was to explore the relationship between different gene polymorphisms and their association with EARR. Methods: A complete literature search was conducted by two independent reviewers. The PubMed, Science Direct, and Scopus databases were searched. In addition, the bibliographies of all textbooks and relevant articles were searched manually. A meta-analysis was performed using data entered into the electronic databases until February 28, 2017. Results: On the basis of the search, we identified 17 and 7 publications for the systematic review and meta-analysis, respectively. Odds ratio (OR) was used to evaluate the association of the interleukin 1B (+3954) polymorphism and the risk of EARR. The overall OR from the studies was used to estimate the risk of EARR. However, no association was found and no publication bias was apparent for the risk of EARR in patients receiving orthodontic treatment. Conclusions: More research on the relationship between gene polymorphism and EARR is necessary to determine better specificity of possible interactions.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of spiritual intervention studies by examining biological, psychological, and spiritual outcomes. Methods: From electronic databases 2522 studies were retrieved, of which 21 studies met the inclusion criteria. These studies had 1411 participants. Two authors independently extracted data from the selected studies and assessed the methodological quality. The data were analyzed using the RevMan 5.1 program of the Cochrane library. Results: Overall effect size of spiritual intervention on spiritual and psychological (depression and anxiety) outcomes were moderate (d= -0.65 to d= -0.76, p<.001). The effects on biological outcomes (pain and functional status) ranged from -0.51 to -0.39, respectively. No publication bias was detected as evaluated by a funnel plot. Spiritual intervention had a moderate effect on psychological and spiritual outcomes and a smaller effect on biological outcomes. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that spiritual intervention can relieve depression and anxiety. Further randomized controlled trials studies are needed to evaluate the effects of spiritual intervention on biological outcomes.
