In this paper, under some suitable integrability and smoothness conditions on f, we establish the central limit theorems for $$\sum_{k{\leq}N}k^{-1}f(S_k/{\sigma}\sqrt{k})$$, where $S_k$ is the partial sums of strictly stationary mixing random variables with $EX_1=0$ and ${\sigma}^2=EX^2_1+2\sum_{k=1}^{\infty}EX_1X_{1+k}$. We also establish an almost sure limit behaviors of the above sums.

본 논문에서는 암호화 시스템상에서 일반직으로 사용이 되는 EX-OR(Exclusive-OR) 방법을 광학 소자인 상용 LCTV(Liquid Crystal Television)를 이용, 2차원적으로 구현하는 방법에 대하여 설명하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 상용 LCTV의 인가 전압에 따라 가변되는 편광특성을 이용 편광 인코딩 방법으로 광학적 EX-OR를 수행하게 하였으며, 기존의 1차원적인 EX-OR를 2차원적으로 가능하게 하였다. 제안된 시스템은 2차원 데이타를 처리가 가능함으로 지문 인식이나 화상 인식을 통한 보안 시스템 구성 등에 그 응용이 가능하겠다.

In search for plant-derived cytotoxic compounds, it was found that the MeOH extracts obtained from Amanita pantherina(DC. ex Fr.) Krombh exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against human tumor cell line. The classical fractionation on the basis of the inhibitory activity upon the growth human tumor cell line. in vitro, and repeated column chromatography afforded several cytotoxic compounds from Amanita pantherina (DC, ex Fr.) Ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) is a technique that enables active metabolism of the lung by creating an environment similar to that inside the body, even though the explanted lungs are outside the body. The EVLP system enables the use of lung grafts that do not satisfy the acceptance criteria for lung transplantation (LTx) by making it possible to evaluate the function of the lung grafts and repair lungs in poor condition, thereby reducing the waiting time of patients requiring LTx and consequently mortality.

We present the result of radial velocity observation of a W UMa type binary star EX Leo. We observed the star on February 16, 2003, using Long-Slit spectrograph of BOAO(Bohyunsan Optical Astronomical Observatory). Since the spectral lines are broad due to its fast rotation, it is difficult to distinguish two radial velocities from cross correlation function. Instead of cross correlation function, we used broadening function to develop our own code which estimate the radial velocity of the broadened line spectra. With our own code, radial velocities of primary and secondary stars are derived simultaneously. From the radial velocity curve fit, we obtained $K_1=50.24{\pm}8.29km/s$ and $K_2=254.05{\pm}20.984km/s$ respectively.

A study on the effects of the root components of Angelica koreana Max. on voluntary activity in mice has confirmed that: 1. MeOH soluble Ex., MeOH insoluble Ex., oxypucedanine and isoimperatorin were antagonized against the voluntary activity in mice pretreated with a dose of C.N.B. 30mg/kg. 2. MeOH insoluble Ex. showed higher depressant effect than MeOH soluble Ex.. 3. the depressant activity of oxypucedanine was significantly more effective than that of isoimperatorin.

To promote the inclusion of end-to-end congestion control in the design of future protocols using best-effort traffic, we propose a router mechanism, Extended FRED(ex-FRED). In this paper, we catagorize the TCP controlled traffics into robust and fragile traffic and discuss several unfairness conditions between them caused by the diverse applications. For example, fragile traffic from bursty application cannot use its fair share due to their slow adaptation. Ex-FRED modifies the FRED(Fair Random Early Drop), which can show wrong information due to the narrow view of actual buffer. Therefore, Ex-FRED uses per-flow accounting in larger virtual buffer to impose an each flow a loss rate that depends on the virtual buffer use of a flow. The simulation results show that Ex-FRED uses fair share and has good throughput.
