교과서전문도서관은 현재 우리나라 교육 발전을 위해 노력하고 있는 교과서 관련 분야의 전문가와 교과서 개발 출판사 등에 필요한 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 교수와 학생의 연구 및 교육을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 교과서전문도서관의 현실을 보면, 국가지원운영 예산 부족, 공공기반시설로서 기반 취약, 교과서 관련자료 수집의 어려움, 도서관 간 연계체제 미흡 등의 문제점을 안고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌분석, 사례분석, 그리고 전문가의견수렴과정을 거쳐 교과서전문도서관의 발전방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 교과서전문도서관 구축 및 운영의 중장기 정책방향을 크게 교과서전문도서관 조직 및 운영, 교과서전문도서관 정보자원의 수집 및 목록작성 방안, 그리고 교과서전문도서관 정보화전략 및 특화콘텐츠의 구축 등으로 대분하여 제안하였다.

This study is the YongDuSan area which finished a basic plan of a rural village development projects in 2006 February. Rural village development Projects of YongDuSan area in Jecheon city progressed as follows. It is played by consciousness investigation to the objects with 143 adult man and woman in a region until November 4th from October 28th(for eight days) in 2005. The results of study as follows; First, YongDuSan area and income were mostly contenting themselves in life. This is as there is income through HwangGi, and be as there is a little inconvenience of a life as is located in the city neighboring. Also, prepare the infrastructure which can process a twice and three times through HwangGi businesses, were as an income business they are continuous, and to be stable was possible, and were investigated if done so. The second, local residents were recognizing so that a rural related projects enforcing in the most governments can't affect greatly a life improvement and activation. Therefore, let you understand residents so that these projects are performed by residents, and an educational program and aggressive public information to be able to feel participation consciousness are necessary. The third, Must review a plan to strengthen bisexual a talented person leadership education in order to develop a local ability. And Construction of a system to be able to increase efficiency operating a village and The system that can manage systematically that kind of system is necessary.

본 연구에서는 캄보디아 대학생의 학업성취 수준과 대학생활 경험 수준을 살펴보고, 대학생활 경험이 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 캄보디아 프놈펜에 소재한 대학(5개교)의 재학생 524명을 대상으로 '대학생 경험 척도(College Student Experiences Questionnaire; CSEQ)' 문항을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료의 분석에는 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생의 '컴퓨터 및 인터넷 이용(Computer and Information Technology)', '교과목학습(Course Learning)', '동아리 및 학생모임(Club and Organization)' 경험이 학업성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주요 연구 결과를 바탕으로 도출한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학은 학생들이 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 용이하게 활용할 수 있도록 관련 인프라의 구축을 확대할 필요가 있고, 학생들의 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technologies; ICT) 소양을 함양할 수 있는 관련 프로그램을 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 대학 강의의 질을 향상시키고자 하는 대학 차원의 노력이 필요하다. 마지막으로 학생들의 동아리 및 학생모임에의 참여가 학업성취의 향상과 연계될 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

The unprecedented situation of COVID-19 caused the government of India to instruct educational institutions to switch to an online mode to mitigate the losses for students due to the pandemic. The present study attempts to explore the impact of online learning introduced as a stop-gap arrangement during the pandemic in India. A survey was conducted (N=289), via Facebook and WhatsApp, June 1-15, 2020 to understand the accessibility and effectiveness of online learning and constraints that students of higher education across the country faced during the peak times of the pandemic. The analysis and interpretation of the data revealed that the students acclimatized in a short span of time to online learning, with only 33.21% saying they were not satisfied with the online learning mode. However, the sudden shift to online education has presented more challenges for the socially and economically marginalized groups, including Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), females, and students in rural areas, due to factors like the price of high-speed Internet (78.20% identified it as a barrier to online learning), insufficient infrastructure (23.52% needed to share their device frequently or very frequently), poor Internet connectivity, etc. According to 76.47% of respondents, the future of learning will be in "blended mode." A total of 88.92% of the respondents suggested that the government should provide high-quality video conferencing facilities free to students to mitigate the division created by online education in an already divided society.

온라인 스터디 플랫폼으로 학습하는 시간이 증가하며 플랫폼의 지속적인 이용을 위한 학습자들의 동기유발 또한 중요해지고 있다. 학습뿐 만이 아닌 다양한 서비스들에서도 사용자들의 지속적인 이용을 위해 흥미를 유발하는 게이미피케이션 기법을 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 게이미피케이션 요소들 중에서도 보상시스템과 스토리텔링 기법을 사용하여 온라인 스터디 플랫폼에서 학습자들의 흥미와 능률을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제안하기 위해 성공적인 서비스 사례들을 분석한 후 학습 플랫폼의 성격에 알맞게 가이드라인을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 세 가지 가이드라인을 바탕으로 향후에는 더욱 상용화 될 온라인 스터디 플랫폼 내에서 학습자들의 몰입도를 높여 교육 인프라 디지털화에 기여할 수 있다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the dilemma and improvement strategies for the integrated management of extracurricular education programs at Duksung Women's University. The research method was finally composed of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of collecting and analyzing the previous research literature. As for the contents of the study, the dilemma of the integrated management of the extracurricular education program at Duksung Women's University was presented first. Examples of dilemmas include difficulties in organizing and operating programs from the perspective of a roadmap customized for each grade level, difficulties in establishing a foundation for balanced mapping of core competencies and cultivating programs, difficulties in managing the performance of regular program monitoring and feedback improvement, and activating the linkage system between subjects and extracurricular education programs difficulties and difficulties in establishing a support system for the operation of the extracurricular education integrated management system were reflected. In addition, a strategy to complement and improve this dilemma was presented in a linkage. As a result of the study, the integrated management dilemma of Duksung Women's University's extracurricular education programs needs to be resolved in the long term through formal infrastructure such as external expert advice and expert exchange, and the development and use of related manuals should be considered aspects were analyzed. In addition, the content of this study was analyzed not only in the educational case of Duksung Women's University, but also in that it deals with cases that can be usefully referenced in most universities that develop and operate extracurricular education programs. Finally, this study presents an evidence-based practices that can be referenced in promoting the integrated management of extracurricular education programs in university sites, and the position and identity of extracurricular education throughout the university curriculum. It is judged that the significance and expected effect of the study can be obtained in that it provides an opportunity to improve from the management point of view.

우리나라는 명실상부한 전자정부 강국으로서 오랜 기간의 경험과 잘 구축된 정보통신 인프라를 기반으로 일찌감치 행정업무의 효율성과 국민의 편의성은 확보했지만, 그만큼 크고 작은 사이버 공격에 항시 노출되어 있다. 행정 및 공공부문의 사이버보안 대응력 및 회복력 확보는 국가경쟁력의 중요한 요소이며, 이를 위해 잘 훈련된 사이버보안 전문인력을 확보하고 재교육을 통해 계속해서 역량개발을 지원해야 한다. 하지만 국가균형발전사업으로 기관과 인력이 지방으로 이전하였음에도 교육시설의 이전이나 확장은 이루어지지 않아, 오히려 재교육을 통한 역량개발의 기회는 박탈되고 있는 것은 아닐지에 대한 논의가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 공공부문 사이버보안 교육기회나 요구사항에 있어 지역, 기관, 인력의 특성에 따라 격차가 있는지 실증하고자 한다. 더불어 실증 결과를 바탕으로 공공부문 사이버보안 인력의 교육격차 해소방안을 제안하고자 한다.

전 세계가 고등교육 서비스 산업 및 인재 유치 차원에서 유학생 유치에 총력을 기울이고 있는 가운데 통계청에 따르면 우리나라 외국인 유학생은 2015년에 9만명을 넘었으며, 2016년에는 10만 4,262명으로 증가하였으며 향후 그 수치는 계속 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 그 동안 정부의 외국인 유학생 유치 확대 의지에도 불구하고 기숙사의 양적 부족과 기숙사 시설 등 대학의 기본적인 인프라 부족이 제약요인으로 작용한다는 판단 하에 외국 유학생들에 대한 기숙사 제공 확대 방침을 추진하고 있지만 외국인 유학생 기숙사 수용률은 2016년 전국 평균 36.0%로 저조하며 수도권에 집중하는 외국인 유학생들의 거주문제는 곤란을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이번 연구에서는 국내에서 사례를 더해가고 있는 공공기관이 주도하는 대학 공동기숙사와 서울 유학생을 위학 학사 등의 공동기숙사의 개념과 추이를 살펴보고 외국 공동기숙사의 선례인 파리 대학도시와 도쿄 국제교류관을 비교 분석하여 설립과, 운영, 규모, 문화의 특성을 추출하여 확장된 개념의 외국인 유학생 공동기숙사로서의 대안 가능성과 건립방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 충청북도 정보화 계획수립 과정에서 지역의 특성을 반영하기 위해 텍스트마이닝의 토픽모델링, 연관분석, 감성분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과 충청북도는 상대적으로 정보격차 해소를 위해 교육분야를 중심으로 상대적으로 많은 활동을 하고 있으며, 비대면 서비스, 언택트 행정, 도시와 농촌 간 격차 해소를 위한 인프라 개선에 관심을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 아울러 지역 전략 산업에서 바이오와 IT 결합에 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있으며, 타지역 IT서비스 혁신사례 도입, IT 기업과 협력을 통한 스마트시티 구축, 정치적 이슈와 연관되지 않는 위기관리가 필요하다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 충청북도 정보화 추진과정에서 지역의 변화 흐름과 이슈를 구체적으로 파악하는 방안으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This research is a case study about "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" class which was done for freshmen at the engineering college of "S" Women's University. Real time remote classes through LMS and ZOOM were the most effective tools under on-line circumstances, considering the fact that video lectures only cannot cultivate students' capabilities of critical thinking and communication. Throughout the analysis on students' self-reflection journals and lecture evaluations, this paper examined considerable future points and the pros and cons of "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" under online presentation and discussion situation. As research outputs, students told they could feel less nervousness and anxiety when they exercise and have a presentation because they could choose familiar space for them. In addition, students also told that they feel comfortable about both self-feedback and peer evaluation, repeatedly seeing the recorded video clip. However, on the contrary, sometimes students felt uncomfortable due to unstable internet connection through the online classes, and they also were regretful about the missing chances of interaction between a teacher and students and of intimate exchanges among students. They also told they had felt a kind of limit of enhancing their presentation skills just in front of the monitor. Considering these outcomes, this research paper points out that online education needs to be proceeded by strengthening multi layered feedback to students with the build-up of a non-face-to-face stable educational infrastructure, application of online instructional strategy, and utilization of YouTube platform and video contents. Through this research paper, I hope the new system of encompassing on/off line "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" and effective teaching and learning method can be developed soon by strengthening the strength of online education.
