  • Space transformation of hospital architecture happens more rapidly than other types such as school and office buildings. This requirement is caused by medical demand, service transformation, technical development and equipment changes. Grand scale extension and rapid change in hospital architecture affects whole planning; therefore, it is important to design in the macro perspective such like Life Cycle. Grand scale extension is difficult process to rebuild growth and transfer of hospital architecture and to adapt to the future change. That's why simple planning gives limits to some departments in a short-term and brings another reform such as more extension or interior renovation in a long-term. This study surveys various space transformation and grand scale extension of EB hospital extended recently, and it is to find planning condition in extension.

  • Let (A, M) ⊂ (B, N) be commutative quasi-local rings. We consider the property that there exists a ring D such that A ⊆ D ⊂ B and the extension D ⊂ B is inert. Examples show that the number of such D may be any non-negative integer or infinite. The existence of such D does not imply M ⊆ N. Suppose henceforth that M ⊆ N. If the field extension A/M ⊆ B/N is algebraic, the existence of such D does not imply that B is integral over A (except when B has Krull dimension 0). If A/M ⊆ B/N is a minimal field extension, there exists a unique such D, necessarily given by D = A + N (but it need not be the case that N = MB). The converse fails, even if M = N and B/M is a finite field.

  • Despite salary is one of the important factors affecting the morale, most of agricultural extension officials are not satisfied with salary system for their roles in Korea In these conditions, it is impossible to develop the extension services in Korea. It is necessary to improve salary system by upgrading to the level of salary for research officials or converting to the salary system for education officials such as professor, high school teach. The other alternative is to improve by reforming based on the tenure.

  • The objectives of this study is to explore the cooperative directions of extension services between Rural Development Administration and National Agricultural Cooperative Federation. Both organizations should share their extension roles and functions in order to increase the effectiveness and adaptability of their services, and activity. It is desirable that the R.D.A. takes responsibility for technological of the services and the N.A.C.F. takes responsibility for management aspects.
