The most effective and economic way for the mitigation planing against tsunami disasters is to develop an emergency action plan along the coastline vulnerable to unexpected tsunami attacks. The plan should be developed based on the historical tsunami events and the projected scenarios. In this study, an evacuation simulation is made based on the projected scenarios at Imwon Port as a part of the emergency action plan. The produced simulation could be used by the authorized organizations in a disaster training against tsunami attacks.

This paper provides how to establish an integrated plan for LE (life extension) and MD (modernization) of aged hydropower plants. The methodology is developed through review of overseas/domestic LE/MD histories, investigation of the previous overseas methodologies and consideration of domestic practices. The methodology includes reviews of the various factors such as condition, operation and maintenance history, up-to-date technology, and economic benefit. In order to establish the life extension/modernization plan, the methodology is applied to the domestic aged hydropower plants. Finally, priority rankings and draft practice plans for LE/MD are derived.

Recently, intensive urban redevelopment concentrated on new towns has reduced the number of settled population, and weakened various functions such as commercial, culture, education and welfare in old towns, and made the stagnation and declination of the entire or some parts of old towns. Urban regeneration project means renewing cities' functions in terms of physical, environmental, social, cultural, industrial and economic aspects or revitalizing the existing functions through improvement project in the entire or part of a city, which is now drawing keen attention from the public. However, urban regeneration project is huge in scale, needs long construction period and various complex facilities, and also characterized by complicated relations with many stakeholders. Due to such characteristics, there are many risks in the project. Therefore, systematic risk management is absolutely necessary to efficiently manage various risk factors inherent in urban regeneration project. The purpose of this research proposes a basic model to establish risk management plan and work process in order to help project participants to perform risk management more systematically and rationally in the development phase of urban regeneration project.

In this study, a traditional concept of sampling inspection plan for the quality assurance system is extended to a consideration of economic aspects in total production system by representing and analyzing the effects between proceding/succeeding production process including inspection. This approach recognizes that the decision to be made at one manufacturing process (or assembly process) determine not only the cost and the average outgoing quality level of that process but also the input parameters of the cost and the incoming quality to the succeeding process. By analyzing the effects of the average incoming and outgoing quality, manufacturing/assembly quality level and sampling inspection plan on the production system, mathematical models and solution technique to minimize the total production cost for a single product manufacturing system with specified average outgoing quality limit (AOQL) are suggested.

Purpose: This study examine the relationships retirement plans, perception of successful aging and attitude toward retirement nurses. Methods: The subjects of this study 200 nurses at two hospitals in C City. The data collection period from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31, 2011. Results: The degree of retirement significant according to age, marital status, education level, dependent, duration of employment, shift, department, annual salary. he degree of economic retirement plan showed significant differences according to age, marital status, education level, dependent home, duration of employment, department, annual salary. he degree of physical retirement plan showed statistically significant differences according to age, marital status, dependent, department. The degree of emotional retirement plan showed significant differences according to age, department. Conclusion: mprove the retirement of clinical nurse, we need a systematic based on physical and mental health.

I compared trade structure and competitiveness by sector using industrial classification in UN Comtrade data and SITC. Based on the comparison, I calculated market share, export competitions, RCA, and TSI. and then selected sensitive industries based on competitiveness, and identified the ZOPA and our BATNA. These calculations confirmed the industries damaged by FTA and those benefiting from the FTA between Korea and Japan, the study them developed strategies for VIA negotiation. It is to minimize damages to Korean economy and to maximize benefits from the agreement. The negotiation plan allowed an adjustment period for industries, for which damages are expected, by setting a long grace period before implementing tariffs. Based on the negotiation plan made through economic analysis, I intend. contribute to more efficient promotion of negotiation by extracting the optimal FFA negotiation plan for each manufacturing industry.

The Korea urbanization has been accelerated without regard to regional traits and the environment. Most of rural areas have been overurbanized with proper and long term plan. Especially the case of Yongin-community which is located 50km south of Seoul reveals a typical wrong urbanization policy. Evidence of such wrong policy is proved by this study for last three decades(1970-2000) in political economic approach with special reference to the Manuel Castells' theory. The study concludes that urbanization with no proper development plan is mostly vulnerable and wasteful. And the environment is once spoiled, it is almost impossible to recover, so it is necessary for us long term and proper plan before development.

The process of determining whether, when, where and how to intervene, of deciding on optimum allocation of resources and minimizing the cost is a very complex problem: different track sections tend to behave differently under the effects of loading; decision-making processes for maintenance work are closely interrelated technically and economically; decision-making for maintenance plans is based on a large quantity of technical and economic information, extensive knowledge and above all experience. For that reason, It is considered very important to develope objective and computer-aided decision-making support system for track maintenance plan. On this paper, we made a survey of the state-of-art of decision-making support systems for track maintenance which were developed and used abroad and reviewed requirements of system and present the plan of develope decision-making support system for track maintenance appropriate to local condition.

The latest domestic construction sector is receiving economic damage because of defect litigation. The Concrete Crack among them has the largest component in expense of apartment house defect. Also, contradictory suggestion of appraiser is problem. To improve these problem, need objective plan that people concerned can recognize about decision sequence. Therefore, in this study, compared general defect investigation and defect decision of appraiser taking advantage of Data Dictionary analysis method. Also, deduced current problem and amelioration plan.
