Background: The leaves and roots of Panax ginseng are rich in ginsenosides. However, the chemical compositions of the leaves and roots of P. ginseng differ, resulting in different medicinal functions. In recent years, the aerial parts of members of the Panax genus have received great attention from natural product chemists as producers of bioactive ginsenosides. The aim of this study was the isolation and structural elucidation of novel, minor ginsenosides in the leaves of P. ginseng and evaluation of their antiinflammatory activity in vitro. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were applied to obtain pure individual compounds, and their structures were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance and high-resolution mass spectrometry, as well as chemical methods. The antiinflammatory effect of the new compounds was evaluated on lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Results and conclusions: Two novel, minor triterpenoid saponins, ginsenoside $LS_1$ (1) and 5,6-didehydroginsenoside $Rg_3$ (2), were isolated from the leaves of P. ginseng. The isolated compounds 1 and 2 were assayed for their inhibitory effect on nitric oxide production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells, and Compound 2 showed a significant inhibitory effect with $IC_{50}$ of $37.38{\mu}M$ compared with that of NG-monomethyl-L-arginine ($IC_{50}=90.76{\mu}M$). Moreover, Compound 2 significantly decreased secretion of cytokines such as prostaglandin $E_2$ and tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$. In addition, Compound 2 significantly suppressed protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2. These results suggested that Compound 2 could be used as a valuable candidate for medicinal use or functional food, and the mechanism is warranted for further exploration.

본 연구에서는 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템(RFID)의 외부변수인 신뢰성, 안전성, 효율성과 혁신성은 기술수용모델(TAM)인 용이성과 유용성, 지각된 가치 및 행동의도의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다. 실증분석 대상자는 서울 경기 지역에 거주하고, 백화점, 대형마트와 친환경농산물 전문매장 등등에서 친환경농산물을 구매한 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 일반 소비자를 대상으로 2012년 11월 10일부터 2012년 11월 23일까지 14일간 본 조사를 위하여 설문지 총 350부를 배포하여 결과 응답치의 편중성향이 너무 강하거나 결측 값이 발견된 일부 설문지를 제외하고, 총 305부(87.1%)의 설문자료를 최종 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 보면 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 외부변수인 신뢰성, 안전성, 효율성과 혁신성은 기술수용모형의 용이성과 유용성에 미치는 정도를 고찰하고, 기술수용모형의 용이성과 유용성, 소비자들의 지각된 가치와 행동의도와의 인과관계를 검증함으로써 향후 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템과 관련된 초기적인 연구에 이론적 토대로 활용될 가치는 충분할 것으로 판단 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 이러한 심층 분석 결과를 바탕으로 생산자가 재배하는 친환경농산물이 생산부터 소비까지 모든 과정을 알 수 있기 때문에 투명하게 농산물을 재배해서 소비자들에게 안전하게 제공할 수 있고, 사고발생시 구현한 이력관리시스템을 이용하여 신속하고, 객관적인 원인규명이 가능하고, 소비자에게 높은 신뢰성을 가진 친환경농산물 이력정보를 제공함으로써 긍정적인 태도를 유도 할 수 있으며, 소비자들에게는 알 권리와 선택권 보장 및 부적합한 친환경농산물에 대한 리콜 등 체계적 관리를 통하여 안전한 친환경농산물을 제공받을 수 있다.

이 글은 최근 혁신정책과 환경정책의 영역 확장과 중첩으로 관심이 높아지고 있는 환경친화적 혁신정책을 시스템 전환과 정책통합의 관점에서 살펴본다. 그 구체적인 사례로 핀란드의 환경정책과 혁신정책 통합 노력을 전략수립, 집행, 평가 단계로 나누어 분석하였다. 핀란드 사례와 비교를 통해 우리나라 환경-혁신 정책통합의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 향후 정책통합을 효과적으로 추진하기 위한 정책 시사점을 도출하였다. 사례 연구 결과 핀란드는 지속가능한 발전과 친환경 혁신이라는 포괄적인 혁신정책 의제를 제시하면서 환경정책과 혁신정책의 통합을 시도하였다. 핀란드에서 환경-혁신정책 간의 수평적인 연계 노력은 정책수단을 설계하고 집행하는 단계에서 더욱 분명하게 나타난다. 핀란드는 정책집행 수준에서 환경정책과 혁신정책의 통합을 시도하면서 환경 목표를 기술프로그램에 포함하였으며, 특정 프로그램에서는 환경기술 산업을 위한 구체적인 설계까지 이루어졌다. 또한 작고 안정적인 비공식적 네트워크를 통해 환경정책과 혁신정책의 정보 교환과 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지면서 이것이 사회적 학습과 피드백으로 이어지고 있다. 평가의 전통 관행이 정책 영역 전반에 걸쳐 있으며, 환경-혁신정책 통합에 대한 성과 평가도 다소 일시적이지만 시도하고 있다. 이때 성과 평가는 경제적 성장보다는 생태효율성이라는 환경 영향을 평가하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 최근 우리나라에서도 환경, 자원 에너지 등에 관한 논의가 활발해지면서 이에 대한 적극적인 정책적 노력을 시도하고 있다. 이에 따라 환경 목표가 경제, 혁신 정책과 통합되고 이들 정책과 균형을 이뤄야 한다는 논의가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 향후 보다 실효성있는 정책통합이 이루어지기 위해서는 정책 설계 및 집행, 그리고 평가가 일련의 주기로 진행되어야 한다. 무엇보다도 정책 수단을 설계하고 집행하는 단계에서 정책 간 수평적 연계와 통합을 강화할 수 있는 실질적인 정책 수단 개발이 뒤따라야 한다.

The Sembilan Archipelago is famous for its great biodiversity, in which the humphead wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus) (locally named Napoleon fish) is the primary commodity (economically important), and currently, the environmental degradation occurs due to anthropogenic activities. This study aimed to examine the eco-environmental parameters and assess their influence on the abundance of humphead wrasse and other coral reef fish compositions in the Sembilan Archipelago. Direct field monitoring was performed using a visual census throughout an approximately one km transect. Coral cover data collection and assessment were also carried out. A coastal water quality index (CWQI) was used to assess the water quality status. Furthermore, statistical-based analyses [hierarchical clustering, Pearson's correlation, principal component analysis (PCA), and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA)] were performed to examine the correlation between eco-environmental parameters. The Napoleon fish was only found at stations 1 and 2, with a density of about 3.8 Ind/ha, aligning with the dominant composition of the family Serranidae (covering more than 15% of the total community) and coinciding with the higher coral mortality and lower reef fish abundance. The coral reef conditions were generally ideal for supporting marine life, with a living coral percentage of about > 50% in all stations. Based on CWQI, the study area is categorized as good and excellent water quality. Of the 60 parameter values examined, the phytoplankton abundance, Napoleon fish, and temperature are highly correlated, with a correlation coefficient value greater than 0.7, and statistically significant (F < 0.05). Although the adaptation of reef fish to water quality parameters varies greatly, the most influential parameters in shaping their composition in the study area are living corals, nitrites, ammonia, larval abundance, and temperature.

New and renewable energy has attracted a significant attention since the Paris Agreement in 2015. Especially hydrogen energy is important for reducing greenhouse gas produced during transportation. The new government suggested that the eco-friendly vehicles, hydrogen infrastructure and the development of new and renewable energy are the major growth engines in the future. Hydrogen energy is also concerned as the main part of our economy in the national affairs. In the policy of Mission Innovation Strategy and the third Eco-Friendly Vehicle Master Plan, government presents the status, future direction, technical road map and distribution road map of hydrogen energy. With this trend, investments in the research and development on hydrogen and fuel cells have expanded and will continue to expand for the implementation of the policy. The cost reduction, technical innovation and the increase in the localization rate are required for the new and renewable energy, including hydrogen energy, to become the future growth engine.

본 연구의 목적은 미래의 가장 중요한 소비자계층으로 부상할 대학생을 대상으로 오가닉 의류제품의 구매경험과 라이프스타일에 따른 오가닉 의류제품 구매의도를 파악하고자 하였다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 인구통계적 특성에 따른 오가닉 의류제품 구매경험의 차이에서는 거주지역을 제외하고 성별, 연령, 관련전공, 용돈, 수입에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조사대상자인 대학생을 대상으로 라이프스타일 요인구조분석을 하였는데 "웰빙지향", "변화추구", "친환경주의", "유행혁신", "보수안전"의 가치관으로 나뉘어졌다. 셋째, 오가닉 의류제품의 "구매경험" 및 "비구매경험"에 따라 라이프스타일 특성의 하위 차원인 "웰빙지향", "변화추구", "친환경주의", "유행혁신", "보수안전"에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였는데 "웰빙지향", "변화추구형", "친환경주의", "유행혁신"은 오가닉 의류제품의 구매경험집단이 비구매 경험집단보다 높게 나타났으며 모든 하위요인 집단들인 "웰빙지향", "변화추구", "친환경주의", "유행혁신", "보수안전"이 오가닉 의류제품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 알 수 있다.

We review and report our analytical results in the technology front of optical industry in Japan as optical $recording^{1)}$, semiconductor $stepper^{2)}$, fiber communication, digital $camera^{4)}$ and $OCT^{5)}$ which are contributing to the improvement of people's higher quality of life and to the industrial economical growth from the aspects of the University, Industry and Government collaborations including international comparison to enhance the progress of sustainable global photonic innovation eco-systems. In the following part, some statistics of remarkable economical growth in east Asia and the global warming issue will be mentioned.

Corporate association-which refers to consumers' beliefs, knowledge, perceptions, and evaluations of a corporation -can affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Corporate association consists of corporate ability association and corporate social responsibility association. Corporate ability association refers to a company's product quality, corporate innovation, productivity, consumer orientation, and after service. Corporate social responsibility association, which refers to the social perspective a company has of its responsibility to society, can affect corporate image and consumers' purchasing intentions. Eco-labeling for protecting and sustaining the environment is one of the important green marketing strategies in the fashion business that can influence corporate association and consumers' purchasing intentions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of consumers' eco-label recognition on their corporate association and intentions to purchase eco-friendly fashion products. Questionnaires were distributed to consumers. The 263 usable questionnaires that were returned were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, regression analysis, and t-test. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of eco-label recognition on corporate association (ability association and social responsibility association). Eco-label recognition and corporate association were found to significantly affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Regarding the eco-friendly fashion product buying experience, there was no significant difference on corporate association and buying intention, but there was significant difference on eco-label recognition.

본 연구에서는 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 속성인 신뢰성, 안전성, 혁신성은 지각된 가치에 지각된 가치는 행동의도의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다. 실증분석 대상자는 서울 경기 지역에 거주하고, 백화점, 대형마트와 친환경농산물 전문매장 등등에서 친환경농산물을 구매한 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 일반 소비자를 대상으로 2013년 4월 10일부터 2013년 5월 9일까지 30일간 본 조사를 위하여 설문지 총 550부를 배포하여 결과 응답치의 편중성향이 너무 강하거나 결측 값이 발견된 일부 설문지를 제외하고, 총 470부(85.5%)의 설문자료를 최종 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 보면 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 속성인 신뢰성, 안전성, 혁신성은 직접적으로 소비자들의 지각된 가치 및 행동의도와의 인과관계를 검증함으로써 향후 이론적 토대로 활용될 가치는 충분할 것으로 판단 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 이러한 심층 분석 결과를 바탕으로 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 사용자는 소비자이기 때문에 생산자는 생산이력정보를 정확히 기록하여 소비자에게 정보를 제공해야만 소비자는 신뢰하여 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템을 지속적으로 이용할 것이다. 이력추적시스템은 투명한 친환경농산물의 재배, 관리체계를 통해 소비자를 만족시키고, 향후 이력추적시스템은 더욱 확대되어 우리가 먹는 모든 농산물들을 아무 걱정 없이 먹을 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
