e-learning has been recently introduced in all educational domains and it has expanded rapidly in educational field. Blended learning, which has emerged with e-learning nowadays, is an exact example of a new paradigm. It has not only educational effects of traditional classroom learning, but it also has effects of e-learning which provides learner-centered classroom environment and removes barriers of time and space. This study looked into several e-learning contents evaluation criteria that were already studied, And arranged with the evaluation question item that can evaluate learning effectiveness of e-learning contents in elementary school through a questionnaire executed in elementary school teachers. And it used this evaluation question item and the study accomplishment results of an education ruler, and applied to learning effectiveness evaluation of e-learning contents. This paper will give future directions and assessment criteria of e-learning. Moreover, this thesis will provide theoretical and practical materials for developing e-learning contents to improve quality of blended learning.

Rapid developments in technology as part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution have created a demand for educational technology (EdTech) and a gradual transition from traditional teaching and learning to EdTech-assisted learning in medical education. EdTech is a portmanteau (blended word) combining the concepts of education and technology, and it refers to various attempts to solve education-related problems through information and communication technology. The aim of this study was to explore the use of key EdTech applications in medical education programs. A scoping review was conducted by searching three databases (PubMed, CINAHL, and Educational Sources) for articles published from 2000 to June 2021. Twenty-one studies were found that presented relevant descriptions of the effectiveness of EdTech in medical education programs. Studies on the application and effectiveness of EdTech were categorized as follows: (1) artificial intelligence with learner-adaptive evaluation and feedback, (2) augmented/virtual reality for improving learning participation and academic achievement through immersive learning, and (3) social media/social networking services with learner-directed knowledge generation, sharing, and dissemination in medical communities. Although this review reports the effectiveness of EdTech in various medical education programs, the number of studies and the validity of the identified research designs are insufficient to confirm the educational effects of EdTech. Future studies should utilize suitable research designs and examine the instructional objectives achievable by EdTech-based applications to strengthen the evidence base supporting the application of EdTech by medical educators and institutions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of early childhood teachers' communication ability, teacher efficacy, and organizational effectiveness of child care centers. The subjects of this study were 397 teachers working at child care centers. The results of this study were as follows. First, differences in the organization effectiveness of child care centers were detected according to teachers' age, career, type of child care center where they were affiliated, and marriage status. Second, the relative effects of the teachers' communication ability and teacher efficacy on the organizational effectiveness of early-childhood educational institutions differed significantly according to each sub-factor; teachers' communication ability's sub-factors - response, analysis, and evaluation - and teacher efficacy's sub-factors - general efficacy and personal efficacy - had partial effects on the organizational effectiveness of child care centers. Of these, personal efficacy had the greatest effects on all sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. This study is significant since it identifies the variables that could affect the organizational effectiveness of child care centers.

The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.

This paper describes an interactive educational software developed at Konkuk University. This software provides an educational opportunity for electrical engineering students at the junior level to expand their knowledge about fault analysis in power systems. The developed educational software has three main modules: 1) Z-building, 2) setting the type and location of the fault, 3) displaying the calculated fault currents, according to the given simulation options. The main features of this tool are the diversification of acquisition network data, the function of learning about the z-building procedures, and the dynamic display function of state vectors-all voltage/current phasor. To verity the effectiveness of the developed educational software, some case studies are performed.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Moodle system in the organization of independent work of students of pedagogical profile.The purpose of the article is to analyze the Moodle platform as an innovative element of educational and pedagogical strategies and a component of the educational and methodological content for the self-study of students.Methodology is divided into clusters: general scientific (analysis, classification), ICT methods (modeling, informatization), and philosophical (synergetics). The study revealed the reorientation of Moodle from an auxiliary element to an alternative format in the organization of independent work of student teachers. Prospects for further scientific research determined in the interest of all participants in the educational process in the further development of Moodle as an effective tool for self-education of future teachers.

As the MZ generation, which has recently become a hot topic, enters a major generation that plays various social roles, the need for research on efficient educational methods and content production tailored to the level of the MZ generation continues to be raised. In this reality, this paper was described to discuss the direction of development and raising the level of security educational content. To this end, the effectiveness of security educational content currently being used socially was analyzed, the content of a gametoon that combines the concept of gamification with a webtoon as a development plan was explained, and the educational effect was verified through the Likert scale. Furthermore, it was proposed to effectively utilize it by presenting the direction of development applicable to security educational contents.

Purpose: This study was to determine the effect of a smartphone video educational program on educational satisfaction of patients in rehabilitation units at a university hospital. Methods: The subjects of this study were 60 stroke patients recruited and divided into two groups; experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Subjects in the experimental group and control group conducted conventional physical and occupational therapy. In addition, only the experimental group provided smartphone video information for a total of 15 sessions. The video consisted of five episodes (10 minutes each) viewed a total of 15 times (for each video three times). The outcome was assessed by educational satisfaction. Result: After inervention, both groups revealed significant increased awareness of prevention of infection educational satisfaction and prevention from falling educational satisfaction and exercise program educational satisfaction. However, the experimental group was more effective than the control group relative to heightened awareness of increasing prevention of infection prevention from falling and exercise program. Conclusion: We suggest that a smartphone video educational program may be effective in improving awareness of the prevention of infection, prevention from falling, and exercise program educational satisfaction. Therefore, video-based information is beneficial for such patients. Further studies are needed for better understanding of the effectiveness of a smartphone video educational program in rehabilitation units at a university hospital.

This study was conducted to assess the knowledge and educational need of pregnant women relating to antepartum, delivery, puerperium period and to identify the variables which influenced their knowledge and educational need. The study subjects were 77 antepartum women who had antenatal educations and 106 antepartum women who did not have antenatal education. Number of total antepartum women were 183. Data were collected from women who visited for antenatal care at general hospitals and public health centers in Pusan and Kyungnam area using qestionnaires from Feb. 1. 1998 to Apr. 20. 1998. SAS/PC program was used for data analysis. ; Chi-square test, t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, ANOVA(Duncan procedure) and MANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Relating to the antepartum period between two groups, the knowledge about the number of antenatal care was low, relating to labor the knowledge about the time fix the fetal position and relating to postpartum, the knowledge about the change of blood pressure and body temperature was low. 2. The comparision means of knowledge were adjusted by social demographic characteristics related to knowledge. There were statistically significant differences in total mean score of knowledge about pregnancy, delivery and postpartum between two groups. In full marks 19, the mean scores of the educational group and non-educational group were 13.08 and 11.74 respectively (P=.000). In resultly, there are statistically significant differences between two groups. The effectiveness of antenatal education group was very high and showed its importance. 3. The comparision means of educational need were adjusted by social demographic characteristics related to educational need. The mean scores of educational need were statistically significantly different in pregnancy, delivery and puerperium period. 4. There were positive correlations between the knowledge and educational level, duration of marriage and total numbers of pregnancy. There were negative correlation between the educational need and age, educational level, duration of marriage and total number of pregnancy. The above results showed the effects of antenatal education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the training effectiveness and behavior towards the elderly of 180 caregiver trainees. Methods: Data were collected from five caregiver training institutions located in G city. All subjects were surveyed about the training effectiveness and behavior towards the elderly by using the Training Effectiveness Scale and the Behavior towards the Elderly Scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Results: The study subjects gained a training effectiveness score of 3.84 out of 5 points and a behavior towards the elderly score 3.40 out of 4 points. The training effectiveness differed significantly depending on subject's characteristics, intention to work as a caregiver, and hours of training. There were significant differences in behavior towards the elderly depending on their age and hours of training. The training effectiveness was significantly correlated with the level of behavior towards the elderly. Conclusion: These findings demonstrated the necessity of developing a level of educational training that will help improve caregiver trainees' care by positively changing their behavior towards the elderly.
