Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the utilization of the educational planning model (ADDIE) and self-leadership of occupational health managers (OHM) on work performance. Methods: The sample of this study was 180 OHM with over six months of experience, who attended continuing education by the Korean Academic Society of Occupational Health Nursing. Data were collected from April to June 2019 and analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis through SPSS Program Ver. 23. Results: According to the results of multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing the work performance of OHM, the model was significant and the explanatory power was 40%. Self-leadership (${\beta}=.45$, p=.001), utilization of the educational planning model (${\beta}=.20$, p<.005), and position (${\beta}=.16$, p=.024) were significant influence factors on work performance. Conclusions: To improve the work performance of OHM, a customized program needs to be developed that promotes the utilization ability of the educational planning model and a strategy of benchmarking high performers in the light of their positions. The improvement of the work performance of OHM will eventually make a contribution to the reduction of industrial disaster and occupational diseases.

Our society is changing into the society of knowledge and information since the advent of 21st century. This may require that schooling need to have a new paradigm. Korea has already entered into the aging society with the help of various population control policies such as birth control from 1960s, and is expecting to go into the so called ultra- aging society. Elementary and middle schools have been facing the rapid decrease in the number of students since the mid-1980s, which high schools are now confronting with. The present study investigates how to effectively utilize extra classrooms at schools. The present study offers eight basic directions that may help establish the utilization planning of extra classrooms. One direction is offering an appropriate space utilization environment, another is to present a plan for having special classrooms. Others are having multi-purpose classrooms, management on the unified rooms for library and audio-visual teaching, securing facilities rooms for the school staff. And others are the planning of the diversion of living space for improving sanitation and the provision of meals, the necessity of the extension or rebuilding of school buildings for other uses according to school development schemes, the utilization planning for community residents to which each school belong.

Under recent educational and social backgrounds, alternative education schools are increasing continuously, to compare Japanese example that experience of similar circumstance given before with the investigation of general present condition, specialized education contents, facilities and utilization of 5 schools of Tokyo area, I could know following contents ; First, free schools of Tokyo area were operated by individual education type that consider each student's special quality maximum comparing with Korea's alternative schools which seek community education type. Second, there were not many schools which prescribe school personal allowance per division or class comparing with our cases that operate divides step by equal class with general school and prescribes personal allowance by class, and whole students are generally about $20{\sim}30$. Third, comparing with our cases that are located in mountain and rural area according to profitable locational conditions for environment and experience studying, it was general which islocatedin downtown for the purpose of free attending school of non attending school students. Fourth, usually, comparing with our that unused schools in mountain and rural area are general for alternative school and there were a lot of cases that uses small building of downtown such as lease office, unused warehouse and factory for free school of Tokyo area.

With the advent of internet, the modern society is enjoying the benefits of the information age. As one of undesirable side effects of utilization of internet, however, it is often mentioned that young students are helplessly exposed to inappropriate and unqualified information. Therefore, in this paper, we will clarify the nature of inappropriate information to the younger generation and will argue for the needs of protecting the youth from inappropriate information. Especially the merits and limits of often motioned five different protective and regulatory measures are presented and analyzed, those are, establishment of acceptable use policy, active utilization of supervisory organization, promotion of Internet rating system, installation of filtering software, and legal and regulatory protection. As a fundamental means of resolving the problems, however, enforcement of systematic information literacy education, promotion of active utilization of sound information, development of search engines for the youth, design of diverse filtering softwares which can be selected by users, and increased attention by parents and teachers are suggested.

In order to create and utilize experiential equipment that can be effectively used in school safety education, this paper uses the Korean Safety Education Association's CPR simulator to utilize the elements of educational games: goals, rules, competition, challenge, fantasy, safety, and fun. When the content that combines game elements with general educational equipment was utilized in school education sites, significant results were obtained on the effectiveness of education with active participation of students.

최근 들어 고교시절에 학생들이 교육콘텐츠를 활용하여 학업 실력을 높이려는 노력이 증가하고 있으며 다양한 교육콘텐츠가 컴퓨터에서 또는 PMP 등의 기자재를 통하여 수강되고 있다. 본 조사에서는 지방사립대학인 M대학의 한 클래스에서 고교시절 교육콘텐츠 활용에 대한 파일럿 설문조사를 실시한 결과를 제시하고 있다. 지방사립대학인 M대학에서는 학생들이 PMP 등의 유비쿼터스 기자재를 사용했던 비율은 30% 정도이고 모든 학생들이 PC를 통하여 수강한 경험이 있음을 알 수 있었고 교육콘텐츠에 큰 투자를 하고 있지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 가장 많이 수강하는 사이트는 EBS와 메가스터디였다.

This paper inquires into the most desirable measures which can diversify instruction-learning methodsand take advantage of educational facilities in order to carry out both education for the whole man and individualized instruction in a smallscale class primary school. For this purpose, this paper makes investigation into thirty primary schools at Pochon district(including one branch school) and analyzes the contents of investigation into as follows: 1) the general present status of primary schools at Pochon district educational facilities, 2) the educational environment and educational facilities, 3) the instructional systems design and instructional media, 4) the educational facilities for the scale of applying instructional media. And then, on the side of educational facilities, This paper makes proposal for eight accessible alternatives which diversify instruction learning methods and enforce individualized instruction (=open education) without expanding or reconstructing on alarge scale a building of the existing small-scaleprimary schools.

최근 들어 웹툰(Webtoon)은 인터넷 세대에게 선풍적인 인기몰이를 하고 있다. 실제 웹툰을 게임, 영화, 드라마 등으로 제작하여 세계적으로 인정을 받으며, 한류문화의 대표적 콘텐츠로 떠오르는 추세다. 이에 따라 사회각계에서 웹툰에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 조류에 맞추어 본 연구는 엔터테인먼트로서 웹툰의 다른 이면인 교육적 활용가능성에 대해 탐구하고자 한다. 웹툰은 교육환경에서 매우 유용한 교육적 요소가 있다. 먼저 인터넷 세대인 학습자에게 매우 인기 있는 콘텐츠이며, 텍스트 위주의 수업환경에서 학습자에게 몰입감과 재미를 줄 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 웹툰이 지닌 서사성 및 맥락성은 교과와 연계하여 풍부한 자료를 제공할 수 있겠다. 본 연구는 웹툰의 교육적 활용가능성을 탐구하기 위하여 이론적, 실천적 방법으로 접근하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 웹툰의 '교육적 활용요소'에 대한 이론적 근거를 탐색할 것이며, 예비교사들 즉, 인터넷 세대라 할 수 있는 예비교사 108명에게서 웹툰의 '교육적 활용가치'에 대한 의견을 수렴하고자 한다. 이후 예비교사들이 실제 웹툰 기반 수업설계를 시도하여 실천적으로 그 가능성을 탐색하였다. 본 연구를 통해 웹툰의 교육적 활용가능성에 대한 긍정적인 전망을 가늠해보고자 한다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the curriculum, educational facilities and employment guidance of the departments dental hygiene in junior colleges in different regions and the satisfaction level of students with their major in an effort to provide some information on the improvement of educational environments and satisfaction level with the major. Methods : The subjects in this study were 315 dental hygiene students in several junior colleges located in Seoul, Gangwon Province and South Jeolla Province. A survey was conducted during a 15-day period from April 15 to March 1, 2010. Results : As for educational environments and satisfaction level with the major, they gave 3.18, 2.95 and 3.11 respectively to satisfaction level with curriculum, facilities/employment guidance and the major. In terms of satisfaction with educational environments by academic year, the juniors and seniors expressed much satisfaction with the qualifications of professors, the preparation of labs and practice devices, the utilization of labs and practice devices and a supply of employment information. By region, the students from the metropolitan area were satisfied a lot with curriculum, the qualifications of professors, practice-centered curriculum, the preparation of labs and practice devices, the utilization of labs and practice devices, the system of employment guidance and a supply of employment information. By credit, the students tho got A expressed lots of satisfaction with the quality of instruction. Concerning satisfaction level with their major by academic year, the juniors and seniors were highly satisfied with relationship with dental hygiene professors and social status of dental hygienists. By school location, the students from the metropolitan area expressed a lot of satisfaction with the content of major courses and social status of dental hygienists. Conclusions : In order to boost the satisfaction level of students in non-metropolitan areas, colleges should try to improve educational environments, and full-fledged assistance should be provided to them.

본 연구는 학교장의 전략적 리더십 역량 강화를 위한 교육요구도 분석을 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 연구에서는 2019년 학교장 직무연수 프로그램에 참여한 초·중등 학교장 128명의 응답자료가 활용되었다. 자료 분석을 위해 t 검증, Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus 모델 구축을 수행하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 응답자 및 중등 학교장이 인식하는 전략적 리더십에 대한 세부 역량으로 미래방향 설정을 위한 정보수집 및 활용, 교육공동체의 비전제시, 학교 교육활동에 대한 핵심가치 제시, 학교 재정조건 파악 및 활용, 학교 조직구조 개선을 위한 노력, 소통 풍토 조성을 위한 노력이 도출되었다. 둘째, 초등학교장이 인식하는 전략적 리더십에 대한 세부 역량으로 교육공동체의 비전제시, 학교 교육활동에 대한 핵심가치 제시, 학교 내외 환경 분석 및 활용, 학교 재정조건 파악 및 활용, 교육목표 실현 방안 모색 및 계획, 학교 조직구조 개선을 위한 노력, 소통 풍토 조성을 위한 노력이 도출되었다.
