The policies is always changes according to the changing times, and changes take place in educational facilities welfare policy. Early childhood facilities, is no exception. Recent, increase in the number of kindergarten and kindergarten children according to policy changes of government's active welfare. This change in pattern, policy changes and increased support to know the impact on the community, and this is not just a simply agenda that they need to be recognized social change. In addition, it can be seen changes in relevant laws and educational process according to childhood policy change flow and depending on social change. In this study, comparative study infants and installation of the facility based on criteria, ensuring standards of early childhood facility site, facilities of evolution of infants care act, act infants, infants of activities safety management. And Standards and facilities that are required to change the direction of the revision is for the purpose of research through changes in kindergarten curriculum to respond the policies flow. Research methods are literature on the various laws and research analysts, leading comparison of different child care and child care policy changes in laws and regulations to review materials are analyzed.

Our school management is changing by soft and self-regulating method from single educational system. Especially, 7th educational curriculum demands change of educational system and operation that correspond spontaneously on various needs of students. Like this, changing educational policy and curriculum accompany change of social awareness, curriculum, and school space should be changed corresponding hereupon. Such our change can say that is appearing fairly similarly, when compare in Japanese educational policy, curriculum, side of change of school space. Because it is resulting from partial accepting of educational curriculum, system, school architecture and space of Japan. In such background, I investigates Japanese schools cases that advanced than us, which is been opened within the latest 6 years. Through this analysis, I find space and function that can apply to our school. And I will propose some basic data needed for educational and architectural planning side.

본 연구는 향후 스마트 환경 하에서 본격적으로 활동할 예비교사들을 대상으로 모바일 기기에 대한 교육적 활용 가능성 인식 정도를 확인하고, 휴대기기 관련 제도 정비의 필요성 등에 대한 의견을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 학생들의 휴대폰 소지와 관련하여 예비교사들의 인식을 살펴보았고, 둘째, 스마트폰의 교육적 활용에 대한 예비교사들의 인식 및 스마트폰을 교육적으로 활용하기 위해 필요한 요소에 대해 분석하였으며, 셋째, 스마트폰의 교육적 활용을 위한 정책 관련 고려사항에 대한 예비교사의 인식을 살펴보았다. 연구의 대상은 서울 지역 3개 대학의 교직수업을 수강하고 있는 예비교사 146명으로 이들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 예비교사들은 학생들의 휴대폰 교내 반입 자체에 대해서는 중립적인 태도이나 수업시간에 휴대폰을 소지하거나 사용하는 것에 대해서는 매우 부정적인 입장을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 본 연구의 대상 중 대부분이 스마트폰을 소유하고 있었으며, 스마트폰 기능에 대해서도 잘 알고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 스마트폰의 교육적 활용 가능성 관련하여 예비교사들은 스마트폰을 스마트한 교육용 도구, 효율적인 교수학습 도구, 그리고 교수학습을 위한 보조적 매체로 인식하고 있었으며, 이러한 스마트폰의 교육적 활용을 위해서 학습내용, 학습활동의 형태, 그리고 학교의 기술적 지원이 중요한 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 마지막으로 스마트폰의 교육적 활용을 위해서 정책 변화가 필요하고, 휴대폰 및 스마트폰 학생 사용 정책에 대한 결정권은 교사에게 있으며, 스마트폰을 교육적으로 활용하기 위해 무엇보다도 학생자신의 인식변화가 가장 중요하다고 밝혔다.

The purpose of this study was to survey curriculum of the department of housing and to develop housing welfare educational program in order to offer the information helpful to the professional of housing education and housing policy makers. Documentary research and content analysis methods were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each universities and public institutions. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) There were 30 universities which has related to the department of housing and the name of major was very various. The half of their curriculum were housing and interior design. 2) The housing welfare educational program should be step by step. The first is basic step to team basic theory of housing and to establish concept of housing welfare. The second is application and practice step of housing design and housing policy and housing economics. The third is specific application step to consider that who were taker from the housing welfare policy and to take practical training in field.

The contemporary educational system in South Korea is built on high-stakes standardised tests, a manifestation of the national project of social reconstruction and reform. One recent outcome is the emergence of an unfamiliar yet ubiquitous phenomenon: the "pig mum"; a Korean parent who is fully involved in organising, scheduling and managing the educational process from primary to secondary school for a group of children in a neighbourhood. Based on a quasimixed method utilizing a survey of a group of students and parents, this pilot study explores the "pig mum" phenomenon and its linkage to education policy. The authors conclude that the current educational policy fails to achieve the ideals it professes to value. This creates deep and negative societal norms that endanger a growing generation of students by creating a parallel private education market environment where "pig mums" thrive.

본 연구는 문재인 정부가 출범한지 1년이 넘어가는 시점에서 현 정부 교육개혁의 쟁점을 고찰 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문재인 정부의 출범이 교육정치학적으로 어떠한 의미를 지니고 있는지를 먼저 고찰하고, 이러한 배경 하에서 문재인 정부의 교육개혁 정책의 방향과 내용 그리고 추진방식은 어떻게 전개되고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 현 시점에서 교육개혁의 방향과 내용, 추진방식에서 제기되고 있는 주요 쟁점은 무엇인지, 그리고 그러한 쟁점을 해소하기 위한 향후 추진과제는 무엇인지를 논구하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 문재인 정부의 교육정책에 대한 쟁점과 과제에 대한 논의로부터 향후 문재인 정부 교육개혁이 취해야 할 바람직한 방향으로 문재인 정부에서 향후 새로운 교육체제를 구현하기 위해 비전과 방향성과 관련된 담론, 그리고 그 담론을 구체화시키기 위한 교육정책과 구성원들의 인식전환이라는 측면을 복합적으로 고려해야 함을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 정부의 초기 단계에서 정책의 방향과 내용 그리고 추진방식을 점검할 수 있는 계기를 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The objectives of this study were: a) to classify the rural women's roles according to degree of participation in farming and decision making, b) to find out the needs for support policy considering the role types, and c) to put forward the programs for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis, and opinions from a panel of experts and professionals including rural women in Korea. Based on the findings from this study, the following suggestions should be considered for supporting the rural women according to the types of their roles: 1) Government should enhance the support system for rural women in terms of policy and social system. Careful considerations on the status of woman farmers according to their role types should be reflected in the policy and social system. 2) Family cultural reform, farming helper system, reducing the housework burden, supporting educational expenses, and providing more opportunities for closer contact to the community actions and educational programs should be included in the support system. 3) Rural women's participation in various community action and educational programs should be encouraged by providing diverse incentives, appropriate information and educational supports designed to support woman farmers.
