Purpose of the Study : This research aims to examine the core values of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) from a Christian perspective and explore the direction of Christian education that fosters character traits such as service, compassion, responsibility, and sharing through the process of design thinking. Content and Method of the Study : By investigating the background and definition of ESG, ESG practices in businesses, and the current status and values of ESG education in universities, this study examined the core values of ESG from a Christian perspective. Subsequently, the study explored and proposed directions for applying ESG education methods infused with character traits such as service, compassion, responsibility, and sharing through the process of design thinking. Conclusion and Recommendations : Through this study, the core values of ESG have been derived as elements from a Christian perspective, and exploration has been made on how to integrate them into the design thinking process. Consequently, this study has identified the potential to integrate ESG into the design thinking process with a focus on elements from the perspective of Christian education. This could serve as foundational material for education seeking to apply ESG through the integration of design thinking, and it is hoped that it will be helpful as a basis for further research. Subsequent studies should aim to construct a more systematic framework for the direction proposed in this study through expert reviews.

Unlike previous studies that have looked at ESG management and ESG performance from a consumer perspective, this study aims to examine the relationship between attitudes toward ESG and ESG performance perception from the perspective of internal customers who are members of the organization. To this end, the impact of internal members' perceptions of the importance of each ESG area on the organization's ESG management necessity and performance perception was summarized into three research questions and the impact was identified using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, internal customers highly recognized the organization's ESG management needs when they recognized the E (environmental) and G (governance) areas as important, but there was no significant relationship with the ESG management needs in the S (social) area (Research Question 1). In addition, the relationship between the perception of importance in each ESG area and the organization's ESG management needs was found to be little different depending on internal customers' interest in ESG, the degree of ESG knowledge, and age (Research Question 2). Finally, it was found that internal customers who highly perceive the organization's ESG management needs were also positively aware of the organization's ESG performance level.

ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) is becoming the core of the interest of today's entrepreneurs concerning about the earth crisis. Numerous studies are going on these days about the importance of ESG, but most of them seem confined to the introductory level. This study concentrates on "ESG education" that will teach the learners how to put various ESG ideas into practice, knowing that the earth crisis would not be overcome without actual practice of those ideas. First, elementary and junior·senior high school, professors in university and educational consultants in the field designed educational programs and related content materials under "ESG entrepreneurship education" integrated with ESG and Entrepreneurship education, which have been implemented previously. Participatory learning methods are converged with the program. The researcher analyzed the learning effects in depth after implementing the programs in the education field. Thus, this study first examined the effects of key variables of ESG educational program i.e., ESG entrepreneurship education, student participatory learning, and team-based learning on creative problem-solving and social value recognition with an essential variant of ESG educational programs and identified the relations to creative problem-solving and social value recognition. Besides, this study investigated the moderating effects of school atmosphere, and teachers' enthusiasm, regarding traits of educational programs and social value recognition. Findings indicate that sub variants of the traits of educational programs i.e., ESG entrepreneurship education, student participatory learning, and team-based learning significantly affect creative problem-solving skills and social value recognition and that creative problem-solving impacts social value recognition. In addition, teachers' enthusiasm has moderating effects between traits of educational programs and social value recognition. This study provides content-program learning methods that can be practically applied in education, emphasizing practice in ESG in elementary and junior·senior high school education. Implications suggest that ESG entrepreneurship education and active participatory learning affect social value recognition and that teachers' enthusiasm plays a significant role in education.

Recently, in terms of the future education, the need of the software education according to the 4th industrial revolution and the need of the ESG(environmental, social and governance) education according to social requests for sustainability are increasing at the same time. There may be a number of ways to satisfy the needs at the same time. In this paper, as an effort for meaningful implementation of the future education, a case study on the ESG engineering education based on the software education for community youth was analyzed and a future development direction was suggested. This ESG engineering education deals with the development and application of the program considering terms of target, method and implementation in order to enhance its systematicity and using physical computing and upcycling methods and a collaborative education support system. To verify the education program, a survey is performed and analyzed. Through this, the basis of an software education-based ESG engineering education model was established.

본 논문에서는 SK텔레콤에서 진행하는 디지털 선도기업 아카데미 FLYAI의 교육과정을 설계하고 개발한다. 이 교육과정은 Project Based Learning(272시간)과 Product Based Learning(128시간)으로 구성하여 총 400시간을 교육하도록 설계한다. 특히 Product Based Learning의 AI-Hackathon(80시간)에서는 SK텔레콤 각 부서에서 제안하는 제픔을 기획하고 개발하는 과정으로 SK텔레콤 AI 개발자들이 멘토로 참여함으로써 기업 현장의 경험을 체험할 수 있도록 개발한다.

본 논문에서는 대학의 지속 가능 경영을 위한 ESG 지수 측정 도구를 제안한다. ESG는 기업의 가치를 평가하고 투자 의사를 결정하는 중요한 요소로 자리매김하고 있다. 그러나 대학의 ESG 경영에 대한 연구는 현재까지 매우 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대학의 지속 가능 경영을 위한 ESG 지수 측정 도구를 개발하고 샘플 데이터를 이용한 활용 예시를 제안하였다.

Human Human species run into a blind alley due to abnormal weather and climates everywhere in global village. Human beings are helpless against the nature and might begin to learn humbleness just now. However, humans cannot attribute current abnormal weather and climates to only natural phenomenon because we have never been affectionate to global environments sufficiently up to now that results in running into this blind alley. At this point, the only thing that humans can do is to love and care for the earth more. ESG is an emerging topic to cope with this issue and practice of ESG will be the pending mission for the next generation. In this research, 'active participatory learning program for ESG practice' is designed by 'connecting ESG with Entrepreneurship' through over 20 years of experienced current teachers in elementary and junior·senior high school, professors in university and field experts in education. Analysis of learning effectiveness before and after the implementation of education program showed meaningful result in elementary and junior·senior high school. Thus, I would like to suggest a proposal based on concerns about 'What should we do to overcome the global crisis?" by paying attention to ESG from elementary school.

In a situation where the necessity and importance of ESG management is increasing recently, it is judged that selecting important ESG-related variables for container terminals, which are the bases of export and import logistics, among various variables of ESG evaluation agencies will help to establish ESG management strategies for container terminals which led us to proceed with this study. The results of word network analysis are summarized as follows. The weighed degree, that is, the AWD of Environmental management(E) variables, is obtained in the order of Environmental Protection Investment(54), Environmental Awareness Education(45), Work Team Structure(31), Environmental certification(32). Page Ranks, the order of centrality and connectivity index is Environmental Awareness Education(0.0765), Employee Engagement(0.0765), Environmental Protection Investment(0.0761), Work Team Composition(0.0761), and Environmental certification(0.0761). The AWD(Average Weighed Degree) of the Social Responsibility Management(S) variables, followed by Protecting workers' human rights and contributing to local communities(68), Safety Education(63), Safety certification(59), and Responding to infectious diseases(40). Orders by Page Ranks, centrality and connectivity Index, are Protecting workers' human rights and contributing to local communities(0.165), Safety Education(0.153), Safety Certification(0.144) and Responding to infectious diseases(0.102). The AWD of Governance and Ethical management(G) variables, followed by Anti-corruption(27), Transparent management(24), Mutual cooperation between stakeholders(19), and Sustainability reporting(9). Page Ranks, the order of centrality and connectivity index is the Anti Corruption(0.241), Transparent management(0.216), Mutual cooperation between stakeholders(0.174), Directors' roles and responsibilities(0.105), Shareholder protection(0.097) and Sustainability Report(0.096).

Purpose While research on ESG management in airlines is ongoing, research on airports, especially regional ones, remains insufficient. This study's point of departure is the inquiry into how the local airport industry is addressing global environmental shifts and engaging in ESG management activities. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies, the relationship between ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance) management, safety management, reputation, and management performance was analyzed. We analyzed 578 questionnaires through structural equation modeling using AMOS 21.0 to test our hypotheses. Findings First, environmental, social, governance, and safety management have a positive effect on both reputation and business performance. Second, reputation has affected business performance. Third, reputation was affected in the order of governance management, safety management, environmental management, and social management.

In this study, we designed and verified a research model in order to determine whether ESG management for public libraries affects the perception of libraries, user satisfaction, and the intention to revisit. A survey was conducted among the users of six public libraries in the Gyeonggi region and 25 libraries in Seoul, and 247 valid responses from the survey were analyzed. The analysis revealed that the environment and society factors of ESG management had a positive effect on the perception of libraries and user satisfaction. It also showed that the libraries' perception had a positive impact on user satisfaction and the intention to revisit, and user satisfaction showed a positive correlation for the intention to revisit. From the analysis, we can infer that the effects of ESG management were reflected in everyday life via public libraries as ESG management of the public libraries influenced the perception of libraries, user satisfaction, and the intention to revisit. We confirmed that users showed the intention to revisit if the library provides positive and sincere satisfaction through ESG management, due to public libraries having ethical and moral significance to users. We have also put forward practical marketing strategies and identified areas for enhancement that can prove beneficial to public libraries.
