한국 민간경비원 교육훈련 프로그램 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Study about development of education & training program for Private Security guard in Korea)

  • With regard to problems related to qualification of Private Security, this study is qualitatively to develop education & training program from the viewpoint of education for the purpose of checking professionalism of Security guard. Offering the solutions for improvement by analyzing problems of articles related to training for Private Security guard prescribed in existing 'Law of Guarding', I made studies of development of practical affairs-centered education & training program for Private Security guard on the basis of Private Security guard' duties. Education & training program for Private Security guard must be made up of practical affairs-centered one related to concrete duties. Also because it needs to be made on the basis of a model planned for the program with combined method, this study gave example of model and contests of education & training program based on duties of Facilities Security. Main duties of cPrivate Security guard can be divided into four duties; duties on their own posts, patrolling, control of going in and out, dealing with accidents and so on. Private Security guard are given main duties by each post, and after adjusting conditions according to personnel organization, they perform their own duties. As education & training program based on Private Security guard' duties, common education & training program for the new-appointed, practical affairs-centered education & training program, education & training program for superintendents, service education & training program and so on are provided.

융합형 인재 양성을 위한 IT 기반 STEAM 교수·학습 방안 연구 (A Study of Teaching-Learning Methods for the IT-Based STEAM Education Model With Regards to Developing People of Interdisciplinary Abilities)

  • Recently, worldwide attention has been placed on being able to develop a person with interdisciplinary abilities. Specifically, there has been an emphasis on the integration of the previous STEM education and the arts, as well as the role of IT in technology and engineering education. Therefore, for this study, our goal is to help pave the way for the increased use of the teaching-learning methods of the IT-based STEAM education in developing people with interdisciplinary abilities. Firstly, we searched through domestic and foreign papers for example related to the recent trend towards the STEAM and integrative IT education models. In this study, we also presented a realistic teaching model based on STEAM education, applied mainly in the U.S., and on the teaching-learning methods of science and technology. The method we suggested is rated by expert assessments as a highly effective teaching-learning method for science and math. The use of educational IT technology in the STEAM education method is also analyzed with positive results.

A Study on the Dynamic Relationship between Education Input and Economic Growth

  • Purpose - The operating mechanism between education input and economic growth is a mysterious proposition that has attracted a vast array of scholars' interests to study on it. Therefore, this paper sets China as an example to analyze the dynamic relationship between education input and economic growth. Research design and methodology - The annual time series from 1990 to 2017 will be employed to conduct an empirical analysis under the vector autoregressive model. The education input is treated as an factor that impacts the economic growth such as labor input and capital input. Meanwhile, the education input will be added to the Cobb-Douglas production function to form a new one so as to explore the dynamic relationship between education input and economic growth. Results - According to the results of empirical analysis, it can be found that the education input has an increasingly positive effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, the economic growth also has a positive effect on education input, but this kind of effect is not steady. Of course, the labor input and the capital input also can promote the economic growth to some degree. Conclusions - The education input is one of most important inputs for a country. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper suggests that the China's government should put more emphasis on the education input so to make its economy develop well.

대중문화 속 종교유사성에 관한 종교미디어교육 연구 -<다빈치 코드>를 사례로 한 '상징교수법' 교수학습 모형 개발- (An Application Plan for Religious 'Symbolic Didactics' in Religious Media Pedagogic and Popular Culture -Development of a Teaching & Learning Example Focusing on "The Da Vinci Code"-)

  • 본 연구에서는 종교미디어교육의 관점에서 다중문화 속에 나타나는 종교적 상징과 종교유사성에 대한 이론과 교육방법을 연구하였다. 오늘날에는 종교의 기본이념이나 종교문화적 가치관이 대중문화를 통해 왜곡되어 전달되는 상황이 종종 발생하고 있다. 따라서 종교 및 미디어 관련 교육문화에 대해 새로운 시각과 실제적 교육방법이 필요하다. 이에 관한 이론적 연구로써 '상징교수법'을 소개하였고, 이 이론을 토대로 한 교수학습 모형을 개발하였다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로써 '행동과 발달지향 미디어교육'의 교수설계 모형에 상징교수법의 교육방법과 교육내용을 통합하였다. 이 모형을 토대로 <다빈치 코드>를 사례로 하는 교수학습 사례를 개발하였다. 이 교육사례를 위해 <다빈치 코드>에 나타난 종교유사성 관련 요인들을 도입하였고, 총 8차시의 교수학습 방안을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 상징교수법의 활용방안은 <다빈치 코드> 외 여러 프로그램을 대상으로도 활용할 수 있다. 앞으로 이 교육에 대한 학습효과를 검증하는 실험연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이 교육을 진행할 교사교육도 필요하다. 이 상징교수법 교육사례는 종교교육에서 뿐 아니라 문화, 언어 등 다른 교육주제와의 연계도 가능하다.

Cook-Type Influence Measure in Constrained Regression Models

  • A Cook-type distance is considered for investigating the influence of observations in constrained regression models. Its exact sampling distribution is derived, which is used for judging whether each observation is influential or not. A numerical example is provided for illustration.

  • We will give an example which is a normal Hausdorff countable dense homogeneous space but not a densely homogeneous space. Next, we will give a proof for the fact that every nondegenerate component of densely homogenous spaces is open and densely homogeneous.

OUTLIER DETECTION BASED ON A CHANGE OF LIKELIHOOD

  • A general method of detecting outliers based on a change of likelihood by using the influence function is suggested. It can be applied to all kinds of distributions that are specified by parameters. For the multivariate normal case, specific computations are made to get the corresponding conditional influence function. A numerical example is provided for illustration.
