In recent years, O2O (Online to Offline) services get a lot of attention to improve the trust in online shopping and minimize the inconvenience and the cost burden in offline shopping as the number of consumers, who do not show concern about the purchase platform like online or offline, increases. Even though the services have been getting the spotlight as a strong business platform for next generation commerce, there have been only a few studies on the O2O services. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which affect the consumer's intention to use location-based O2O services. The study is based on VAM (Value-based Adoption Model) which is able to analyze those factors from the aspects of benefit and sacrifice. We used the partial least squares (PLS) method for empirical analysis, and the result shows that contextual offers, instant connectivity, webrooming and economic efficiency, which fall under the benefit, affect perceived value positively while annoyance and face consciousness, which fall under the sacrifice, do not affect perceived value significantly. In addition, contextual offers and instant connectivity affect trust positively. Location accuracy, which falls under the benefit of location-based O2O service, do not significantly affect perceived value and trust while security risk affects trust and use intention negatively. It appears that trust affects perceived value and use intention positively.

As the living standards have been enhanced thanks to rapid to rapid economic growth following industrial progress, today the advancement of woman into specialized jobs keep expanding not only for economic purpose such as increasing family income but also due to changed perception on woman's role, i.e. self-realization. In the actual situations, however, women are generally placed in a inferior position compared with men in most jobs, despite existence of gender equality policy. Therefore, concern and study on female adaptation into job and their work attitude have become increasingly important, which can contribute to alleviating women's discontent in the work but to raising efficiency of job execution and improving work quality. In this treatise, I researched the job attitude of woman for the period of 1980 up to 2005, with interval of every 5 years. For empirical analysis, research has been done towards females teachers in elementary and middle schools as well as female works in financial institutions. Both job fields have comparatively high percentage of female employees and have less sexual discrimination. The purpose of this vertical research is (1) to find out how women workers perceive their job environment, (2) to analyze empirically the change in female job attitude and their flow of consciousness. Ultimately this treatise aimed at contributing to efficient management of female work force in our society.

The purpose of this was to identify the level of adolescent consumers' knowledge consumer attitudes and consumer needs toward market opening and to investigate the influencing variables Data have been collected through questonnaires with 929 middle school high school university students residents of Seoul The major findings are : 1) The average score of consumer knowledge about market opening was 5.26 on the scale of 1-10 2) Consumer attitudes toward market opening were some positive and differed significantly according to grade sex foreign travel experience economic status comsumer knowledge about market opening. 3) The level of consumer education needs was so high and consumer education needs differed significantly according to grade sex consumer knowledge and consumer attitudes toward market opening. 4) Adolescent consumer needs for government consumer business role were so high and the business role was considered most important.

The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of hosting mega event using the system dynamics and to establish the model for analysis of the impact of hosting mega event. The results are as follows. First, the growth of inbound tourists have influenced long term effect. Second, the export has increased for a limited period only after the hosting mega event, but the increase in export returned to the previous state in terms of economic impact of mega event. Third, nation brand has been improved for a limited period only such as the economical impact in terms of socio-cultural impact of mega event. Last, citizenship consciousness has been improved after hosting mega event. Further researches have to be carried out to modify and reinforce the model.

This paper presents the experimental results to verify the environmental consciousness with economic balances due to cutting fluid behaviors and effectiveness in machining process. The cutting fluid improves the productivity through cooling, lubricating effects, however its environmental impact also increases according to the cutting fluid usage. The primary mechanism in this study is the spin-of motion of cutting fluids away from the rotating workpiece. In this study some machining parameters are adopted to analyze the productivity as well as environmental impact. This study provides the criteria for the resonable cutting fluid usage quantitatively to develop the environmentally conscious machining process.

This paper presents the change and contents of rural community development project by literature review. And this paper analyzes the results and problems of rural village in rural community development project. The aim of this study is to suggest the improvement method of rural community development project. Based on this study, mainly three results can be drawn as follows ; first, rural community development project must establish sustainability and locality to main direction of project. Second, this project demand new system and role of local government. And the third, this project are performed by residents, and an educational program and public information to inspire participation consciousness are necessary.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of caretaking behavior for children. This study adopts the methode of Walker and Avant in analysis. Based on the results of the study, the attributes, precedents, and consequences of caretaking behavior for children are follows ; 1. The affirmative attributes of caretaking behavior are affection binding, nutritional guidance, education, caring, protection moral training and acquisition of parents' role. The negative attributes of caretaking behavior are inconsistent moral training, incapability of affection binding and overprotection. 2. The precedent of caretaking behavior are postpartum contact with their babies, cognizance capacity of child-caretaking, economic support, level of preparation for child-caretaking and self-consciousness as parents. 3. The affirmative consequences of caretaking behavior are promotion of child growth and development, formation of maternal-infantile attachment, development of children sociality, satisfaction of parental role and reinforcement of relationship between the members of family. The negative consequences of caretaking behavior are burden and conflict to parental role, children's illness, role conflict and role stress among the members of the family and family breaking up.

This study is caused by the urgent need to constantly fight against such a shameful phenomenon of society as corruption, the flourishing of which cannot be overlooked. This phenomenon has many negative manifestations and consequences, undermines the national security of the state, slows down the development of democracy, worsens the state of all spheres of life (economic, political, administrative, etc.), worsens relations with foreign partners, forms tolerance for corruption in the public consciousness. Today, the process of fighting corruption is extremely important for our country, because it depends on the independence, democracy, sustainability of Ukraine. However, there is a complex and ambiguous situation regarding this process, as there is a clear coordination of state policy in the fight against corruption, insufficient and narrow understanding of ways to combat it. There is a lack of efforts by the authorities to overcome corruption challenges and use ineffective means of combating them. Instead, corruption causes great material and moral damage to states as a whole and many of its citizens.
