An educational program for parent caregiving families has been developed with a view to help mitigate burdens of those who provide caring services for their aged parents and to meet the needs of both the caregiving middle-aged daughter-in-law and the parent. The program has been applied to a small group of people who at least one living aged parent. The effectiveness of the program has been evaluated by taking pre- and posttests. The result of the tests strongly suggest that the program has been effective in improving participatns' knowledge on aging process, confict solving and relationship with parent.

In this paper a parameter identification problem for a damped sine-Gordon equation is studied from the theoretical and numerical perspectives. A spectral method is developed for the solution of the state and the adjoint equations. The Powell's minimization method is used for the numerical parameter identification. The necessary conditions for the optimization problem are shown to yield the bang-bang control law. Numerical results are discussed and the applicability of the necessary conditions is examined.

According to the changes of the medical environment of the times, it is necessary to discuss the issues of the doctor's medical guidance and to conduct continuous research so that alternatives can be prepared systematically. Furthermore, in order to enhance the professionalism of radiological technologists and to develop the medical technician system, the new Radiological Technologist Independent Act has been established, which contains the overall contents of the scope of work, professional qualifications, and specialized education of radiological technologists, and provides quality medical services to patients through professional procedures and treatment. In order to increase the level of medical care, the purpose, definition, mission, role, and scope of work specified in the Medical Act, Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act, the Enforcement Decree, and the Enforcement Rules were variously analyzed and new directions were presented. First, the definition of a medical technician should use a generic term so that the factors of conflict and prejudice could be resolved. Second, change the doctor's guide to doctor's prescription; and then legislate the authority to sign and write medical records after examination by radiological technologists, thereby prohibiting unlicensed technicians that seriously endanger patient safety. Third, an accurate definition of radiological technologists' roles should be established; not only selection and management of radiological technologists' work but also procedures and treatment for each radiology field should be specified to suit the current medical system. Fourth, a professional radiological technologists' qualification system and a specialized education system should be established in order to secure human resources that could provide patients trust in procedures and treatment based on professional knowledge and experience in the field of radiology. Fifth, the Education and Evaluation Institute should be operated in Korea education system to educate the professional knowledge and competency for students. In addition, it is necessary to in-depth analysis of foreign cases could be applied to the medical system and education system in Korea; it could strive to nurture systematic human resources.

본 연구에서는 법학 분야의 효율적인 장서구성을 위해 S 대학 법학도서관의 2018년 1년 동안의 대출데이터를 분석하고 소장단행본이 실제로 교육과 연구에 이용되고 있는지를 분석하였다. 먼저 S 대학 도서관리 시스템인 Alma 시스템으로부터 1년 동안 대출된 단행본에 대하여 주제별, 언어별, 출판 연도별로 분석하여 이용자의 패턴을 분석하였다. 이어서 실제로 S 대학 강의계획서에 나타난 단행본을 법학도서관이 얼마나 많이 소장하고 있는지를 분석하였으며 S 대학 연구자들이 연구한 논문에 인용된 단행본을 도서관에서 얼마나 소장하고 있는지를 분석하였다. 이런 연구결과는 법학전문도서관으로서의 장서구성의 기준을 수립하는 기초 자료로 활용해 볼 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 영재교육 과련 현행법의 개선을 통해 과학영재학교의 우수교원을 확보하고 활용하는 방안에 대해 모색해 보았다. 본 연구결과를 요약하자면 다음과 같다. 1. 과학영재학교 우수교원 선발 기준의 확립 과학영재학교에 우수 교원을 확보하기 위해 영재교육 관련 현행법을 활용하는 방안과 과학영재학교의 법적 지위의 전환을 통한 개선 방안 및 우수교원 확보를 위해 법제적으로 규정되어야 할 사항들을 살펴보았다. 2. 교원 전문성 신장과 근무조건 개선 방안 영재교육의 질적 고도화를 도모하고 영재교육의 국제 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 노력은 영재교육 담당교원의 수급 및 양성 뿐만 아니라 능력개발, 근무여건, 처우 등을 포괄적으로 다루어야 할 필요가 있다. 과학영재학교 교원이 전문성 신장과 근무조건 개선방안을 제시하자면 다음과 같다. ① 장기연수 및 지속적 연구 실시 ② 장기근무 보장 ③ 연구비 지원 ④ 승진우대

The private security has been one of the fastest growing parts of the law enforcement industry, confronted with mutual coincidence or complementarity. Therefore, the primary factor in order to straighten it up should be bringing op a person, because he or she arranges the private security, based on the society in the end. In addition, it is suggested that further study of technical learning and its practice should be arranged. Because the education for agents undertaking the social security is comprehensive in space and limited in time, it may accompany hardship in arranging its content and curriculum Although this article leaves much to be desired, it has been analyzed end observed if a greater emphasis is placed on ample human resources supply for increased demand on social security in private law enforcement industry through institutional education system. A scientific advancement is expected to be attained in the majors related to the private security, with validity that the continuous studies should be implemented, and a social role of colleges as a specialized institute should be erected.

The law of large numbers, central limit theorem, and connection among binomial distribution, normal distribution, and statistical estimation require dynamics of continuous visualization for students' better understanding of the concepts. During this visualization process, the differences and similarities between statistical probability and mathematical probability that students should observe need to be provided with the intermediate steps in the converging process. We propose a visualization method that can integrate intermediate processes and results through Excel. In this process, students' experiences with dynamic visualization help them to perceive that the results are continuously changed and extracted from multiple situations. Considering modeling as a key process, we developed a classroom exercise using Excel to estimate the population mean and standard deviation by using a sample mean computed from a collection of data out of the population through sampling.

Rice Fields have provided large areas of open water for centuries in regions with a variety of rice-growing cultures, and, in addition to producing rice also provide other animal and/or plant food sources and medicinal plants, thus acting as wetland systems and helping to sustain livelihoods and human well-being in these regions. Also rice fields in many parts of the world support important wetland biodiversity, such as reptiles, amphibians, fish, crustacean, insects and mollusca, and play a significant ole in water-bird flyways and the conservation of water-bird populations. The purpose of this study is to find a way conservation of rice fields in connection with paddies's laws, for example, amend the Conservation of Wetlands Law or legislate for the conservation of paddies.

This paper examines the use of the EFQM Model in H.E. Institutions in the UK and offers a case study of how one University used the Excellence Model as a means to change the way it operated. It identifies and discusses the critical success factors for a university utilizing the Model, in particular Leadership (criteria 1), People Management, particularly with regard to performance evaluation (criteria 3), having key processes in place (criteria 5) and the identification of the correct key performance results for its various stakeholders (criteria 9).

On the general fishing boat in the same person of the fishing Chief and the Captain, the fishing chief positions are not separately. In the case, according to legal liability by presenting solutions to the problem are as follows : firstly, The legal division Of the Sailing courses and operation course are necessary. Secondly, In the adminstrative ship official law, obligatory acquisition of the fishing Chief marine engineer qualification is necessary.
