Objective: Despite the recommendation of the use of high-fidelity simulation (HFS) in interprofessional education (IPE), there is little known about its work for nursing students. Thus, this study aimed to explore nurse educators' perceptions and experiences in developing and implementing the HFS-based IPE for nursing and medical students. Methods: This study used a case study, using reflective filed notes. Results: Nursing educators perceived HFS as an effective educational approach to engaging nursing and medical students actively in interprofessional collaborative practice (ICP) experiences and in evaluating their actual performance on it. In terms of their perspectives on the elements necessary for effective HFS-based IPE, four themes were identified: collaborative learning, co-facilitating debriefing, leadership commitment and active faculty involvement.

현대 사회의 여러 문제들을 극복하기 위해서 민주 시민의 자질을 향상시키는 것은 중요하다. 민주 시민의 자질에는 합리적이고 민주적인 문제 해결력, 의사결정력, 인간의 존엄성, 대화, 그리고 타협과 같은 민주적 태도 및 기능이 포함된다. 시뮬레이션과 게임 그리고 네트웍의 장점을 가진 교육용 네트웍 시뮬레이션 게임을 이용한다면 민주 시민의 자질을 향상 시키는 민주 시민 교육에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 민주 시민 교육을 위한 교육용 네트웍 시뮬레이션 게임의 구조와 절차, 시스템, DB, 인터페이스, 교수-학습용 도구 등에 대해 살펴본다.

Purpose: This study was designed to describe the effects of a nursing simulation focused on patients with cardiac arrest. The study was designed to measure knowledge, self-confidence, critical thinking, and clinical performance ability of nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent control group quasi-experimental design was used. Thirty students in the experimental group received two hours of pre-learning and three hours of skill and simulation practice. Another thirty students in the experimental group received a two hour conventional lecture and three hours for skill practice. The post survey was completed by both groups. Results: Students in the experiemetal group scored significantly higher than students in control group. The critical thinking disposition was not significantly different between the two groups of students. Conclusion: The results indicate that a simulation education program is more effective in a number of areas including knowledge, self-confidence, and clinical performance. It is recommended that simulation education should be expanded to various clinical situations.

We have developed an information management tool for the EDISON (EDucation-research Integration through Simulation On the Net) open platform. EDISON is, at present, a web-based simulation service for education and research in five computational areas, namely, nanophysics, fluid dynamics, chemistry, structural dynamics, and computer aided optimal design. The EDISON open platform consists of three tiers: EDISON application framework, EDISON middleware, and EDISON infra-resources. The platform provides web portals for education and research in areas such as computational fluid dynamics, computational chemistry, computational nanophysics, computational structural dynamics, and computer aided optimal design along with user service. The main purpose of this research is to test the behavior of the release version of the EDISON Open-Platform under normal operating conditions. This management tool has been implemented using the RESTful API designed in EDISON middleware. The intention is to check co-operation between the middleware and the infrastructure. Suggested tools include User management, Simulation and Job management, and Simulation software (i.e., solver) testing. Finally, it is considered meaningful to develop a management tool that is not supported in other web-based online simulation services.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 실습과 동영상 시청교육을 받은 경험에 관한 의미와 본질적인 구조를 파악하기 위해 시도된 질적 연구이다. 대상자는 이론적표본추출을 통해 6명을 선정하여 동전 던지기를 통해 3명씩 2팀으로 나눠 포커스그룹 면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 현상학적 방법 중 Colaizzi의 방법을 적용해 분석하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션실습은 3개의 범주(간호의 임상을 미리 경험해봄, 시뮬레이션 실습의 이로움, 시뮬레이션 실습의 한계)와 14개의 주제로 도출되었다. 동영상 시청교육은 3개의 범주(교육의 편리성, 교육효과 증대, 지식 전달의 부족)와 6개의 주제로 도출되었다. 결론적으로 시뮬레이션실습과 동영상 시청교육을 효과적으로 간호교육과정에 적용하기 위해서는 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 반영하여 운영하기를 제언한다.

본 연구는 간호대학생 4학년의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습 경험을 알아보기 위한 질적연구이다. 참여자는 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습교육에 참여한 간호대학생 4학년 50명을 대상으로 하였다 연구기간은 2017년 12월 4일부터 12월 16일까지 진행하였다. 대상자의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습경험을 탐구하기 위해 실습을 하고 난 후 자신의 경험을 서술식으로 자유롭게 작성하도록 한 성찰일지를 Braun과 Clarke의 주제 분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습 경험은 '시뮬레이션 수업유형에 대한 기대감', '아쉬움이 밀려옴', '미리 겪어보는 심정지 상황', '팀 상호작용의 중요성 인식', '적극적 대처', '간호학생에서 간호사로 역할이 확장됨'으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습 경험을 이해하는 것은 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습교육을 효과적으로 운영하는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study was to measure and identify the differences of perceived confidence in practice of core basic nursing skills performed by new graduate nurses in Korea. Methods: The tool used in this study was a questionnaire for measuring the confidence in 20 items of core basic nursing skills which was structured based on Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education tool. 231 new graduate nurses participated in this study. The reliability of this questionnaire had Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ .918. Results: Subjects who experienced simulation education and standard patient education were 86.6% and 35.9%, respectively. Item enema intervention, tracheostomy care, and blood transfusion showed low practice confidence level. These items showed significant differences on whether the subjects experienced simulation and clinical practicum or not. Conclusion: Developing and managing clinical education program under deep cooperation between practicum agency and clinical instructor are needed. Simulation practicum will complement insufficient core basic nursing skills between newly graduated nurses before they allocate at the clinical department.

In this paper the method which can intensify effect of education and experiment in the subject of power electronics Is Introduced. Besides theoretical lectures by textbook during 3 hours a week, students can out the simulation and experiment using PSIM, special simulation program for power electronics, and 'Power Electronics Training System', experimental equipments of Lab-Volt Ltd. for power electronics, and 'Data Acquisition & Management System' Thus students can have profound understandings and experiences about various practical situations.

The purpose of this study is to develope a program for statistics education. This program deals with simulation which is helpful in understanding some elementary statistical concepts. This program under multimedia environment which includes sound video animation etc. doesn't show only the result but make it possible for students to execute the program by stages. This type of dynamic learning is efficient to overcome the limits of teaching materials or classroom work. Also it can interest students greatly. By executing it the students can understand the method and meaning of simulation and acquire concepts of probability and statistical inference naturally.

가상현실 융합시뮬레이션을 이용한 교육은 간호에 대한 지식뿐만 아니라 임상간호 실무능력 향상을 위한 새로운 교수법으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 양적, 질적 연구에 대한 통합적 분석방법을 통해 가상현실 융합시뮬레이션을 적용한 간호교육의 효과에 대해 분석하고자 함이다. 총 382편의 연구 중, 논문 질 평가방법을 통해 최종적으로 17편(양적연구 12편, 질적연구 5편)이 선정되었다. 효과적인 가상현실 시뮬레이션 교육을 위한 조건과 지식, 태도, 실천적 측면에서의 가상현실 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과 등 총 네 가지 측면으로 내용을 합성하였다. 효과적인 교육조건 측면에서 가상현실기계 사용에 대한 준비성과 플랫폼에 대한 마스터링, 흥미 있는 시나리오가 필요하였다. 지식, 태도 및 실천적 측면에서의 가상현실 간호교육 융합시뮬레이션의 효과는 간호대학(원)생의 지식 증가 및 유지 연장, 반복학습을 통한 과정 및 순서 암기력 향상, 공감능력 및 친밀감 형성 등의 효과가 나타났다. 따라서 간호교육의 융합시뮬레이션에 가상현실을 적용한다면 교육의 효과는 극대화 될 것이다.
