The purpose of this study was to explore and investigate: the direct impact of training on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy, the direct impact of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance, and self-efficacy, the direct impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial performance, self-efficacy as a mediator of the effect of training on entrepreneurial performance, and self-efficacy as a mediator of the effect of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance. This study purposively involved 131 entrepreneurs in Village-Owned Enterprises, Kuningan, Indonesia. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed using Path Analysis with SPSS statistical software. This study has several findings. First, training has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy. Second, leadership attitudes have a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. Fourth, self-efficacy mediates the effect of training on entrepreneurial performance. Fifth, self-efficacy mediates the effect of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance. The findings demonstrated that using self-efficacy-based training and leadership attitudes can enhance entrepreneurial self-confidence and assist them to improve their performance.

This study aims to investigate the influence of online entrepreneurship education on first-time entrepreneurs in western China. The research employed an online self-management survey method to collect data from participants involved in online entrepreneurship education and first-time entrepreneurs. The data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. The research findings indicate that online entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. There is a positive correlation between online entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial execution capability. Entrepreneurial intention effectively promotes entrepreneurial execution capability, which is critical for successful entrepreneurship. Online entrepreneurship education also emphasizes the development of innovative abilities and thinking patterns, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. Additionally, entrepreneurial support plays a direct positive role in entrepreneurial success by providing resources, guidance, knowledge sharing, and confidence, thereby increasing the likelihood of success.

Purpose: the research aims to analyze the impact of the distribution of knowledge through online learning on the intellectual potential of PhD students and produce recommendations for policy to improve intellectual capacity. During the literature review, it was determined that a large number of studies examined the impact of online learning on the quality of education at different levels. Research design, data and methodology: the research methodology is based on subjective assessment and studying the students' opinions. The basis of the study was a comprehensive analysis of primary data obtained through a sociological survey of PhD students. 324 respondents from humanitarian, medical and natural faculties participated in the survey. Results: the study revealed that online learning helps increase students' intellectual potential. PhD students had a positive attitude towards the transition from traditional education to online learning. It should be noted that, according to the results, the most popular gadgets were laptops and smartphones, which were characterized by high mobility and ease of use. Based on the obtained results, recommendations were developed for the formation of online learning with a focus on increasing students' intellectual potential. Conclusions: based on the results of the assessment of educational and innovative potential, policy recommendations and further research in this area were proposed.

This study sought to examine the impact of reading ability and vocabulary at age 5, as well as analyzing the impact which children's gender, parental education level and family income level has on reading comprehension ability and vocabulary at the first grade level in primary school. The study also sought to compare the characteristics of the results obtained in Korea and Japan on this particular research topic. For the Korean part of the study, 328 first grade Korean children, who had participated in the initial testing as five-year olds and agreed to participate in the longitudinal study were tested; whereas in Japan, 215 students were tested. The study results indicated that, in the case of Korea, reading comprehension ability in the first grade was affected by vocabulary and reading abilities at age 5, gender, as well as the mother's education level, in that order. In Japan, it was affected in the order of vocabulary, gender, and father's education level. In terms of first grade vocabulary, in the case of Korea, it was affected in the order of vocabulary and reading ability at age 5 and father's education level; whereas in Japan, it was affected in the order of vocabulary, gender, and reading ability. In both Korea and Japan, at age 5, vocabulary was shown to have a more significant impact than reading ability on both of language ability and vocabulary in the subsequent primary school period. As such, it can be seen that more interest should be shown not only in the ability to read at age 5 but also in expanding the vocabulary of children at this age through appropriate interaction and support.

'Entrepreneurship' spread like fashion, then it was a term that is no stranger to the youth. Entrepreneurship education for young people is being activated. Recently conducted many educational institutions, as well 'Bizcool' entrepreneurship education. Performance will be clear that the purpose of education and, where appropriate, external training. Currently operating business through 'Bizcool' homepage, 'Bizcool' budget is concentrated in high school. Entrepreneurship education are made aware of the need to equip the correct career awareness is spreading. Preliminary founder, as well as for students. Students will be more structured training support. And many more will be supported by the budget. Therefore, the present study is to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education career awareness satisfaction. And try to give elementary school students, middle school students, high school students due to the difference in effective entrepreneurship education and ways to activate. The first result, entrepreneurship education training information satisfaction has a significant impact on the career awareness. Satisfaction of the second result, entrepreneurship education teaching methods have a significant impact on the career awareness. The third result, operating the way entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on the recognition of the career satisfaction. The difference between the fourth result, depending on the satisfaction of the entrepreneurship education, career awareness, depending on the level of education does not represent. This study, the results of entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on the career recognition. And have a positive 'Bizcool' education could help implication. However, did not differ according to the difference in student career awareness. So I think it would need more concrete preparation. Also want to provide entrepreneurship education opportunities to students based on the results of this study a little more evenly. Career awareness for students through entrepreneurship education from an early age who would establish the correct values. And students will have a huge impact on the development of the society. The purpose of this study was a survey of students who participated in the 2012 'Bizcool Camp'. This study derives meaningful results. But will need to be interpreted with caution. Some students are first surveyed who participated in the 2012 'Bizcool Camp'. Therefore, there is a limit to generalize the findings. Second, junior high school students surveyed rate is low. So there are limits to students representing the difference. Third, most survey respondents per participant. Therefore, the study subjects, as there is a limit. This study, the impact of career awareness, youth entrepreneurship education satisfaction were analyzed by student differences. The results of this study, more study will be needed for students.

The purpose of this study was to develop an impact force measurement device in order to facilitate the acquisition of quantitative data for the analysis of various sporting events. The device was designed to include cylindrical aluminum supports of 220 mm diameter, which allows mounting and dismounting of the device on walls and frames. In addition, a hard sponge for impact absorption, as well as 4 springs, were attached to the plate. Both were attached to prevent psychological variables and injuries. When a subject applies force on the device, accurate data about the maximum repulsive force is acquired in real time, with a lag of only 0.001 s. The device was calibrated in four steps: (1) increase, (2) increase, (3) increase-decrease, and (4) increase-decrease. The maximum relative expanded uncertainty was 0.166%, indicating that the impact force measurement was sufficiently reliable. The proposed device can be applied to various sporting situations and is expected to be useful for studying kinetics.

Re-consultation on Marine Environment Impact Assessment (MEIA) says that business operators are then licensed back from the disposition authorities undergoing a consultation process to change business plans. Marine Environment Management Act has provisions(Article 94) with respect to a case where the scale of business, the period of business, reflects the basic plan, including a plan to change a variety of reasons. But increasingly diverse types of businesses and projects which are the subject of MEIA, As it appears that the vulnerability issues and the problem of the re-consultation. In this study conducted an analysis of the literature review and comment on the re-consultation report four years. In addition, it presents a check to the problem through concrete examples related to the re-consultation and proposes improvement measures.

본 연구의 목적은 영재학생들의 영재교육 수혜 경험이 학생의 학교 성적 및 학업능력이라고 하는 논리적 사고력, 협동력, 설득력 등에 미친 영향을 분석함으로써 영재교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행 연구 분석을 통해 연구 진행 방향을 설정하고 지속적으로 영재교육을 받은 경험이 있는 과학고등학교나 영재학교의 재학생을 대상으로 회고의 방법을 통해 설문을 실시하였고 설문은 학생 기초자료, 학업능력에 대한 영향, 학교 성적 변화 세 영역으로 구분된다. 본 연구는 선행 연구가 영재교육 직후에 실시되었던 단기적 효과를 분석했던 것과 달리 지속적으로 교육을 받았던 학생들을 대상으로 설문 및 심층면담을 실시함으로써 장기적인 효과를 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다.

Using the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study 2001 (KLIPS 2001), this paper examines gender differences in the return to education in Korea. On average, there is little difference in return to education between male and female workers. However, this paper provides evidence that the impact of education on wages is greater for female workers compared to that for male workers using three different estimation strategies. First, a simple cohort analysis shows that the estimated returns to education for male and female workers have different patterns by age cohort and this is the main reason we observe little gap in average returns to education between men and women. Second, we find that college degree has a significant impact on women's labor market outcomes, while there is little gain for men in terms of wage levels by having college degree. Finally, when controlling unobservable individual ability level with test scores, education has no significant impact on male workers' wage levels, while the impact of education on wages is considerably large for female workers. All three findings support that the impact of education on labor market outcomes is greater for female workers compared to that for male workers as many researchers have found in other OECD countries.

This study is about the solution to solve the problem - aging of fisheries worker and exodus of young adult from fisheries. We tried to find out internal improvements which are necessary for overcoming issues. After that, research about inducements and institutional improvements to drive internal improvements has done. and Current policies of Korea for securing workforce in fisheries were examined especially for Gyeongsangnam-do by literature investigation and survey The main purpose of this study is, problems of policy in order to secure Fisheries managers, identify practical obstacle and the activities and management activities performance of training education. and it is to provide evidence to policy improvement. To achieve the purpose of this study, conducted studies are as below. This study is to investigate the educational performance of Fisheries managers and its impact on their business performance using SEM and SEM-Moderate-effect. In terms of the amount of impact on business performance, the level of educational achievement and management activity outcomes had the most impact followed by excellence of educational condition and programs distinction. Therefore, in order to inspire the motivation for learning and communicate the importance of such education to Fisheries communities, there is a need to introduce a variety of methods, professional facilities. The purpose of this research is to define the problems of the Fisheries Census of Korea and to make better policies for improvement. In order to complete the purpose, the research team has firstly conducted a survey in the six regions to reinvestigate the yes or no for accuracy of the primary data related to the Fisheries Census. Moreover, the team has defined the problems of the Fisheries Census through conducting a survey for the experts and users of the fisheries statistics. Also, the team has derived the short/long term improvement of Fisheries Census through out this survey.
