Educational program evaluation can improve the quality of the curriculum, instructional methods, and resources and provide useful data for making educational decisions and policies. Developing and implementing a program evaluation system is essential in competency-based medical education. The purpose of this study was to explore and establish an educational program evaluation system adapting an integrated program evaluation model to promote competency-based medical education. First, an Educational Evaluation Committee was organized, consisting of faculty, staff members, and students. The committee established an integrated program evaluation model, combining Stufflebeam's Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model of a process-oriented approach and Kirkpatrick's four-level model of an outcome-oriented approach. Kirkpatrick's model was applied to the product evaluation of the CIPP model. The committee then developed evaluation criteria, indicators, and data collection methods according to the components of the CIPP model and the four levels (reaction, learning, behavior, and results) of Kirkpatrick's model, and collected and analyzed data. Finally, the committee reported the results of evaluation to a Medical Education Quality Improvement Committee, and the results were used to improve the curriculum and student selection. To enhance the quality of education, identifying educational deficiencies and developing various elements of education in a balanced way through educational evaluation will be needed. Furthermore, it will be necessary to listen to opinions of various stakeholders, work with all members involved in education, and communicate with decision-makers in the process of educational evaluation.

본 연구는 조리교육학원에서 제공하는 교육서비스와 교육환경의 품질이 교육소비자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 특화된 조리분야에서 기능인력을 창출하기 위한 교육을 제공하는 교육기관의 교육서비스와 교육환경을 세부적으로 해석하여 효과적인 자료를 도출해내고자 한다. 첫째, 조리교육학원의 교육서비스 즉 교육컨텐츠, 강사서비스, 교육품질이 학원 재수강에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것인지에 대해 현재 다니고 있는 학원의 인지도가 높거나 학원 등록 후 지속적인 관리가 잘 될수록 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교육과 교재의 커리큘럼이 중요하게 작용하고 있었다. 강사의 서비스품질, 즉 친절도와 학생들과의 커뮤니케이션 능력 등 교육방식이 좋을수록 타인에게 긍정적인 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조리학원의 환경 즉, 교육시설과 교육환경이 재수강과 긍정적 구전의도에 미치는 영향에서 교육환경의 모든 요인들이 교육소비자에게 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 교육서비스와 교육환경의 긍정적 요인들은 재수강과 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 교육서비스 중 강사의 수준과 교육컨텐츠가 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육환경 중 교육시설보다는 환경이 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 조리교육학원에서 제공된 교육서비스와 교육환경의 품질은 각각 차별화 된 전략을 통해 교육시장의 소비자에게 긍정적 행동의도를 미칠 수 있도록 마케팅 전략 및 경영전략 수립이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

In recent years, domestic e-learning market has made rapid progress in its quality and quantity with the astonishing rate growth of internet. Although educational Websites are replacing the traditional second level education market, many of those Websites' contents have poor or unknown quality. To build an effective educational Website, it is essential to have clear evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study aims to examine what evaluation factors influence the satisfaction level of educational Websites for elementary school students. In conclusion, implications are discussed along with limitations and future research direction.

The study analyzed the topics and the types of the selected articles from the 20-year-old Journal of Educational Technology(JET), flagship journal of the Korean Society of Educational Technology. Further the results were compared with those of the Educational Technology Research & Development journal. Results indicate that the JET has grown in terms of quantity and quality since its birth 20 years ago. The JET seems to be independent as a young adult. Some issues and concerns were also identified: The articles of the JET are more inclined to Experimental design in terms of research type, and to Design in terms of research topic. Balance across Types and Topics needs be kept for long-term, healthier growth. The emergence of e-Learning and high technology of Korea offered opportunities to the field. However, the monopoly of e-Learning that consumes most of the limited space of the JET raises a red flag. More balanced and quality-oriented endeavors were suggested for another 20 years coming.

본 연구의 목적은 미용학원을 대상으로 전반적인 교육 서비스 품질 요인에 대한 연구를 통하여 수강생들의 수강 만족도와 교육성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 융합연구이다. 연구 대상은 서울, 경기, 인천 지역 미용학원에서 수강중인 10~40대를 대상으로 2020년 3월 29일부터 4월 12일까지 설문을 진행하여 377부의 설문을 분석하여 연구에 활용하였다. 자료분석은 연구 목적에 맞추어 SPSSWIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 교육 서비스 품질의 공감성과 신뢰성, 대응성, 유형성, 확신성이 높을수록 수강만족도가 높았다. 수강만족도가 높을수록 교육성과가 높았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 미용학원의 수강만족도와 교육성과를 높일 수 있는 교육서비스 품질향상 방안은 교육방법과 교육내용을 다양화하고 교육품질과 서비스의 전문성을 높여 교육의 질과 만족도를 향상하여야 한다. 교육의 전문성을 강화하여 경쟁력 향상을 하여야 한다. 따라서 향후 수강만족도와 교육성과를 높이기 위한 다양한 프로그램개발과 미용교육 서비스 품질을 높이기 위한 교육 방법을 개발하는 후속 연구가 필요하다.

This study aims to develop the learning model for efficient culinary practice. Today, the environment of culinary education haw an oversupply of cooks who graduated from a lot of culinary schools. From now on , we should consider the quality than the quantity of culinary education. For improving the quality of culinary education, we have to study the learning model for efficient culinary practice. The learning model for culinary practice is based on the educational psychology and the study theories. For achieving the goal of this research, the educational psychology and learning theories need to be adopted to the teaching skill of culinary practice. It should play a very important role in improving the quality of culinary teaching skill in school. But this study has some limitations in this respect, because of being lack of professional studies and data for the educational psychology and leaning theories in the culinary practice part. The next study is needed the significantly adapting result of educational theories in culinary school.

본 논문은 교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전 간의 영향관계를 조사하였다. 274부의 설문지가 가설검정에 사용되었으며, 2차 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 교육서비스품질이 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교육서비스품질의 하위차원을 검정한 결과 상대적 영향정도는 교수방법, 강의내용, 교수태도, 의사소통 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학이미지가 학생만족과 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 대학이미지는 학생만족에 상대적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 대학이미지에 대한 만족도가 교육성과에 대한 만족에 직접적인 영향을 주는 선행연구결과와 부분적으로 일치하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학생만족은 긍정적으로 형성된 대학브랜드 이미지를 보유한 대학은 고객만족을 창출하여 경쟁우위를 확보하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 학생만족이 구전에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육서비스품질 하위차원의 요인적재 값에서 교수방법(0.972)과 강의내용(0.934)이 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며, 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전에 대해 이들의 영향이 다른 요인들보다 크다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 대학기관은 대학이미지, 학생만족, 구전 등의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 학생들의 관점에서 교육서비스품질의 교수방법과 강의내용을 강화해야 한다.

본 연구는 60세 이상 노인들을 대상으로 노인평생교육 참여동기와 교육만족 및 생활만족도 간의 관계를 탐구하는데 목적이 있었다. 본 연구에서 평생교육 참여동기 유형 요인으로는 목표지향형, 활동지향형 및 학습지향형의 세 유형을, 그리고 교육만족도 구성요소로는 교육내용, 교육환경, 강사의 질 및 교육결과의 네 요인을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 위해 서울 및 경기 소재의 6개 경로대학에서 60세 이상 노인들 307명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집방법으로는 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였으며, 가설검증을 위한 주된 자료분석방법으로는 다중회귀분석법을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 평생교육 참여동기가 높을수록 교육만족도가 높으며, 교육만족도가 높을수록 생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 본 연구결과가 갖는 이론적 및 실천적 함의를 논의하고, 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

교육용 소프트웨어가 갖는 여러 가지의 우수한 기능과 장점에도 불구하고 실제적으로 학습 현장인 학교와 가정에서 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용도가 저조한 현상은 교육용 소프트웨어가 교육 전문가나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 개발 전문가의 입장에서 연구되고 개발되어 학습자의 요구사항이 교육용 소프트웨어에 제대로 반영되지 못한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 교육용 소프트웨어의 평가 도구들이 소비자의 요구를 얼마나 수용하고 있는지 알아보는 사전 연구의 일환으로서, 국내외에서 발표된 기존의 교육용 소프트웨어의 평가 도구들이 중요하게 다루고 있는 평가 준거는 무엇인지 교육용 소프트웨어의 평가 도구에서 채택된 빈도수를 통하여 조사 분석하였다. 그리고 이 분석 결과와 비교하여 교육용 소프트웨어의 실수요자인 학습자들은 교육용 소프트웨어에 대한 기존의 품질 평가 도구가 가지고 있는 품질 평가 준거를 어느 정도의 차이점을 가지고 중요하게 생각하는지에 대하여 조사하고 분석하였다.
