반도체 장비 유지보수 기능 인력 양성을 위한 직무 분석 및 교육훈련 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구 (Study on Development of Educational Training Program and Job Analysis for Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician Train)

  • 본 연구는 반도체산업에서 반도체 장비의 유지보수를 위한 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 반도체장비 유지보수 기능인력 양성 프로그램을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 반도체장비유지보수 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 반도체장비유지보수 관련 교육훈련 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 직무분석을 통하여 반도체 장비 유지보수 기능 인력의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 반도체 장비 유지 보수 기능인력 양성을 위한 교육프로그램을 제시하였다.

A Competitive Intensification Plan for Marine Leisure Equipment Industry in the Southeast Region

  • Since 2000, S. Korea is building yachts through government supported localization, cooperation between industry and educational organizations, or partnerships with foreign firms but the yacht building has yet only accomplished trial manufactured ships and one-time production. Because of a lack of mass production, the industry assesses the domestic technical skills to an average 50~60% of developed countries and its market share is less than 1% in the world. In addition, domestic marine equipment is heavily depending on imports and the industry is experiencing shortage of technology and experts, small-sized companies, insufficient industry and educational organizations' cooperation networks, inadequate legislation and policies, deficient domestic market vitalization, and scarce international information. Thus, this study focuses on the alternative plans to strengthen competitiveness and to cope with problems in the southeast marine leisure equipment industry.

제7차 교육과정을 고려한 중학교(中學校) 기술실(技術室)의 안전.시설.설비(安全.施設.設備) 배치(配置) 계획(計劃) (Facility Layout Planning for the Safety 7th Curriculum of Technology Laboratory in a Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to describe the planning and applied safety facility layout for a technology laboratory in a middle school. A technological teaching facility has its essential purpose in meeting students' needs and achieving educational objectives efficiently and effectively. Practice-related appliances were selected through investigation of the current middle school laboratory, and analysis of the technology textbooks of the 7th curriculum. Laboratory layout was achieved with consideration of the teacher's and students need of safety and close proximity to laboratory facilities and equipment. Our recommendation takes the SLP survey results into consideration. The results of this study are as follows: The following floor plan is recommended. The facility layout will insure that students are able to work safely, in full view of academic instructors. Students will have easy access to all equipment due to the efficient floor plan and logical sequencing of equipment.

  • 산업기술 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 현장중심의 공학교육을 위해서는 현장경험이 풍부한 강사, 교재, 교육콘텐츠와 더불어 현장과 연계된 교육장비의 활용이 반드시 필요하다. 기존의 교육장비는 현장중심이 아닌 해당 기술을 쉽고 편리하게 교육하기 위한 보편적인 장비가 주류를 이루고 있다. 이는 산업기술 변화에 따라 관련 공학교육이 뒷받침되고 있지 못하고 현장교육과 점점 멀어져가는 이유이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공학교육에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 교육훈련 장비의 개발사례를 살펴보고 이들 장비를 실제 교육에 활용하였을 때의 만족도 조사를 분석하여 향후 현장중심의 공학교육에 적합한 교육장비 개발 및 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 진동학은 움직이는 기계 구조물의 설계에 기본이 되는 학문으로 진동 절연, 흡수 등에 관한 방법론과 현장에서 발생하는 다양한 진동문제에 대한 해석 수행 능력을 배우는 학문이다. 하지만 진동학은 기계공학에서 다른 역학과목들에 비해 이해하기 어려운 교과목이기 때문에 진동학 이론의 물리적인 이해를 돕기 위해 진동학 관련 교육장비 개발이 매우 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 진동학의 이론적인 내용을 실험을 통하여 학생들이 보다 쉽게 진동학의 물리적인 의미를 깨달을 수 있도록 도와주는, 그리고 실험과정이 간단한 교육용 복합 진동실험장치를 개발하고 그 적용효과를 알아보고자 한다. 다자유도 진동, 보 진동, 현 진동 및 판 진동의 4가지 대표적인 진동현상을 실험할 수 있는 복합 진동실험 장치를 개발하고 적용범위를 제시한다. 마지막으로 설문조사를 통하여 학업성취 반응도평가 및 개선방안을 제안한다.

Educational needs for practicing neonatal intensive care among Korean nursing students

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the educational needs for practicing neonatal intensive care among Korean nursing students. Methods: An explorative, sequential, mixed-methods design was used. Qualitative content analysis was conducted of in-depth interviews of six nursing students, five clinical practice faculty members, and five nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit. The results of a survey of 174 nursing students were analyzed quantitatively. Results: Nursing students, clinical practice faculty members, and nurses wanted opportunities for direct nursing practice and education in school during neonatal intensive care practice. In terms of specific educational content, nursing students expressed the highest observation-related educational needs for communication with medical team members, and they expressed the highest practice-related educational needs for operating medical equipment used for neonatal intensive care. The nursing students' needs with regard to the method of practice education were highest for orientation from the head nurses. Conclusion: Communication and operating medical equipment were found to be areas with high educational needs for practicing neonatal intensive care among Korean nursing students. Further research is needed to develop an educational framework and setting for practicing neonatal intensive care that would meet their needs.

교육과정과 학교 시설.설비 법령의 변천 비교에 따른 향후 개정 방향 연구 (A Study on the Revisions of the School Facility and Equipment Standards with the Changes in Education Curriculum and Legislations of School Facilities and Equipment)

  • To ensure the effective operation of a curriculum, facilities and equipments should be properly supported. Therefore, changes are required for educational facilities in accordance with the curriculum, revised 10 times in total from 1945 to 2011, but it's true that the facility and equipment laws, which are the standards of facility and equipment changes, did not adapt to the changes. After 'the Act on Standards of School Facilities' was repealed, 'the Act on Establishment and Operation of the Schools,' the corresponding law for the purpose of spatial configuration for teaching and learning methods, was enacted in Sept. 1997. This law has been active for 14 years and revised 11 times thereafter. It has also been decided to often revise the curriculum, so the 7th National curriculum has undergone 6 times of minor revisions. Among them, the most recently revised 2009 curriculum is to be applied for elementary school 1st and 2nd grade, middle school 1st grade, and high school 1st grade from the beginning of this year of 2011. Hereupon, the purpose of this study is to research on the revisions of the school facility and equipment standards which can support the curriculum revised in 2009 and thereafter by examining classrooms and facilities as the learning space that can respond to the changes of school functions and systems with curriculum transition, of teaching and learning systems, and of subjects.

사물인터넷(IoT)을 위한 무선통신 교육장비 개발 (Development of Wireless Communication Educational Equipment for Internet of Things (IoT))

  • 무선통신은 사물인터넷(IoT)을 구성하는 핵심기술이나 사물인터넷에 활용되고 있는 다양한 무선통신 기술들을 실습을 통해 학습할 수 있는 적합한 교육장비가 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 IoT 무선통신 실습을 수행해 볼 수 있는 첨단교육훈련장비 개발을 다룬다. 다양한 센서들을 제어하기 위한 디바이스로 아두이노 메가 보드를 사용하며 센싱한 데이터를 무선으로 송수신하기 위한 IoT 무선네트워크 기술로 WPAN 기술 중 RFID/NFC, Bluetooth 무선네트워크 기술, WLAN 기술 중 WiFi 기술을 사용하며 WWAN 기술 중 LoRa와 2.4GHz 무선 트랜시버를 사용한다. 그 밖에 GPS, 적외선통신, I2C 통신, SPI 통신에 대하여 실습을 통해 다양한 IoT 무선통신 기술들을 학습할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 개발한 교육장비는 2개의 디바이스를 장착하고 있어 장비내에서 무선네트워크 기술에 대한 송수신 실험을 수행해 볼 수 있도록 설계하였다.

설비분야 BIM 설계에 따른 건축환경 변화와 인재양성의 필요성 (The Needs for Training Manpower and the Change in Construction Environment by Equipment Based BIM Design)

  • The study figures out the alternatives of training BIM design experts which is the biggest obstacle in training manpower of professional BIM designer, the largest problem when the plant introduce BIM design about the change in Construction Environment by Equipment Based BIM Design in reality of design followed by equipment based BIM design, education institution plan. BIM is the system which is built to make these information be used easier and technique which enables design construction and maintenance in 3-dimensional virtual space by designing buildings in 3-dimensional space, and by data-basing the generated information of every life-cycle information. As the essential contents of the study, educational institutions with the public authority should invest the opening of educational programs, recruit of experts and development of textbooks from a long-term perspective. And also, the role of public institution is important above all for the development of construction industry.

치의학 교육 수출의 전략과 과제 (Strategies and Tasks of Exporting Dental Education)

  • Recently, education is regarded as a service item and university education services are being exported abroad. In the form of educational export operations, export of educational contents and curriculum, specific consultancy projects for foreign institutes, installation of local educational facilities, or attracting foreign students are being carried out. Korea has the potential and competitiveness to export dental education. The advantages of Korea's dental education services, such as dental equipment and materials, excellent education programs, and high-quality human resources, will enable the export of education services in various ways. Establishment of educational infrastructure and educational programs for overseas dental students, export of educational consulting items, clinical training programs for foreign dentists abroad, invitation for international clinical workshops, dispatch of faculty members, exchange student programs can be considered as exporting dental education service items. Therefore, in a long-term perspective, it is necessary to establish differential and appropriate educational export plans.
