As Electronic Commerce is getting larger, the volume of Internet-based commerce by enterprise is also getting larger. This phenomenon applies to Internet EDI, Global Internet Business, and CALS information services. In this paper, a new type of cryptographic key recovery mechanism satisfying requirements of business environment is proposed. It is also applied to enterprise information infrastructure for managing employees' task related to handling official properties of electronic enterprise documents exchange. This technology needs to be complied to information management policy of a certain enterprise environment because behavior of cryptographic key recovery can cause interruption of the employees' privacy. However, the cryptographic key recovery mechanism is able to applied to any kind of information service, the application areas of key recovery technology must be seriously considered as not disturbing user's privacy It will depend on the policy of enterprise information management of a specific company.

본 논문은 최근 우리 나라에서 그 이용이 확산되고 있는 기업간 전자상거래(Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce)에서 수입과 관련한 갈등을 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 첫째, 전자상거래 환경하에서 갈등의 원인은 무엇이며, 그 성격은 어떠한지를 검토하고 갈등이 겉으로 드러나지 않은 상태에서 어떠한 형태의 갈등원인이 기업(수입당사자)으로 하여금 해외공급선에 대한 불만을 갖도록 하는가를 밝힌다. 둘째, 전자상거래 환경하에서 기업(수입당사자)과 해외공급선간의 무역갈등에 대한 인식과 행동에 있어서 갈등의 위치는 어떠한지를 알아본다. 셋째, 이러한 무역갈등의 결과 내지 여파는 어떻게 나타나는지를 밝혀 전자상거래 환경하에서 무역갈등 모형을 수립하고, 이러한 갈등을 효율적으로 관리하여 기업간 전자상거래의 활성화를 도모하고자 한다.

본 논문은 TCP 수정 없이 상향링크 혼잡 상황에서 확인응답 지연시간 개선을 통해 하향링크 TCP 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 상향링크 혼잡 제어 기술을 제안한다. 제안한 방법으로 하향링크 TCP 성능이 향상됨을 실험을 통해 확인한다.

For a recent most companies to make efficient business management, we are using a groupware service of integrated information system of the entire group. Groupware service integrates the cooperation in excellent synergy and duplicates has been business functions of the business, through the improvement of multi-purpose business processing capacity, there is an advantage of reduced operating costs. However, if the parent company and subsidiary, or to handle common tasks such information agency, which may cause differences in the format of the data passed in the case of a need to provide a document. Therefore, in this paper, in order to solve the heterogeneity problem in data between groups, the data system of the hub base of the cloud is provided. The proposed system is intended to improve the groupware environment including the interoperability of integrated standardized environmental data sharing service.

In general wireless power transfer systems (WPTSs), power transfer is controlled by the wireless communication between a transmitter (Tx) and a receiver (Rx). However, WPTS is difficult to apply in electronic products that do not have batteries, such as TVs. A WPTS with resonators based on a transformer of LLC series resonant converter is proposed in this study to eliminate wireless communication units between a Tx and an Rx. The proposed system operates at the boundary of the resonance frequency, and the required power can be stably supplied to authorized devices even though some misalignment occurs. Moreover, standby power standards for the electronic product can be satisfied.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발달은 전자상거래라는 새로운 거래관행을 창출하였고 기업과 개인들에게 경제활동의 모든 분야에서 매우 커다란 기회를 제공하게 되었다. 이에 따라 전자상거래는 세계무역에서 차지하는 비중이 날로 증대하고 있으며 그 영역도 점차 확대되고 있다. 전자상거래의 과정은 종래의 거래방식으로는 생각지 못했던 방식으로 계약이 체결되고 결제가 이루어지며, 상품이나 서비스가 이동되고 무역거래에 수반되는 각종 절차를 수행하계 된다. 따라서 과거의 법이론 및 사회제도 안에서 예측하지 못했던 많은 문제점들이 표출되었고, 이는 법적 제도적 불안정으로 인한 거래관련당사자들간의 분쟁의 야기 가능성을 의미한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래계약시 발생가능한 법적 제도적 문제 중에서 특히 계약의 성립과 관련된 여러 문제들을 다루어보고 이를 토대로 거래당사자들간에 발생가능한 실무적인 문제들의 해결방안을 몇 가지 제시하여 보았다.

전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

Since the emergence of the Internet, electronic business (e-business) has become one of the most widely investigated issues. E-business is considered to have the potential of generating considerable new values and the capability to transform the rules of competition in unprecedented ways. This study aim to suggest a approach for new business idea creation. This is based on the analysis and manipulation of business method patents. For this end, our research is performed in the following ways. First, business keywords are extracted from business method patents. Second, business model framework which is used to structuralize the business is suggested based on the literature survey. Third, the business keywords are classified into the business model framework. Forth, existing business model is expressed based on the suggested framework. Finally, new business idea is created from the existing business model by adding, subtracting, or substituting the business keywords.
