Objective: This study aims to analyze cost-effectiveness of two most-commonly used statins from the perspective of the Korean national health system. Methods: The scope of the analysis included rosuvastatin (5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg) and atorvastatin (10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg). Effectiveness was defined as percentage (%) and absolute (mg/dL) reductions of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) from the baseline. They were derived from published randomized controlled studies for rosuvastatin and atorvastatin. Effectiveness was defined as reductions in LDL-C levels per mg dose of the drugs. The annual direct medical costs including drug acquisition costs and monitoring costs over the one-year time horizon were calculated for each alternative. The average cost-effectiveness ratios (ACERs) and incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs) for each statin dose were calculated. Results: The ACERs for all doses of rosuvastatin (5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg) were lower than those for all doses of atorvastatin (10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg). Rosuvastatin 10 mg was the most cost-effective statin for LDL-C reduction. In cost-effectiveness analyses for corresponding doses of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin, rosuvastatin was the superior strategy which suggests both higher effectiveness and lower costs than atorvastatin. However, we have to consider this analysis is highly influenced by current price of statins in each market. Conclusion: For reduction of LDL-C levels in Korean patients with dyslipidemia, rosuvastatin 10mg is the most cost-effective statin in the current Korean market.

In recent years, a scholars and a managers in business have taken a more interest on the effects of corporate culture on the organization effectiveness. The corporate culture has been recognized as one of the way to promote the organization performance and cope with the changes of the business environment. Edgar H. Shein defins the corporate culture as the that the pattern of basic assumptions that a given group has invented, discovered or developed in learning to cope with its problems of external adaptation and internal integration. The organization effectiveness is differently defined as the job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment, organizational performance etc. The business culture help the employee (1) understand the values, the tradition, and the different management systems(decision-making basis, promotion, reward, behavior etc.) of the company, (2) make the performance-oriented decison and doings. Consequently, the excellent corporate culture would improve the organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is (1) to examine theoretically the content on the corporate culture and the organizational effectiveness, (2) to suggest the direction of the corporate culture management for both the management md the scholars.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate effectiveness in foreign Health Promoting School through a systematic review. Methods: To perform a systematic literature survey, the researcher searched two database (PubMed and Springer Link) for literature relevant to 'health promoting schools' (published up to April 2013 from 2004). The key words used for the search were "effectiveness", "evaluation" and "health promoting school". five evaluations in this review were selected in the peer reviewed. Results: 1. The areas of standardized assessments were dealing with school health policy, physical environment, psycho social environment, community participation, Literacy on health, personal hygienic skills, academic achievement, self reported health status, and mental health. 2. There was evidence that the health promoting school has some positive influence on various domains of assessment. Conclusion: This systematic review provides evidence concerning the effectiveness of the health promoting school.

A shielding effectiveness of mesh screen filter of plasma display panel (PDP) has been calculated in this paper. Since the screen filter is located near the radiation source, the near field wave impedance of the radiation source, i.e., the PDP electrodes, has been considered to calculate the shielding effectiveness. The near field shielding effectiveness of screen filter at 30${\sim}$300 MHz has been estimated to be more than 65${\sim}$80 dB. The measured shielding effectiveness of screen filter is 10${\sim}$50 dB at 30${\sim}$300 MHz[1]. The resulting discrepancy indicates that there are other EMI emission sources such as emission from PCB and cable besides the PDP electrodes.

Recently, as the management environments are changing rapidly and the uncertainty is becoming larger, the needs of internal control for management and IS become stronger. In order to construct a new internal control system for IS, it is necessary to evaluate the former research of the system. This study emphasizes the importance of effective internal control system, presents a conceptual framework for the preceding factors to consider, and verifies empirically the framework. This study sets the organization citizenship behavior, IS innovation resistance, and IT capability from the viewpoint of Socio-Technical system as the preceding factors for the effectiveness of internal control system. A research model, affecting the above factors on IS capability as a mediating variable of the internal control effectiveness for the use of IS, is set up. PLS-Graph 3.0 is used to verify the model. We found that the internal control effectiveness have affirmative effect on information capability, a surrogate variable of the IS effectiveness and a mediation effect is meaningful.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that influence adolescents' reading effectiveness and to structuralize the relationship between those factors. In consequence, reading attitude is the greatest factor that influences reading effectiveness, followed by library positivity and the reading role model. According to ANOVA, there is a difference in average between personality types, but PLS(Partial Least Squares) shows that personality types do not affect reading attitudes and reading effectiveness.

Since team performance has become one of the core factors for companies' success, companies are putting every effort to raise team productivity. In this vein, the purpose of this study was to examine the influence of team learning behavior upon team dynamic capabilities, team effectiveness, and to verify the mediating effect of team dynamic capabilities in corporations. 312 employees were randomly selected to participate in an questionnaire survey. The result has shown that the static correlation exists between team learning behavior, team dynamic capabilities, and team effectiveness. Team dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between team learning behavior and team effectiveness. Based on the findings, the study implies that learning behaviors among team members should be supported in order to improve its outcome, and HR representatives must help to develop dynamic capabilities.

This study suggests that as receiving feedback is moved back, the effectiveness of problem-solving increases. Utilizing data from innovation contests in which a number of problem solvers compete with each other, we answer questions such as whether the order of receiving first feedback affects problem-solving effectiveness and how problem-solving experience moderates the relationship between the first feedback order and problem-solving effectiveness. Empirical results based on data collected from Kaggle, an online platform for innovation contests, showed that the order that contest participants receive the first feedback increases problem-solving effectiveness. Furthermore, the more prior experience of contest participants accentuates the suggested relationship between the order of receiving the first feedback and problem-solving effectiveness.
