Reflections in Peer Evaluation: Is the Attended Teacher Training Program the Implemented Training program?

  • This study gives opportunity for investigating how student teachers view the teaching profession and how they transfer their pedagogical knowledge into practice. The aim of the study is to investigate the teaching skills student teachers gained in the assessment of micro teaching of their peers. The participants are 30 mathematics student teachers enrolled in the teacher training program in a state university. Document analysis and semi-structured interviews are the research instruments and inferential & descriptive statistics are used for the data analysis. The findings suggest that the qualitative and quantitative peer assessments of student teachers were graded differently which results from the difference of perceptions about teaching and different conceptualizations of the teaching qualifications.

중등학교 가정교과 교사의 직무연수 운영 실태 및 인식 조사 - 강원도 지역을 중심으로- (A Survey on the Actual Administrating Condition and Teacher′s Recognition on the In-service Training of Home Economics Education in the Secondary School - Centering around Kangwon Province-)

  • The purpose of this research is intended to analyze the actual condition of in-service training for the teachers who teach Home Economics Education in the middle and high school and to survey their viewpoints on the actual condition of the in-service training. So I could find the effective ways on the in-service training by finding many kinds of needs and improvements on the basis of present problems in the Home Economics Education. The research results are as follows : 1. This research indicated that most teachers answered that the most proere significant per time of the in-service training was the school vacations(49.5%). 63.4% of the teachers answered that the present 60 hours on the question of how many hours are appropriate is proper. On the question of what the most proper cycle for the educational training is. 47.2% of the teachers answered that the present 3-year cycle is appropriate. 35% of them supported the selecting system for the trainee according to the experienced or non-experienced for the up-to-date in-service training. And 35% of them answered that the speakers for the training program must be the experienced teachers in education. In the contents of the training program. many teacher insisted that the percentage of the text for the major should be raised(49.6%). According to the survey about the teaching and learning methods and evaluation. teachers were satisfied with the levels of satisfaction on the teaching and learning methods in 65.1%. This survey indicated that teacher preferred the discussion and case study(35.9%). the practice-centered class(29.3%) and the on-the-spot study(20.9%) in order on the teaching methods. In terms of the educational environment. 56.9% of the teachers answered the number of trainee is too many and they suggested that the proper number of trainee is about 20∼30. 2. This research showed that the most important problem of this training system was the over-population of the trainee(33.5%) and the most severe problem of the educational environment was the lack of air-cooled and heated system(24.8%).

  • 이 연구의 목적은 기업의 직무체계에 기초한 실업자 직업훈련과정 표준모형 개발 연구에 있다. 훈련과정 표준모형 개발은 우선 직무체계 정립을 통하여 직무관련 개념정의와 직무체계를 검토하였으며, 직무능력체제 및 훈련과정 모형 개발 방향 및 방법을 수립하여, 직무능력체제를 개발하였다. 이를 통해 직무영역, 핵심능력 및 수행내용, 능력단위 및 수준, 단위요소가 도출되었다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 직무능력체제에 따른 훈련과정 구성 및 구조 설계 정립이 수행되었으며, 그 결과 훈련과정 개발모형, 훈련과정 구조설계, 훈련과정별 훈련교과 모형이 도출된 훈련과정 모형이 개발되었다.

농대생의 농업교육훈련 만족도, 학습전이, 학습지속의향에 관한 구조적 관계 분석 (An Analysis of Structural Relationship among Satisfaction, Learning Transfer, Learning Persistence of Agricultural Education Program on Agricultural Students)

  • This study aimed to analyze educational satisfaction and the relationship between learning transfer and learning persistence shown after actual education targeting students who participated in the agricultural education and training. Conclusions based on the study results can be suggested as follows. First, of the factors related to learning persistence, satisfaction of educational contents turned out to be a statistically significant factor with a positive effect in the agricultural education and training. Students participating in the agricultural education and training have a conspicuous object to learn for improving ability which is necessary for and applicable to agriculture. Second, of the three factors related to learning transfer in the agricultural education and training, satisfaction of educational contents, educational facilities and satisfaction of environment turned out to have a positive effect. Third, results show that satisfaction of instructors does not affect both learning persistence and learning transfer. Lastly, in case of education and training for field practice, this study is suggesting the necessity of research by accessing in a concrete and detailed manner such as learning contents, instructors, educational facilities and satisfaction of environment from the comprehensive concept of educational satisfaction in the directivity of study related to satisfaction.

경북지역 일부 대학생들의 응급처치 지식수준 및 교육 필요성 (First Aid Knowledge and Education Necessity of Some College Students in Gyeongbuk)

  • Purpose : The study examined the knowledge and health education about first aid of college students. Methods : The survey had done from October to December, 2022. Total subjects in this study were 205. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 program. Results : Regarding the difference in first aid knowledge according to the first aid education characteristics of the subjects, significant differences were observed in experience of first aid training (t=6.54, p(.01), necessity of first aid training (t=3.60, p(.01), and number of first aid training sessions (F=5.40, p(.01). In the case of first aid education experience, first aid education was necessary, and the knowledge score was the highest tn the three or more training sessions. As for the contents of first aid education, action tips in case of emergency, fracture, dislocation, sprain was the highest, and rescue and transport was the lowest. Conclusion : Continuous and systematic first aid education for college students is needed, and it is absolutely necessary to develop an advanced treatment education program to revitalize it.

교육대학교와 교육연수원의 수학과목 분석 및 연계 (An Analysis of and Connection between the Lectures Related to Mathematics Education in National Universities of Education and Education Training Institutes)

  • 초등 교사의 질 향상과 전문성 확보를 위해서는 교육대학 측에서는 양성교육을, 교육연수기관 측에서는 현직교육을 상호 보완적인 관계에서 일관성을 갖고 추진되어야 할 것이며, 두 기관간에 도움이 될 수 있는 장치가 다각적 측면에서 실질적으로 마련되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 점을 감안하여, 이 연구에서는 수학 교과를 중심으로 초등 교사 양성교육기관과 현직교육기관에서의 수학과목의 연계성을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 이 연구에서는 우선 교육대학교 교육과정의 수학과목과 교육연수원 자격연수와 직무연수 프로그램에서의 수학과목을 분석하고자 한다. 또, 설문 조사를 통하여 교육대학교, 자격연수 및 직무연수 담당 교육연수원에서의 수학과목에 대한 초등 교사들의 인식을 파악하고자 한다. 끝으로, 이러한 결과를 종합하여 교육대학교와 자격연수 및 직무연수 담당 교육연수원에서의 수학과목이 어떻게 연계되어 개선되어야 하는지에 관한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

고등학교 지구 과학에서 야외 지질 조사의 지도 방법 (A Study on the Teaching Plan of Geologic Field Trip in the Earth Science Ecucation, High School)

  • In order to normalized the Earth Science Education, experiments and geologic field trainings are very important. But it have not carried out on account of many difficulties in current High School of Korea. These difficulties are lack of time, many problems of the text book, heavy teaching load, shortage of facilities and experimental equipments, and poor quality of teacher etc. The practical training of geologic field trip is very important in Earth Science Education. Finally, wirter propose a new teaching plan of geologic field training as follows: 1. The teacher must prepare the guide paper of field geologic training. 2. Subjects of practical training must simplify. 3. The teacher must take a pre-field investigation in order to get the teaching plan and the preparation of practical field training. 4. Let students observe for themselves on this guide, as if they were geologists. 5. The teacher must conclude about practical training after the working.

웹을 기반으로 한 가상 교원 연수의 운영 전략에 관한 연구 (Study on the Operation Strategy of Web Based Virtual Teacher Training)

  • 교원 연수에 있어서 웹을 기반으로 한 가상 연수가 앞으로 더욱 늘어날 전망이다. 그러나, 아직까지는 가상 연수는 하드웨어적인 시스템의 측면에서만 평가가 이루어져 왔고, 긍정적인 면만을 연구해 온 감이 없지 않다. 이제는 이러한 시스템 측면을 발전시켜가면서 몇몇 기관에서 선도적으로 시행한 가상 연수 프로그램의 문제점을 분석하고, 개선 방안을 찾아볼 시점이다. 하지만 각 연수 기관에서 이러한 운영상의 문제점들을 자체적으로 분석하고 있을 뿐 비교 평가할 기회가 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 몇 개의 기관에서 시행한 웹 기반 가상 연수 운영에 대한 데이터를 입수하여 비교 분석하고, 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

직업훈련 패러다임의 전환을 위한 지원체제 개선 방안 연구 (Improving the Support System for the Paradigm Shift in Vocational Training)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 위기 상황에 대처하기 위하여 직업훈련 사업별로 단선적으로 이루어져 왔던 원격훈련 도입 관련 제도 운영 실태에 대하여 심사에서부터 비용집행에 이르기까지의 과정을 주체별, 단계별, 절차별로 구분하여 문제점과 한계점을 분석하였다. 이후 이해관계자들의 의견을 다각적으로 수렴하여, 디지털·비대면 시대의 직업훈련 패러다임 전환에 부응할 수 있는 직업훈련 지원체제의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 기존 전통적인 집체훈련 중심의 프레임에서 벗어나 디지털·비대면 시대의 직업훈련 방향성을 수용할 수 있는 방향으로 훈련기관, 훈련과정의 심사·평가 제도가 혁신되어야 한다는 기본 전제하에, 사전 승인 심사 제도와 훈련기관 인증평가 제도의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • Top manager and factory manager in the small-medium industrial factory in Korea was conscious of industrial education training requirement more than past, it began the Saemaul movement in factory from 1974, and the 1st nation wide meeting of industrial Standardization & Quality control Movement from 1975, etc. It is that industrial education training through the influence of pan-industrial nation with program. Because it is non-system and unplanned that are a short period introduction of industrial education training operation. Now then they are received better apprecation through the information of the program ecommendation and consultancy of industrial education training from coordination with related professional agencies and goverment agency for small-medium industry promotion.
