조선소 설비공의 직무 분석을 통한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Educational Training Program by the Job Analysis Ship-Fitters)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the job and develops the educational training program of ship-fitter by using the DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) method. On the first stage, the authors have been defined the job and classified duties and tasks of ship-fitters. To fine what is the most efficient task for ship-fitter, we have been investigated the levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry in each task. A DACUM committee is composed of total 10 members, which are one facilitator, eight panel members, one recorder & coordinator to analyze the job of ship-fitter. Following is the result of this study. First, 5 duties and 28 tasks are analyzed. Second, 19 tasks that are essential in entry level of occupation containing 'drawing inspecting' are identified. Third, a job model of ship-fitter is constructed by the results of DACUM job analysis. Fourth, training program is developed. This program contains task/curriculum Matrix, task/Course Matrix, training Course Profile, training Road Map.

실세계 상황에서 수학적 모델링 과제설정 효과 (The Effects of Tasks Setting for Mathematical Modelling in the Complex Real Situation)

  • 연구의 목적은 ICME(2008,Mexico) 모델링 TSG21에서 논의한 모델일의 두 과제 설정 MMa, MeA이 학교수학에 효율적으로 적용이 될 수 있는지를 알아보는데 있다. 이 실험에서 수학과 교육과정에 적용할 수 있는 몇 가지 중요한 점을 발견했는데, 첫째는 MMa집단이 통제집단 IPS에 모델링 문항에서 성취도에 우의미한 차이를 보였고, 정보처리 문항에서도 좋은 성취수준을 보였다. 다시 말하면 모델링 MMa, MeA 교육이 가능하게 현행 학교 문제 해결 또는 개념 학습에 포함이 되고 더욱 발전 되는 시스템을 가질 수 있다. 둘째는 실험집단의 학생들이 생성한 모델링 처음 3단계 상황분석, 수학질문 구성, 모델설정에서 독특한 발견전략을 사용하였고 후반 2단계에서도 전통적 IPS 문제해결과 좋은 연결성을 보였다. 또, 실험집단 MMa, MeA 학생들이 개념적 시스템의 구성과정을 잘 이해했으며 Lesh & Sriraman(2005a, 2005b)의 개념적 시스템의 구성을 뒷받침 해 주었다. 셋째는 과제설정 MMa, MeA 간에 모델링의 사고행동인 수학적 상황 센스를 만들기(S), 창조하기(C), 확장하기(E), 재정의하기(RF)가 교실에서 활발하게 일어났다는 점이다. 따라서 Pollak등이 제언한 모델링 활동은 현행 IPS 활동과 의미 있게 교류 될 수 있다.

Use of Digital Educational Resources in the Training of Future Specialists in the EU Countries

  • The article proves that the main goal of informatization of higher education institutions in the EU countries is to improve the quality of education of future specialists by introducing digital educational resources into the education process. The main tasks of informatization of education are defined. Digital educational resources are interpreted as a set of data in digital form that is applicable for use in the learning process; it is an information source containing graphic, text, digital, speech, music, video, photo and other information aimed at implementing the goals and objectives of modern education; educational resources on the Internet, electronic textbooks, educational programs, electronic libraries, etc. The creation of digital educational resources is defined as one of the main directions of informatization of all forms and levels of Education. Types of digital educational resources by educational functions are considered. The factors that determine the effectiveness of using digital educational resources in the educational process are identified. The use of digital educational resources in the training of future specialists in the EU countries is considered in detail. European countries note that digital educational resources in professional use allow you to implement a fundamentally new approach to teaching and education, which is based on broad communication, free exchange of opinions, ideas, information of participants in a joint project, on a completely natural desire to learn new things, expand their horizons; is based on real research methods (scientific or creative laboratories), allowing you to learn the laws of nature, the basics of techniques, technology, social phenomena in their dynamics, in the process of solving vital problems, features of various types of creativity in the process of joint activities of a group of participants; promotes the acquisition by teachers of various related skills that can be very useful in their professional activities, including the skills of using computer equipment and various digital technologies.

인수분해 문제 해결과 유추 (Factorization Problem Solving and Analogy)

  • This study investigated the factorization concept development level of 3rd grades in middle school, the success of factorization problem solving, and the completion of factorization analogy tasks and science concepts analogy tasks. This study's results are followings. 1. Based on Sfard' reification levels, we classified students' factorization concept development levels from level 0 to level 3. As the students' development level was high, they tended to succeed the factorization problems gradually. 2. Experiencing factorization tasks which made students arrange factorization expressions hating same characterization, students ' factorization problem solving was improved. And, as the students' development level was high, they tended to attend to internal structural relations in factorization analogy tasks. 3. Analogy in factorization wasn't interrelated with analogy in science concepts. It said that analogy depended on the knowledges with it.

학년과 성에 따른 소외 영재의 학습 스타일과 과제선호도 탐색 (Exploring Learning Styles and Task Preferences of Disadvantaged Gifted Students)

  • As an educational trial for pursuit of educational excellence in the disadvantaged gifted, this study was to explore learning styles and task preferences by student's grade and gender. Furthermore, this study sought to present the practical basis to develop programs for disadvantaged gifted students. Total 153 disadvantage gifted students responded items of the Learning Styles Inventory-III and the Task Preferences Scale, which responses were analyzed by student's grade and gender in using MANOVA. As the results, the 1st grade disadvantaged gifted students preferred Direct instruction, Technology, and Learning games to the higher grade level students. There were significant differences in task preferences by students' grade level. The 4th grade disadvantaged gifted students preferred Creative tasks and Difficult tasks more than other grade level students.

공간 과제에서 인지 전략의 유형과 역할: 시각적 변별과 기억 능력을 중심으로 (Type and Role of Cognition Strategies in Spatial Tasks: Focusing on Visual Discrimination and Visual Memory Abilities)

  • 본 연구에서는 공간 과제에서 학생들이 사용하는 공간 인지 전략의 유형과 역할을 살펴보고자 Shepard & Metzler(1971)의 심적 회전 검사(mental rotation test)를 토대로 시각적 변별과 기억 능력을 측정하는 두가지 공간 과제를 개발하여, 초등학교 6학년 학생 63명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 학생들은 접근 방법 측면에서 전체적 접근 전략과 부분적 접근 전략을, 처리 방법 측면에서 심상적 처리 전략과 분석적 처리 전략을, 준거 기준 측면에서 대상 변환 전략과 관점 변환 전략을 사용하였다. 사용 전략에 따른 검사 점수를 비교한 결과 접근 방법 측면에서는 부분적 접근 전략을 사용한 집단이, 처리 방법 측면에서는 분석적 처리 전략을 사용한 집단이, 준거 기준 측면에서는 관점 변환 전략을 사용한 집단의 검사점수가 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 이러한 전략은 변별 과제보다 재인 과제에서, 복잡도가 낮은 문항보다는 복잡도가 높은 문항에서 더 빈번하게 사용되었다. 따라서 부분적 접근전략, 분석적 처리 전략, 관점 변환 전략은 인지적 노력이 많이 요구되는 문제 상황에서 체계적으로 문제를 해결하도록 돕는 유용한 전략임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 수학 수업에서 핵심적인 역할을 하는 과제의 인지적 수준은 교수${\cdot}$학습 과정 동안 다양하게 변할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 4개의 6학년 수학교실에서 '비와 비율' 단원에 제시된 주요 과제들을 대상으로 우리나라 수학교실에서 나타나는 과제 설정과 실행 패턴은 어떠한지, 그리고 그 패턴에 영향을 미치는 교실 요인은 무엇인지 면밀하게 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 초기의 높은 수준의 인지적 과제가 수업 내내 전반적으로 유지되는 경우도 있었으나, 여러 가지 요인에 의해서 의미와 연계되지 않은 절차, 비체계적인 탐구, 불충분한 탐구로 쇠퇴하는 경우도 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 수학 시간에 교사가 특히 주의해야 할 요인을 밝히고, 전반적으로 정적인 의미의 분석보다는 수학적 과제의 인지적 수준이 변화하는 과정에 대한 이해 및 분석의 중요성을 강조한다.

교육 효과 제고를 위한 안전체험시설 전문가 의식 조사 (A Study on the Educational Effect of Safety Education Facilities through case study and interview with experts)

  • This is a qualitative case study conducted for the purpose of enhancing educational effect of safety education facilities. Recently, the Ministry of Education (MoE) has proclaimed the 7 standards for school safety education, and has established safety education facilities to implement experience-based safety education. This study attempted to explore ways to enhance educational effect of safety education facilities through participatory observation and interview conducted with personnel of several facilities. The findings of the study were as follows: it was necessary to secure and maintain facilities for the implementation of substantial safety education, to develop and distribute standardized curriculum and materials, and to improve quality of professional instructors. The study suggested implications and future tasks to improve the education effect of safety education facilities in various dimensions.

Educational Use of IPTV: Issues and Future Directions

  • National support for use of IPTV in school has increased for the purpose of enhancing public education. As a convergence media, IPTV is expected to create a better and more successful learning experience with individualized content and advanced technology. While the potential benefits of IPTV have been discussed in different perspectives, we cannot fully benefit from new media without careful preparation and pedagogical consideration. Therefore, purpose of this study was to investigate educational use and applicability of IPTV in Korea. First, it redefines the concept and characteristics of IPTV in an educational context. Second, it identifies the main issues and considerations in practice. Lastly, the paper discusses guidelines for future tasks to facilitate the educational use of IPTV in terms of educational application, technological issues (e.g., LMS, set-top box), and content development.

오류 상황을 포함하는 논증 과제 제시를 통한 초등 과학수업의 효과 및 특징 (Effects of Scientific Argumentation on Argument Tasks with Incorrect Alternative Ideas in Elementary Science Classes)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of scientific argumentation on argument tasks with incorrect alternative ideas in elementary science classes. The subjects were 41 fourth graders of 2 classes in an elementary school. In the experimental group, argument tasks with pictures including incorrect alternative ideas were suggested in order to facilitate argumentation. Students were asked to perform argumentation with the component of claim, evidence, and reasoning. In the control group, textbook-based traditional instruction was used. The results showed that scientific argumentation activities on argument tasks with incorrect alternative ideas had positive effects on students' science achievement and science-related affective domains. The analyses of students' argumentation revealed that argument tasks with incorrect alternative ideas could facilitate students' participation and exposure of their preconceptions. It also led students to find and connect evidence to support their claims. In some cases, students had difficulty in making appropriate argumentation because of unclear experimental data and/or invalid reasoning. Educational implications were discussed.
