Objective: This study aimed to determine the efficacy of flexible pole training combined with lumbar stabilization in improving trunk muscle activities and to investigate the difference according to posture in young adults. Methods: Twenty-five participants were enrolled in this study. The subjects were randomly allocated into either the flexible pole group or the rigid pole group. Participants performed lumbar stabilization exercises on quadruped and curl-up, with the flexible pole or rigid pole. Electromyography was used to assess the percent maximal voluntary isometric contracion (%MVIC) of the rectus abdominis (RA), external oblique (EO), internal oblique (IO), and erector spine (ES) muscles. All participants completed one 30-minute session per day, 3 days per week, for 6 weeks. The evaluation was performed before and 6 weeks after the training, and follow-up. The data were analyzed using independent t-test and two-way repeated measure analysis of variance to determine the statistical significance. Results: The flexible pole in curl-up showed significant differences in EO and IO muscle activities compared with the rigid pole. The flexible pole in quadruped showed significant differences in IO and ES muscle activities compared with the rigid pole. The RA, EO, IO, and ES muscle activities of both groups were significantly higher after 6 weeks training. Conclusion: The flexible pole in curl-up and quadruped showed an improvement in trunk muscle activation. The flexible pole combined with lumbar stabilization will be useful as an exercise tool to improve activity of trunk muscles.

Hier zu behandelndes Thema ist ein altes Problem beim Recht, das seinen Ursprung sogar im romischen Recht finden kann. Aber wegen der medizinischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Entwicklung $t\ddot{a}ucht$ es wieder mit anderen Konstellationen auf. Dabei geht es besonders darum, ob sich die Patienten an der kommerziellen Nutzung seiner $K\ddot{o}rpersubstanzen$ von anderen-z. B. $\ddot{A}rzten$ oder Forschern-beteiligen $k\ddot{o}nnen$. $Daf\ddot{u}r$ gibt es in Bezug auf Gesetz keine besonderen Regelungen in Deutschland. Und nach zivilrechtlicher Theorie stellt Nutzung menschlicher $K\ddot{o}rpersubstanzen$ eine Personlichkeitsverletzung des fruheren $Tr\ddot{a}gers$ und/oder eine Verletzung des Arzt-Patienten-Vertrages dar. $Au{\beta}erdem$ ist Anspruch des $fr\ddot{u}heren\;Tr\ddot{a}gers$ debkbar, der auf dessen Einwilligung basiert. Dabei sind diese Probleme $zun\ddot{a}chst$ unter $Pers\ddot{o}nlichkeitsverletzung$ zu subsumieren und damit zu $l\ddot{o}sen$.

The aim of this paper is to study the Weyl type-theorems for the orthogonal direct sum $S{\oplus}T$, where S and T are bounded linear operators acting on a Banach space X. Among other results, we prove that if both T and S possesses property ($gb$) and if ${\Pi}(T){\subset}{\sigma}_a(S)$, ${\PI}(S){\subset}{\sigma}_a(T)$, then $S{\oplus}T$ possesses property ($gb$) if and only if ${\sigma}_{SBF^-_+}(S{\oplus}T)={\sigma}_{SBF^-_+}(S){\cup}{\sigma}_{SBF^-_+}(T)$. Moreover, we prove that if T and S both satisfies generalized Browder's theorem, then $S{\oplus}T$ satis es generalized Browder's theorem if and only if ${\sigma}_{BW}(S{\oplus}T)={\sigma}_{BW}(S){\cup}{\sigma}_{BW}(T)$.

In diesem Aufsatz handelt es von einem theoretischen Betrachung $\"{u}ber$ Verbraucherschutz und besonders von jetzigem Zustand von Verbraucherschutz in der BRD aus Gesichtspunkt von Verbraucherpolitik und Verbraucherorganisation. Es ist sinnvoll, nicht nur der $Vergr\"{o}{\beta}erung$ des Forschungsgebiets der Hauswirtschaft, sondern im demokratischen Wiederaufbau der Volkswirtschaft, den Verbrauch subjektiv zu erkennen und die Volkswirtschaft aus Gesichtspunkt der Konsumente-nsouver\"{a}nit\"{a}t$ zubeleuchten. Unter Kosumfreiheit ist von drei Seiten aus zufassen. Zuerst der Seite der Konsumhandlung ist die Konsumfreiheit die Freiheit der Konsumwahl zu verstehen. Zum zweiten, auf der Seite des Markts ist sie die Erhaltung des den Produzenten gleichkommenden Zustand, d.h. die Verwirklichung des gleichwertigen Austausches unter gleicher Bedingung zu verstehen. Zum dritten, auf der Seite der Volkswirtschaft bedeutet sie den Zustand, da${\beta}$ die Konsumhandlung aktiv einen Einflu${\beta}$ auf den Produzent durch Marktmechanism $aus\"{u}ben$ kann. Soche Konsumfreiheit ist auf Kollektiver Ebene als auf individueller Ebene zu erreichen. Der Verbraucherschutz ist von zwei Standpunkte aus $erw\"{a}hnt$; auf der eine Seite die Regelung der Anbieter am Markt um Zweck von der Erhaltung und $F\"{o}rderung$ eines wirksamen Wettbewerbs, auf der andern Seite die $Sta\"{a}rkung$ der Verbraucher durch die Sicherung der Macht und $F\"{a}higkeit$ der Verbraucher. In den konkreten Methoden $f\"{u}r$ Verbraucherschutz gibt es Verbraucherpolitik durch den Regierungsanstalt und die verschiedenen $T\"{a}tigkeiten$ nach eigner Initiative von Verbraucher selbst. Den ersteren $geh\"{o}ren die $sozialp\"{a}dagogischen$ Ma${\beta}$nahmen, die sich auf die Verbraucher-$aufkl\"{a}rung$ und Ausbau der die Verbraucherinformationen erstrecken, und die sozialorganisatorichen Ma${\beta}$nahmen wie der Ausbau der Gesetzgebung und die verbesserte Koordinierung der mit den Verbraucherfragen befa${\beta}$ten Ressorts. Die letzteren sind die $Verb\"{a}nde$ und Einrichtungen der Verbraucher selbst, die sich um die Belange der Verbraucher $k\"{u}mmern$ und einen wachsenden Einflu${\beta}$ auf die Gesetzgebung nehmen $k\"{o}nnen$. Diese Methode der Verbraucherschutz $w\"{a}re$ die Information und Erziehung der Verbraucher und auch die Verbraucherberatungsstelle.

With the Stirling matrix S of the second kind and the Pascal matrix T, we study recurrence rules and sequences of certain sums over the matrix ST^k. We find a matrix E satisfying ST = ES and interrelations of S and the Stirling matrix of the first kind.

We present four new transits of the planetary system TrES-3 observed between 2009 May and 2010 June. Among those, the third transit by itself indicates possible evidence for brightness disturbance, which could originate from a starspot or an overlapping double transit. A total of 107 transit times, including our measurements, were used to determine the improved ephemeris with a transit epoch of $2454185.910950\pm0.000073$ HJED (Heliocentric Julian Ephemeris Date) and an orbital period of $1.30618698\pm0.00000016$ d. We analyzed the transit light curves using the JKTEBOP code and adopting the quadratic limb-darkening law. In order to derive the physical properties of the TrES-3 system, the transit parameters are combined with the empirical relations from eclipsing binary stars and stellar evolutionary models, respectively. The stellar mass and radius obtained from a calibration using $T_{eff}$, log $\rho$ and [Fe/H] are in good agreement with those from the isochrone analysis within the uncertainties. We found that the exoplanet TrES-3b has a mass of $1.93\pm0.07\;M_{Jup}$, a radius of $1.30\pm0.04\;R_{Jup}$, a surface gravity of $28.2\pm1.1\;m\;s^{-1}$, a density of $0.82\pm0.06\;\rho_{Jup}$, and an equilibrium temperature of $1641\pm23K$.

The objective of this study was to generate transgenic mice expressing human resistin gene by using the tetraploidembryonic stem (ES) cell complementation method. Human resistin gene was amplified from human fetal liver cDNA library by PCR, cloned into $pCR^{(R)}$ 2.1 $TOPO^{(R)}$ vector and constructed in pCMV-Tag4C vector. Mammalian expression plasmid containing human resistin was transfected into D3-GL ES cells by Lipofectamine 2,000, and then after 10-12 days of transfection, the human resistin-expressing cells were selected with G418. In order to produce tetraploid embryos, blastomeres of diploid embryos at the two-cell stage were fused with two times of electric pulse using 60 V 30 $\mu$sec (fusion rate: 2,114/2,256, 93.5%) and cultured up to the blastocyst stage (development rate: 1,862/2,114, 94.6%). The selected 15-20 ES cells were injected into tetraploid blastocysts, and then transferred into the uteri of E 2.5 d pseudopregnant recipient mice. To investigate the gestation progress, two E 19.5 mused fetuses were recovered by Cesarean section of which one fetus was confirmed to contain human resistin gene by genomic DNA-PCR. Therefore, our findings demonstrate that tetraploid-ES mouse technology can be considered as a useful tool to produce transgenic mice for the rapid analysis of gene function in vivo.

Embryonic stem (ES) cell-derived cardiomyocytes (ESCMs) must be specifically purified in order to prevent teratoma formation, and this confusing issue has hampered their clinical application. We therefore investigated a technique to generate pure labeled ESCMs for possible use in cardiac repair. We generated transgenic ES cell lines expressing enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) under the transcriptional control of the $\alpha$-cardiac myosin heavy chain ($\alpha$-MHC) promoter. Differentiated EGFP-positive ES cells displayed characteristics of CMs. Furthermore, neuregulin-1 (NRG-1) upregulated the expression of the cardiac-restricted transcription factors Nkx2.5 and GATA-4, as well as differentiated CM factors ($\alpha$-MHC, $\beta$-MHC). Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that NRG-1 increased expression of cardiac-specific troponin T in the beating foci of the embryoid bodies. This work revealed a potential method for specifically labeling and enriching ESCMs by combining genetically-engineered ES cell clones and exogenous growth factor treatment.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird versucht, die Verhaltnisse yon Informationsstrukturierung (information packaging) und Scrambling am Material des Deutschen zu untersuchen. Bei der Informationsstrukturierung geht es um die Ordnung der Elemente des Satzes, die durch die Kommunikationssituation, die Intentionen des Sprechers sowie seine Kenntnisse und Annahmen tiber $Wissensvorr\"{a}te\;des\;H\"{o}rers$ determiniert wird. Deutsch ist eine Sprache mit 'freier' Abfolge der Satzglieder. Die Grammatik des Deutschen erlaubt $S\"{a}tze$, die dasselbe bedeuten und sich in ihrer Konstituentenfolge unterscheiden. Diese variable Wortfolge (Topikalisierung und Scrambling) und der Satzakzent im Deutschen wirken systematisch mit der Informationsstruktur (Topik­Pradikation-Struktur und Fokus-Hintergrund-Struktur) zusammen. Es ist allgemein bekannt, $da\ss$ Scrambling und Topikalisierung sowohl diskurssemantische als auch informationsstrukturelle Effekte $ausl\"{o}sen$. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird zuerst auf problematische Aspekte der $Ans\"{a}tze$ hingewiesen, die Scrambling mit (diskurs-)semantischen Begriffen wie 'Definitheit', $'Spezifit\"{a}t'\;oder\;'Familiarit\"{a}t'$ sowie mit der traditionellen 'Thema-Rhema-Gliederung' zu erklaren versuchen. Dann wird Scrambling unter Bezug auf den Zusammenhang zwischen Fokus-Hintergrund-Struktur und grammatischer Struktur behandelt. Dabei wird festgestellt, dass Satzakzent und Scrambling systematisch mit der Fokus-Hintergrund-Gliederung des Informationsbereiches im Satz interagieren und dass die $Umstellungsm\"{o}glichkeiten$ im Mittelfeld zur $\"{A}nderung$ der Fokusprojektion, d.h. zur Umordnung von Hintergrund-Teil und Fokus-Teil $f\"{u}hren$. Scrambling kann dazu im Zusammenwirken mit dem Satzakzent und einem bestimmten Intonationsmuster einen 'Kontrasttopik' - Effekt $ausl\"{o}sen$.
