For any particular development project or environmental regulations, decision-making criteria is required and conflicts among criteria should be resolved. It is necessary to investigate criteria that government agencies employ in making decisions that influence the environment. The evaluation of alternative development proposals and regulatory measures involves much more than environmental issues. Economic, technical, and social factors should be considered along with environmental impacts when making evaluations. Evaluation should be based on values of all individuals who may be affected by public or private decisions. There are many evaluation methods for determining how individuals and groups value alternative public actions. Numerous weighting-scaling methodologies can be used in such evaluations. These methodologies represent adaptations of multiple-criteria or multiple-attribute decision-making techniques. Environmental risk assessment which accounts for uncertainties in choosing among alternative policies and projects is increasingly used.

본 연구는 도서관과 정보(情報)센터에서 CD-ROM 제품을 수집하는 데 필요한 평가기준을 종합적으로 고찰한 것이다. 번 연구에서는 지금까지 많은 연구에서 논의된 CD-ROM 제품 평가 기준을 관리적인 면과 기술적인 면으로 구분하였고, 기술적인 면에서는 탐색(探索) 소프트웨어와 이용자 인터페이스 범주로 세분하여 각각의 기준들을 살펴보았다. 부록(附錄)으로 CD-ROM 제품 평가에 필요한 기본적인 체크리스트를 제시하였다.

정보보호 기술의 운용에 있어서 기반기술로 작용하는 PKI 시스템의 신뢰성 확보를 위해서는 PKI 시스템에 대한평가가 반드시 필요하나, 국제적으로 아직까지 체계적인 평가 및 인증체계가 갖춰지지 않은 것이 사실이다. 국내의 경우에도 침입차단시스템과 침입탐지시스템에 대한 평가 및 인증은 이루어지고 있으나, PKI 시스템 평가에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 국내 PKI 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 PKI 시스템 평가기준을 제안하고자 한다. 평가기준은 최근 정보보호 시스템 평가에 있어서 국제적인 조류에 맞춰 국제 공통 평가기준(CC)와 호환가능성을 고려하고, 현재 진행되고 있는 국내 평가제도를 고려하여 작성하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 발명교육을 운영하는 다양한 교육기관에서 발명교육 프로그램을 설계하고 준비할 때 활용할 수 있는 기초적 평가준거를 제시하여 발명교육의 효과와 효율성을 높이기 위함이다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명교육 프로그램의 단계는 '계획(Planning), 준비(Preparation), 과정(Process), 산출(Product)'의 4단계로 '4P 단계'로 명명하였다. 둘째, 발명교육 프로그램의 계획 단계 평가 영역은 '목표 설정, 요구 분석', 교육과정 설계'이다. 준비 단계 평가 영역은 '발명교육 프로그램 개발, 인적 자원 확보, 물적 자원 확보'이다. 과정 단계 평가 영역은 '프로그램 운영, 프로그램 관리, 학습자 관리'이다. 산출 단계 평가 영역은 '교육 실적, 성취 결과, 교육 평가'이다. 이상의 발명교육 프로그램 평가준거는 발명교육 프로그램의 질을 제고하고 관리할 수 있는 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 다양한 발명교육 기관에서의 환류와 관계 전문가들의 타당화 과정을 통한 조정과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 발명교육 프로그램의 평가준거를 개발하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

With the development of information technology, more and more internet sites are available to consumers. Increasing on the interests of diet and health in modem society, there are numerous internet sites dealing with food, nutrition and health. Considering the importance and expected roles of internet sites in information dissemination in the future world, it is important to put more efforts to encourage internet sites with more accurate an useful information. Up to present, not much work has been done on quality analysis and evaluation of the internet information. This study aimed to develop a model to evaluate and rank the internet information according to its quality so that consumers can be guided toward correct information source. Three models were adapted from the literature for pilot study to develop a model suitable for evaluation of contents of sites related to food and nutrition information. From the pilot study, a evaluation model was developed with criteria more relevant to Korean internet site by expert panel. Evaluation criteria of the model is authority, accuracy, objectivity, coverage, and user-friendliness. For the objective and systematic evaluation, scores were assigned totaling maximum 100 point to each evaluation criteria factors. The model developed in this study could be used as one for other internet sites in area other than food and nutrition.

In this study, the axiomatic design(AD) method is applied to construct the hierarchical structure of evaluation criteria and the AHP method is used to calculate the weights of criteria in order to develop the proposal evaluation index for the overseas weapon system purchasing projects. The common evaluation items as main categories are selected through the review of evaluation criteria from the previous works and projects, relevant regulations and defense policy, and the design matrix using fuzzy concept is established and evaluated by the expert group in each design phase to determine the independency, that is the satisfaction of decoupled or uncoupled design, for each criteria in the same hierarchy when they are derived from the main categories. The establishment of decoupled or uncoupled design matrix provides mutually exclusiveness of how small number of DPs can be accounted for FRs within the same hierarchy. The proposal evaluation index developed in this study will be used as a general proposal evaluation index for the overseas weapon system purchasing projects which there are no systematically established evaluation tools.

The aim of this study is to propose the criteria for a evaluation model of the lifetime household work and organize the model. The results were as follows: Three criteria for a evaluation model of the life-time household work were proposed. $\circled1$ An appropriate framework of the evaluation model should be based on the transition of the family life. $\circled2$ The model should include major variables influencing the value of household work of homemaker. $\circled3$ The model should be flexible enough to accommodate various evaluation methods, and should reflect idiosyncracies of different evaluation methods. In view of the criteria stated above, the present study is based on the family life cycle framework. And the age of the last offspring exhibits a consistent major influence in the evaluation based on the household work hours, while the education level of homemakers shows a consistent major influence in the evaluation based on household worker. So as to reflect these two major variables in the family life cycle framework.

This paper deals with the performance evaluation of Barlat's and BBC yield criteria by the directional variation prediction of the yield stresses and the R-values. for the evaluation of yield criteria, three kinds of Aluminum alloys and two kinds of steels were selected and their material properties are from Stoughton and Yoon's work. The experimental data required for the parameter evaluation included the uniaxial yield stresses and R-values (width-to-thickness strain ratio in uniaxial tension) measured in rolling direction, diaganol direction and the transverse direction, the equibiaxial yield stress and the R-value of equibiaxial tension. The optimization method, the Downhill Simplex method, was selected for the coefficient identification of Barlat91, Barlat97 and Barlat2000 yield criteria. Yield surface shapes, yield stress and R-value directionalities of Barlat's and BBC yield criteria were investigated and compared with the experimental data. Barlat2000 and BBC yield criteria were extremely qualified for the shape of the yield surface and the directionality of the yield stresses and the R-values.

연구목적: 본 연구는 교내에서 실시하는 임상실습의 효율적인 운영을 위한 운영관리 평가기준을 개발하고 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 평가기준 초안은 CIPP 프로그램 평가모형을 기반으로 도출하였으며, 내용의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 5년 이상 임상실습 교육을 담당했던 치위생과 교수 및 임상현장 치과위생사 30명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 실기교육을 담당하는 교수 및 임상현장 치과위생사 252명을 대상으로 본 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 7개 요인으로 총 36문항을 확인하였으며 최종 평가 기준의 내적 일관성을 확인한 결과 내적 적합도는 0.914였다. 결론: 이상의 결과에 따라 교내 임상실습의 운영 및 관리를 평가하기 위한 평가기준의 타당성과 신뢰성이 적절함을 확인하였으며, 향후 이에 관련된 후속 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 스마트카드 소자에 대한 부채널공격(side-channel attack)기법을 분석하며, 또한 부채널관련 스마트카드 안전성 평가기준을 제안한다. 부채널공격관련 스마트카드 안전성 평가기준을 설정하기 위하여 유사 암호 알고리듬, 암호 모듈, 그리고 국제공통 평가기준(CC)에 따른 스마트카드 보호 프로파일을 분석한다. 그리고 스마트카드 제품 평가시에 적용될 수 있는 보호 프로파일 수준의 부채널공격관련 안전성 평가기준을 제안한다. 제안된 평가기준은 정보보호 기술과 연관된 암호 시스템을 평가하는데 유용하며, 또한 스마트카드 보호 프로파일 개발에 적용될 수 있다.
