  • The purpose of this study is to let the entire logistics system be managed in cyberspace by effectively sharing the logistics information between companies involved in the process, changing conventional commerce to electronic commerce. Most of the goods traded through electronic commerce are small goods involving small business transactions. This produces many problems in shipping and delivery and the leads an inefficient logistics system. Another problems is that there is no sharing of information that process the logistics flow and no systematic management of pick-up and delivery information. As a result, rise in logistics cost, longer delivery period and poor service quality are inevitable and these results are becoming an obstacle in the widespread usage of the electronic commerce. Companies that are part of logistics center can cooperate logistics business in Cyber space and share the entire logistics information through the cyber logistics center. This turns out in effective sharing of logistics information, and thus, allows efficient management of logistics, improves logistics service, and reduces logistics cost.

전자상거래관리사 출제기준에 대한 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvements of Qualification Items for Electronic Commerce Manager)

  • 전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

  • TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

  • Dongdaemoon clothes market can make traditional commerce to improve problems which happen to traditional commerce and satisfy between customers and salers through combination among Electronic Commerce which is growing up in 21 centuries place innovation This thesis is focusing on suggesting strategies which practice to let Dongdaemoon clothes market customers and wholesalers, retailers to use Electronic Commerce as strategic skills by analyzing core successful factors for adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market. Adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market when the customer make a reservation and the salers provide the customer with discounting service, the customer was willing to but it. Internet service categories which affect customer's satisfaction are providing lots of product information. This thesis shows providing information made the customer to increase customers's satisfaction degree and buying intention. Also convenience of product research, and reliability in transaction process can enable the customer to increase transaction reliability. These factors are very important in Electronic Commerce. In addition, factors which show customer's suggestion and inconvenience by using best seller information and discounting service board when they buy some items in Dongdaemoon clothes market affect the customer satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree of providing information. However, this thesis is analyzed that reliability of transaction process doesn't affect all successful factors such as product quality, size, online payment system, price reliability.

전자상거래를 위한 XML 메시지 처리기 설계 (Design of XML Message Processor for Electronic Commerce)

  • XML이 W3C의 표준이고 플랫폼에 독립적이라는 특성 때문에 전자상거래에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이미 많은 전자상거래 시스템에서 XML을 이용하고 있다. B2B 전자상거래 분야에서는 기업간 비즈니스에 대한 업무 규칙과 절차가 표준화되어야 한다. 그러나 많은 기업들이 표준화된 XML 문서를 사용하는 것이 아니라 각 기업의 실정에 맞는 시스템을 구축하여 기업간 XML 문서 전달을 하고 있어, 이에 따라 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML로 서비스를 요청하고 서버가 해당 서비스를 처리하는 XML 메시지 처리기를 설계하였다. 이 XML 메시지 처리기를 전자상거래 시스템에 적용하여 효율적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 정보기술, 정보통신기술등의 발달로 기존의 상거래 방식과는 많이 다른 방식의 거래가 이루어지고 있다. Electronic Commerce의 활성화는 가상상점(Electronic Shopping Mall), 전자지불체계 (Electronic Payment System), Web EDI 등 인터넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 경제활동을 다양하게 하였다. 이러한 EC의 한 패러다임으로 이동 상거래 방식이 등장하게 되었다. 이것이 개방 네트워크와 공중망을 통하여 이용자의 위치, 시간과 관계없이 텍스트, 음성, 화상의 디지털 데이터를 이용하여 기업 또는 개인의 상거래 활동을 정의하는 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce) 방식 중의 하나인 모빌커머스(Mobile Commerce)이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모빌커머스가 기존의 인터넷 비즈니스의 한 방향으로서 유, 무선 통신망을 이용한 자유스런 정보의 전달을 통한해 어떤 상거래를 구축하는 것이 성공할 수 있는 것인가 이해하고자 전자상거래에서의 모빌커머스 역할에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

  • The application of Internet-technologies to support inter-business transactions and relationships (also termed business-to-business, B2B, electronic commerce) has recently received tremendous attention. Recognizing the importance of the Internet as a powerful business tool, many companies including public organization such as KEPCO(Korea Electronic Power Corporation) have moved quickly to take advantage of electronic commerce. This study explores the impact of Internet-based technology on the procurement function, howe-procurement is helping organizations to enhance their competitiveness and the challenges to its adoption. The study also presents the findings from a survey conducted to gain insight into the adoption of e-procurement by KEPCO. Specifically, it seeks to uncover the prevalence of and extent to which public organization is adopting e-procurement, the benefits reaped and the barriers encountered in the course of implementation.

  • In the operating of electronic commerce system, the information about consumer purchasing intention to product through e-mail has caused the problems in the management aspects. These are the using of information again and response to the situations promptly in consumer purchasing intension, etc. Moreover, it has brought out the issues timely to operate the electronic commerce system strategically with reapplication of consumer intention information. In this studies, the agent system AWEC(Agent Windows for EC) was proposed as an alternative paln, which charges of he getting and transmitting information of consumers intension in the electronic commerce system. In this proposed AWEC, the functional structure and working allocation were executed. And also eh performance of the proposed system is analyzed and evaluated through experiment.

전자거래에서 전자기록 송수신 시기 및 장소의 해석과 적용 (Interpretation and Application of Time and Place of Dispatch and Receipt of Electronic Records in Electronic Transactions)

  • Determination of the time and place of dispatch and receipt of electronic messages is an important element of the operation of many rules of law, particularly the timing of formation of the contract. In this paper, I reviewed interpretation and application of time and place of dispatch and receipt of electronic records in electronic transactions under the UNCITRAL(United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) Model Law on Electronic Commerce, USA Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and Korea Electronic Transactions Act. Time of dispatch and time of receipt are effective when received. The sender has the burden to prove that the electronic record is sent successfully to the information process system of the recipient. Therefore, to safety electronic transactions, the sender needs to request a confirm notice for receipt to the recipient when the electronic record is sent like the provisions of UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce and Korea Electronic Transactions Act. By requesting the above, the sender is able to take precautionary measures for damage according to the failure of dispatch and receipt of the electronic records.

이용자간 파일공유방식에 기반한 P2P 전자상거래 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Peer-to-Peer Electronic Commerce Systems based on the File Sharing Method between Users)

  • Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.
