This study suggests regionally closely-related traditional market support measures that are intended. Market and the community to investigate the relationship between traditional markets and the degree of relationship with the local economy, whether the degree of cooperation with local communities, local people in stores and traditional markets, with a visual image, interacting with local relevance were. Executed questionnaire to merchants and traditional market connection specialists of the tradition market engaged to whole country small town. Small town region's traditional markets have a close relationship with the community. Contribute to regional economic development, and locals have a passion for shopping. Small town to enable local traditional market requires the following way. Through surveys and research policy implications are as follows: First, by constructing a civil partnership with a focus on the needs of local residents need market activation measures. Second, the traditional market members to build social relationships that contribute to their local needs. Third, Installation and utilization of community space in traditional markets is required. Fourth, to increase the participation of young people need to be developed in the program. Fifth, small town regional market collapse and space reorganization is needed.

The needs for Light Railroad Transit(LRT) have been increased due to the heavy traffic congestions in large cities like Seoul, Korea. Korean government is seeking the LRT system development (including planning, designing, construction, and maintenance and operations) in terms of public-private-partnership (PPP). At the private sector side, it is crucial to estimate the life cycle cost (LCC) to project the cash flow during the O&M period. Since the most construction and O&M cost of LRT project is at the bridge construction, a cost analysis model and a cost breakdown structures (CBS) on LRT bridges are discussed through in depth literature reviews. Construction and maintenance cost of bridges are collected and analyzed. LCC is analyzed by types of bridge superstructures and historical data of repair and rehabilitation (R&R) is investigated. There have been scarce number of LCC analysis on railway bridges. This research delivers a well-defined CBS and maintenance cost data, which will be a great benefit to the systematic maintenance strategy development for railroad bridges.
Social, economic and environmental problems caused by rapid urbanization have been recently overcome by various civic participation projects. Local governance and resident - led partnership through field - based cooperative operating systems from urban regeneration to village projects are considered success factors. Among these, the village greening project which directly affects the residents and requires spontaneity requires the role and cooperation of the various participating actors due to the sharing of public space and private space. Social capital plays a key role in the sustainability and participation of the above - mentioned business as a relational capital centered on trust and participation, network and norms. Therefore, empirical research is needed. In this study, basic research was carried out to build a formation model of social capital in participation - type greening project expanding urban green space system to living area. We analyzed the elements of participation, the components of business progress, and the factors of social capital formation through literature review and in - depth interviews with participating experts. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of social capital formation model for analyzing sustainability and activation strategies in the future.

Objectives: This study was to identify and test the health and nutritional status of grandparents in grandparents-grandchildren family in rural area. Methods: The subjects of this study were 70 grandparents of grandparents - grandchildren family in Muan-Gun. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, regression analysis. Results: The average age of grandparents was 70.1${\pm}$6.6 years old, unhealthy of the subjective health status was 55.7%, MNA score was 21.0${\pm}$3.5 points and 62.2% of the grandparents were shown to have malnutritonal status. The ADL, IADL, depression and fall index of health status were significantly related to the relationship with gender(p<.01), age(p<.05), economic(p<.01) and educational level(p<.01), and partnership(p<.01). MNA score was significantly related to the relationship with acute disease(p<.05), ADL(p<.001), IADL(p<.01), cognitive function(p<.01) and gender(p<.01). And the health status variables and general characteristics were positively correlated while the relationships were positive between health status variables and MNA score. Conclusions: With the above findings, grandparents of grandparents-grandchildren family have the problems of health and nutritional status. Then health and nutritional intervention program for grandparents-grandchildren family is needed to serve.
The main premise of this study is that family involvement which is based on professional-family collaborative partnership is very important for successful treatment and rehabilitation of the mentally ill. Accordingly, this study aims to find out factors which are related to family involvement in therapeutic process. This study conducted the survey with 275 service providers(i.e. mental health professionals) and with 124 service consumers(i.e. family members) in order to discover in what extent do related factors affect on the family involvement. The major findings of the study are; 1) From the service providers standpoint, using multiple regression, job characteristics, perception of family culpability, frequency of contact with family, functioning of their organization affect significantly on the family involvement by 33.0% of explanatory power. Using a step-wise multiple regression, the most powerful influenced factors on family involvement are frequency of contact with family, type of agency, type of profession, and their career. 2) From the service consumers standpoint, using multiple regression, socioeconomic level, attitudes of professionals, optimistic perception of prognosis, functioning of their family, diagnosis affect significantly on the family involvement by 40.9% of explanatory power. Using a step-wise multiple regression, the most powerful influenced factors on family involvement are economic level, attitudes of professionals, optimistic perception of prognosis, educational level. In conclusion, family accessibility to the therapeutic system must be allowed and further, politically encouraged by the related legislation. Also this study recommends clinician to use an empowerment model for the families with the mentally ill.
In the sixty year since the first launch of Sputnik 1, it has become impossible to consider economic, political, or scientific human life in the communication field without reference to outer space. But, there is a growing groundswell of public opinion aimed at preventing arms race in space. Therefore it is necessary to establish some institution or mechanism such a code of conduct, international law. But every nation has a different posture on the grounds of national interest, or different levels of space development, the conditions required for the successful negotiation of a comprehensive treaty are not yet ripe. It is hoped that by beginning with soft measures (TCBM, Code of Conduct) for which it is easier to secure voluntary participation it may be possible to build up to a comprehensive treaty. The participation of the Space powers (US, Russia, China) in a dialogue of mutual exchange and shared information would contribute to international peace and give a long term benefit to humankind. It is also necessary to promote partnership through regional and bilateral cooperation. We should guide and shape opinion so that more nations ratify and sign existing international legal covenants in order to contribute to the efficency of Space law. International law needs to enforce PAROS and Space Security.
The objective of our study is to examine the Earnings Quality of Win-Win Growth Corporate. The level of Win-Win Growth Corporate is measured by Win-Win Index of korea commission for corporate partnership. Earnings Quality is proxied by Accounting Conservatism that is measured by the method of Givoly and Hayn(2000). The samples of this study selected from listed corporate, consist of 3,608 observations can be collected from 2011 to 2017 at TS-2000. The result of this study can be summerized in the following. the Win-Win Growth has a significant positive relevance on Accounting Conservatism is the proxy of internal Earnings Quality. This means that Win-Win Growth corporate has a higher the Earnings Quality relatively. These results were supported by additional analysis that used the sample that is made up the Win-Win Growth Corporate completely. According to our study, we can expect that the Earnings Quality of Win-Win Growth corporate is true as steel. But this study have some limitation. Especially we can't explain the reason why the Win-Win Growth has a significant positive relevance on Earnings Quality. And, despite additional analysis, there are the limitation of controlling for endogeneity. We hope that our paper can help investor making a economic decision on investment and officials making a effective policy on the Win-Win Growth.

Green spaces are recognised for the benefits. They bring to the quality of people's lives. However, since the 1980s there has been a general increase in poorly-managed green spaces. In an attempt to address this issue, green space policy has changed its focus on green space management through the gradual introduction of green space evaluation tools, such as the Green Flag Award (GFA). The GFA, as an established green space evaluation tool in the UK, reflects a shift in policy drivers of green spaces management. However, there is a lack of research investigating the contextualisation between a wide range of policy contexts and such green space evaluation tools (the GFA in this study). The aims of this study are therefore to explore the development of green space evaluation since the late 1990s, with respect to the growth of the GFA and its impact on other evaluation tools across the UK and several countries. To address the aims, this study employs in-depth literature reviews on UK green space policy mainly conducted by government. In addition, case studies are presented, focusing on the GFA and independent green space evaluation tools intrinsically derived from the GFA in the UK's cities and Nordic countries. Results show that based on the awareness of the severity of declining standards of green spaces, newly emerging policy arrangements have been adopted to address negative issues, which affect the standard of green spaces such as the transfer of responsibility for green space management, the implementation of Compulsory Competitive Tendering and ongoing budget cuts. Significantly, the GFA's indicators reflect the emerging changes of economic and social contexts associated with green spaces management where, in particular, the prospect of continuous budget cuts, which encourages communities to become involved in green space management. The GFA has widely contributed to leading such UK's cities and other countries to be able to create their independent green space evaluation tools in different approaches based on stakeholders' (mainly community) involvement in the decision-making process of green space evaluation. In conclusion, this study implies that successful green space evaluation tools do embody the value of green spaces and address drivers of emerging green space management with correspondence to the context of policy arrangements. Importantly, stakeholders have an opportunity to be involved in a partnership in the decision-making process through some green space evaluation tools. It is hoped that for well-managed green spaces this study will contribute valuable knowledge to our existing understanding of green space management in an era of austerity.
Seoul is under increasing pressure to choose between the US-led IndoPacific Strategy (IPS) and China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Accordingly, this paper undertakes a detailed appraisal of the IPS and the BRI in the context of Korea's national policy imperatives. Based on a study of network structure by Daniel Nexon and Thomas Wright (2007), the present study seeks to identify a particular network structure within the IPS and the BRI. Through this analysis, the relationship between the core and the participant states will be addressed. Awareness of specific configurations of the IPS and the BRI is important as these reveal what participant states can expect from each network. According to Nexon and Wright, there are four types of network structure: unipolar anarchy, hegemonic order, constitutional order, and imperial order. Based on this, we argue that the IPS has a constitutional order and the BRI has an imperial order. Therefore, we suggest to Seoul that participating in the IPS may make more room for an independent foreign policy than would a BRI partnership with China. South Korea would benefit by participating in the IPS in terms of its national security, striking a favourable regional balance of power.
A new phenomenon in recent trade is the rising interest in the trade of product production and manufacturing methods themselves, unlike in the past, when the interest was focused on the trade of tangible goods. That is, technology is considered as the object of trade instead of a simple element of production as "technology itself is commercialized". The broad meaning of technology encompasses all the property of knowledge with economic value. Its narrow meaning refers to technology used to produce and manufacture goods. Technologies have features such as no forms, heterogeneity, accumulation of value and extinction of right. The trade of technology commands different styles and content from that of tangible goods due to their unique characteristics; and accordingly, has various risk factors. In other words, technology can be traded in various ways according to commercial objectives including licensing, technical partnership, and joint investment in addition to general trading. The specific forms of technology transfer strategies depend on the purposes and situations between corporations. In case of technical trade with any form, the parties should be cautious about the following practical aspects: First, the contract should clearly define the scope and transfer method of technology. It is a very important matter how the provider of technology will provide the user of technology with abstract technology with no substantiality. Second, a monopoly on technology recognized as intellectual property rights is granted to their inventors for some periods of time, but anyone can have access to that technology after the term of existence. Thus, it is important to check the terms of existence of a patent as well as the terms of contract. Third, the user of technology should fulfill his confidentiality obligation to prevent the technology of the provider from being leaked to a third party unjustly. Fourth, the provider of technology should make a contribution to the successful implementation of the technology by the user as well as provide the licensed technology. Finally, a model contract is recommended to minimizing the legal hiatus of complex technology transfer trade when concluding a contract.
