As exchanges and cooperations among Korea, Japan and China about environmental issues become active, exchange programs about social environmental education increases. Therefore, in this study, the present state of the social environmental educations in Korea, Japan and China is analyzed and compared. The conclusions are as following. First, the social environmental education in Korea is mainly executed by NGOs about environment, religion and gender. In the social environmental education in Korea, education for sensibility in which all the people can participate such as field investigation, camping and travel holds the majority. However, the education about social-political knowledge which deals with environmental policy and economy is not sufficient. Second, in the social environmental education in Japan, the education of environmental education methods and knowledge about environmental issues, in which citizens participate such as workshop and forum holds the majority. Third, the social environmental education in China is mainly executed by CEEC under SEPA. Education toward teenagers for fostering environment-friendly attitude is mostly active, and lectures are in general. However, education for the specific knowledge of environmental issues is not enough. The social environmental education is very significant as lifelong education for environment friendly welfare society since civil decision-making leads directly the social behavior. Therefore, efforts must be made to develop the social environmental education of each countries by means of active exchange and energetic support of the social environmental education program and autonomous exchange of NGOs for the social environmental education.

This study is about the current nutrition education by nutrition teachers and dietitians, and their perception of nutrition education. This study was conducted to discover problems in nutrition education and to set a right direction for such education. A total of 216 nutrition teachers and dietitians, in Gyeongnam, were examined. The results were as follows. Exactly 95.4% of the subjects provided nutrition education to their students. They provided indirect nutrition education(69.9%), direct/indirect nutrition education(26.7%) and direct nutrition education(3.4%). 'Nutrition Counselling Room' was the most common means of direct nutrition education, while 'handout' was mostly used as indirect education. 'Desirable food & dietary habits' were the most included curriculum for indirect/direct nutrition education. The reasons for not providing direct nutrition education were 'because of heavy workload'(34.2%) and 'a lack of class hour for direct education'(29.6%). Exactly 52.8% of the subjects said they would actively promote direct nutrition education if they were given a chance. Exactly 83.3% of the subjects responded nutrition education should begin 'during the kindergarten year'. About the effect of nutrition education on changes in students' food & dietary habits, 2.27 scores out of 5 were earned in average. In other words, many nutrition teachers and dietitians believed that the current nutrition education had little effect on students' food & dietary habits.
Despite the importance of how the premedical education curriculum is organized, the basic direction of the curriculum has not been evaluated at a fundamental level. In order to explore the basic directions of the premedical education curriculum, this study examined medical education as a university education, the historical basis of premedical education, and the direction of the premedical education curriculum. Historically, as medical education was incorporated into the university education system, premedical education developed based on basic science and liberal arts education. Accordingly, the direction of the premedical education curriculum began to split into two approaches: one believing in a basic science-based education intended to serve as the foundation of medical training, and the other believing in a liberal arts-based education intended to cultivate the qualities of a doctor. In recent years, however, the binary division in the direction of premedical education has ceased to exist, and the paradigm has now shifted to an agreement that premedical education must cultivate the basic scientific competence required for learning medical knowledge as well as the social qualities that a doctor should have, which are cultivated through the liberal arts. Furthermore, it has been asserted that the direction of premedical education should move toward the qualities that will be required in the future. With the fourth industrial revolution underway, the role of doctors is now being re-examined. This means that today's medical education must change in a future-oriented way, and the direction of the premedical education curriculum must be on the same page.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum of the University-affiliated Science Gifted Education Center from 2018 to 2020 to analyze the proportion of the information area in the total class and the contents of the class, thereby confirming the trend change in the information area. After analyzing the number of hours that information education occupies in the total number of class hours, information education was classified into three categories: computer use education, SW coding education, and SW convergence education, and the curriculum was analyzed in detail. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the proportion of information education in total education is gradually increasing compared to 2018. Second, the proportion of computer utilization education in information education is relatively decreasing, and SW coding education and SW convergence education are expanding. Considering that the field of information education has been expanded in various forms, more systematic information education will be provided to students in the future and its usefulness will increase rapidly.
This research is intended to develop oral health education program that can improve quality of oral health of infants by investigating the actual condition of oral health education provided to students major in early childhood education and contents and method of oral health education that they needed. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 427 students enrolled in related departments such as the Early Childhood Education Division and the Early Childhood Education Department at five universities in Gyeongsangnam-do. Questionnaires consisted of general characteristics, awareness of oral health, presence of experience in oral health education, necessity of oral health education, preference for oral health education method, oral health education contents. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) Ver 20.0. 1. Presence of experience in oral health education based on the general characteristics showed statistically significant differences only concerning the 'school system' and the 'school year' (p<0.05), and subjective awareness of oral health based on the presence of oral health education experiences showed statistically significant differences concerning the 'interest in oral health' and the 'importance of oral health' (p<0.05). 2. Necessity of oral health education based on the subjective awareness of oral health showed statistically significant differences concerning the 'interest in oral health' and the 'importance of oral health' (p<0.05). 3. Necessity of oral health education based on the preference for oral health education method showed statistically significant differences concerning the 'intention to participate in oral health education' and the 'oral health education cycle' (p<0.05). 4. The most necessary information for oral health education is proper toothbrushing method 4.24, cause of tooth decay and prevention method 4.13, helpful food and poor food for tooth 3.97, toothbrush selection and storage method 3.85. Fluoride application and fissure sealant were lowest 3.38. As a result of this research, necessity of oral health education was large regardless of general characteristics, experience in oral health education, subjective awareness of oral health, and preference for oral health education. Also the more the 'interest in oral health' in 'subjective awareness of oral health', the more the 'necessity of oral health education' and 'intention to participate in oral health education'. The positive impacts of robotics education and programming education on learners are similar. However, robotics education differs from programming education because it includes purchasing and building robots that cause financial and cognitive load of learners. Due to these differences, two kinds of education may not possess equal efficacies for all schools or all learning objectives. To verify this hypothesis, we conducted meta-analysis of studies on robotics education published in South Korea to estimate the effect sizes and compare it to that of programming education. The difference between the average effect sizes of robotics education and of programming education was significant, as the former was 0.4060 and the latter 0.6664. The average effect size of programming education was significantly larger than that of robotics education for primary school students. Middle school students achieved the highest results in both robotics education and programming education. Also, robotics education became more effective than programming education as students were older. Analysis on objectives showed that programming education uniformly affected all areas, whereas robotics education had more impact on affective domain than cognitive domain. Robot construction had the largest effect size, followed by robot construction and programming, robot programming, and robot utilization. Programming education has larger positive impacts on students overall compared to robotics education. Robotics education is more effective to upperclassmen than programming education, and improves affective domain of students. Also, robotics education shows higher efficacy when combined with various subjects.
