DME 커먼레일 차량의 윤활향상제에 관한 연구 (A Study on Lubricant additive of DME Common-rail Vehicle)

  • The next generation alternative fuel of diesel, DME (Dimethyl Ether) discharges particulate matter hardly due to chemical structural as oxygen-fuel so it has the eco-friendly property. Despite these advantages, the DME has the technical difficulties to apply to the diesel engine because of a low calorific value, viscosity and compressibility effects. From this point of view, we performed experimental studies on improved reliability of DME common-rail vehicle and lubricity enhancement of DME fuel for empirical distribution of eco-friendly DME fuel. Also we analyzed solubility of lubrication enhancer according to a drop in temperature, try to secure reliability about core parts of DME vehicle by applying lubrication enhancer in the DME common-rail vehicle.

4차 산업혁명시대의 한국 녹색 물류 활성화 정책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Korea's Green Logistics Activation Policy in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of the green logistics of Korean companies by presenting the current status and problems of Korean logistics as influenced by government policies. This paper analyzes green logistics from a legal and institutional perspective. Analysis focuses on low-carbon green growth measures and government policy, especially for CO2 reduction. It considers how policies can be enacted to promote green logistics. This study reports several findings on green logistics in Korea. First, it reports the theoretical considerations of the Republic's green logistics. Second, the study details the current status and problems of green logistics. Third, it considers ways to implement a green economy, green technology, and green transportation, while also considering arguments for avoiding these eco-friendly solutions. Fourth, it argues that revitalization measures are needed to establish an advanced logistics system for eco-friendly green logistics facilities. To achieve this revitalization, Korean logistics should be competitive in the global logistics market. This study may contribute to the expansion of the industrial cooperation of Korean logistics companies by presenting necessary review tasks for governmental green logistics policies, although the issue has long been important to Korean logistics.

Development of the Multi-mobility Sharing Service Management System - A Case Study of Kashiwa City, Japan -

  • 기존 카쉐어링 시스템은 원웨이 트립 수요에 대한 대응과 타 쉐어링 시스템과의 연계가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원웨이와 라운드웨이 트립에 대응이 가능하며, 자동차(전기/가솔린), 전기오토바이, 자전거 등의 다양한 교통수단을 공유할 수 있는 멀티모빌리티 쉐어링 서비스 메니지먼트 시스템을 개발하여 일본 치바현 카시와시 카시와노하지역과 나가레야마시에 모의실험을 실시하였다. 모의실험 결과, 이 시스템을 통해 전체 자동차 트립 중 54.9%의 원웨이 트립 수요가 충족되었으며, 전체 이용자 중 43.9%가 공통 인터페이스를 통해 복수의 교통수단을 이용한 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 차량의 공동이용과 친환경 차량 이용을 통해 이산화탄소 배출량도 삭감에도 공헌하였다. 개발된 쉐어링 시스템은 기존 카쉐어링 시스템 보다 다양한 교통수요에 대응하면서 이동성을 향상 시킬 것으로 기대된다.

택지개발지구 특성에 따른 거주자의 생활권 내 근린환경만족도 및 개선우선지수 - 청주권 3개 택지개발지구를 중심으로 - (Satisfaction Level & Improvement Priority of Community Environment According to the Development Concepts of Residential Complexes - The Case of The 3 Residential Complexes in Cheongju Area -)

  • This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' satisfaction level & demand of community environment and recognized residents' improvement priority of community environment at 3 complexes at the big city in the provinces. The 3 residential complexes had differentiated developmental concepts; the residence-oriented complex, the residence-government mixed complex with an eco-friendly concept, and the outskirt residence-industry mixed complex. Followings are the results of the study. 1) The satisfaction of residents in the community environment correlates with the increasing convenience facilities after construction. In the new outskirt complexes of smaller cities, dissatisfaction occurs more with public transportation rather than the road system, so that efficient public transportation systems, inner and neighboring areas, is requisite. 2) Even in the residence-oriented complex, the education environment does not entirely account for satisfaction level; the green environment is also second in priority after the education environment. In the residence-government mixed complex with an eco-friendly concept, a good natural environment does not entirely account for satisfaction level; education environment is also second in priority after the natural environment. The supply of sufficient schools may be fulfilled in the ways of reform of the education zone with neighboring existing residential areas. In the outskirt residence-industry mixed complex of smaller cities, priority was placed more on the location and convenience; this explains the complex's poor access to downtown.

산업부산물들 혼입에 의한 친환경 초고성능 콘크리트의 유동화제 사용량 감소 (Reduction of Superplasticizer Dosage in Eco-friendly Ultra-high Performance Concrete by Adopting Industrial by-Products)

  • 산업부산물을 사용한 친환경 초고성능 콘크리트(Ultra-high performance concrete, UHPC)의 시공성 확보를 위해 요구되는 초유동화제의 적정 혼입량을 검토하였다. UHPC에 적용한 산업부산물은 고로슬래그 미분말, 화력발전소 바텀애시, 급랭 슬래그였다. 일반적인 UHPC에 사용되던 기존 재료를 산업부산물로 부분 혹은 전량 치환한 배합에, 다양한 초유동화제 혼입량을 적용하였다. 부산물 사용에 의해 UHPC의 유동성이 개선되었으며, 이 때 초유동화제 혼입량을 감소시킨 경우에도 유동성 및 압축강도의 저하는 발견되지 않았다. 부산물 사용 및 초유동화제 혼입량 감소로 인해 UHPC의 재료 가격이 감소함을 확인하였다.

지구환경보전을 위한 도시설계의 전개에 관한 연구 -건축가 피터 칼솝프의 어바니즘을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Urban Design and Preservation of the Earth Environment -Focused on Peter Calthorpe's Urbanism-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and to grasp Peter Calthorpe's urbanism through the process that is compared with various developments of urban design field for the preservation of global environment. From this study, Peter Calthorpe's urbanism for global environment is comprehended according to design stages. As a design goal, He seeks a green urbanism that puts emphasis on land use and transportation. As a urban planning, he devises urban footprint for the tool of evaluation and urban planning, and proposes five place types toward mixed-use development, and advocates Transect for eco-friendly land use. As a urban design, he devises urban network model for transportation network based on accessibility, and devises TOD and TOC model for preventing urban sprawl and mitigating carbon emissions, and advocates TND model for pedestrian-friendly space and community life. He makes importance of urban design. Because he thinks that integrative solution is required to global environment and urban design of integrative characteristic is suitable to preserve global environment. The results of this study are summarized as the followings: First, type classification of urbanism for the preservation of global environment and grasping purposes, methods, characteristics according to the types. Second, grasping characteristics and location of Peter Calthorpe's urbanism as a green urbanism. Third, proposing the direction of improvement for our urban planning and design.

재생 PET섬유가 혼입된 황토 콘크리트 보의 휨 거동 (Flexural Behavior of Hwangtoh Concrete Beams with Recycled PET Fiber)

  • 환경문제에 대한 높은 관심으로 친환경 콘크리트의 개발을 위해 많은 연구가 수행되어지고 있으며, 특히 콘크리트 배합 시 시멘트 사용량을 줄이기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 시멘트 사용량을 줄이기 위한 방법으로 고로슬래그, 플라이애쉬, 메타카올린 등 포졸란반응재료들이 혼화재료로 많이 사용되고 있다. 우리나라 전역에 널리 매장되어 있는 황토는 친환경 재료로서 황토를 활성화시킨 활성황토는 포졸란반응을 하는 메타카올린계의 일종으로 콘크리트의 혼화재료로 활용성이 증가하고 있다. 또한 재생 PET섬유는 폐 PET병을 재활용하여 만든 친환경재료로서 콘크리트에 혼입되어 미세균열을 제어하는 역할을 한다. 하지만 보강섬유를 혼입한 콘크리트에 대한 연구는 아직도 미비한 실정이고 활성황토를 혼화재로 사용한 철근 황토 콘크리트의 경우 활성황토 혼화재의 포졸란반응과 보강섬유의 보강 효과가 복합적으로 나타날 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 에너지 절약 차원에서의 친환경 재료인 활성황토와 재생 PET 섬유를 혼입한 철근콘크리트 보의 거동 특성을 확인하기 위하여 재생 PET섬유를 혼입한 철근 황토콘크리트 보 시험체를 제작하여 휨 거동을 수행하였다.

성남~여주 복선전철 부발차량기지 배선 효율성 검증 (Verification Efficiency the Trian Depot)

  • Recently the train indusrty come to the fore because of Punctual, eco-friendly transportation system and becoming the main transportation. The construction plans for the trian depot for train's maintenance and storage increase constantly. For past few years, there were many construction plans, Bubal train depot, Gwangju train depot, Duckha train depot. Proper track distribution plan is important to carry out the design of railway depot for efficient maintenance operation and train storage. Through the proper design of track distribution plan, we can shorten the moving time, train movement distance, waiting time in train depot. In this paper, the verification of the track distribution plan's efficiency and appropriateness for railway depot as Bubal train depot's plan is studied and analyzed with the train depot management simulation program-Posrail(v1.0).

대중교통 연계를 고려한 도심형 접이식 자전거 개발 (Development of an Urban Folding Bike for Public Transportation)

  • The bicycle is one of the most important eco-friendly transport methods which can mitigate global warming. The portability of a bike on public transportation systems is essential for the wide spread use of bicycles by people in urban environments. In this study, a lightweight urban folding bike was developed with careful consideration of the association with public transport. A folding frame using a moving slide link mechanism made from AL6061 is proposed. Numerical analysis was conducted to evaluate structural safety of the bike in both vertical and pedal loading tests. The proposed urban folding bicycle weights only 10kg and summation of its width, length, and height in the folded configuration is under 158cm.

  • There have been worldwide efforts to develop environmental-friendly transportation systems, which aim to solve the environmental issues such as pollution with the traffic congestion in downtown. For some developed countries, environmental indicators to estimate their environmental performances as well as eco-design technologies in the field of transportation have been already secured. In Korea, however, relatively fundamental studies which are insufficient to calculate quantitatively the environmental impacts have been performed. In this study, the life cycle assessment was introduced as one of methodologies to evaluate environmental performance and reduce environmental impacts of a bimodal tram system throughout its entire life cycle, including design, manufacture, operation and disuse steps.
