In this paper, we shall be concerned with evaluation of multifractal Hausdorff measure 𝓗^q,t_𝜇 and multifractal packing measure 𝓟^q,t_𝜇 of Cartesian product sets by means of the measure of their components. This is done by investigating the density result introduced in [34]. As a consequence, we get the inequalities related to the multifractal dimension functions, proved in [35], by using a unified method for all the inequalities. Finally, we discuss the extension of our approach to studying the multifractal Hewitt-Stromberg measures of Cartesian product sets.

본 논문은 인공적인 단백질인 MCL-1ES BH3M에 관한 것으로 MCL-1ES BH3M를 과발현시 세포사멸을 유도한다. MCL-1L을 주형으로 재조합 PCR을 통해서 MCL-1ES BH3M를 클로닝하였다. 새롭게 클로닝한 단백질인 MCL-1ES BH3M 단백질은 안정성을 유지하기 위해서 PEST 도메인이 제거되어 있으며, 다른 BCL-2 패밀리 단백질과의 결합을 조절하기 위해서 BH3도메인의 Leu-Arg-Arg-Val-Gly-Asp-Gly 서열을 7개의 Ala 잔기로 인위적으로 돌연변이를 유도하였다. MCL-1ES BH3M를 293T 세포에서 과발현할 경우 세포사멸을 유도하였고, 항-세포사멸 단백질인 MCL-1L을 같이 과발현하더라도 세포사멸을 유도하였다. 또한, 과발현시 Caspase 9과 3를 활성화하였으며 면역염색법을 통해서 MCL-1ES BH3M 과발현시 미토콘드리아에 MCL-1ES BH3M 단백질이 부분적으로 위치하는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과로 MCL-1ES BH3M는 Caspase 9과 3의 활성을 통해서 세포사멸을 유도한다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 세포사멸을 유도하는 새로운 molecule을 클로닝하였고, 이 molecule에 의한 세포사멸 기능을 확인하였다.

Und was sagt deine beste Freundin dazu? -Gesichtsreinigungsmittel Clearasil Complete(Janich, 1999:146) (2) 대장님 힘 내세요! 뒷일은 제가 책임지겠습니다. -아락실 (3) 당신은 철없는 여자. -헤모큐 Das Wortspiel $l\"{a}{\ss}t$ den Referenzbezug ausweiten, vage oder $ungew\"{o}hnlich$ werden. Dadurch werden konventionelle Referenzerwartungen der Rezipienten verletzt und unterbrochen. Wortspiele mit Homonyme, Polyseme, Wortkreuzungen, und Referenzspiele sind sehr $h\"{a}ufig$, und die syntaktische und typographische Spiele dagegen eher selten. Die Wirkung des Wortspiel beruht auf die $Ambiguit\"{a}t$ eines Wortes. Aber zwischen der$Ambiguit\"{a}t$ und der Vagheit gibt es den $un\"{u}bersehbaren$ referenziellen Unterschied. $W\'{a}hrend$ diese, die durch die pragmatische Mehrdeutigkeit oder die Unbestimmtheit charakterisiert ist, mit der in einer $\"{A}u{\ss}erung ausgedr\"{u}ckten$ Vorstellung zu tun hat, handelt es bei jener um die Probleme der linguistischen Kategorien an, die unter lexikalischem, semantischem, und syntaktischem Aspekt mehrfach zu spezifizieren sind. Daher $k\"{o}nnen$ den wortspielerischen $Ausdr\"{u}cken$ mehere Interpretationsmoglichkeiten zugeordnet werden. Durch Wortspiele wird die Eindeutigkeit eines Wortes absichtlich aufgehoben, so $da{\ss}$ mehere denotativen Bedeutungen aktiviert werden. Dabei liegt eine semantische Konzentration oder ein semantisches Spannungsverhaltnis vor, Diesbezuglich $erf\"{u}llt$ das Wortspiel zugleich die Funktion, Aufmerksamkeit des Rezipienten auf den geworbenen Inhalt zu wecken, und $f\"{o}rdert$ das Interesse am Werbetext.

최근 국내 ESS 시장은 정부의 강력한 지원에 힘입어 민간의 투자, 운영 수요가 크게 늘어나고 있으며, 연평균 27% 성장하여 20년 민간 544MWh, 한전 320MWh로 총 864MWh 확대 전망이다. 특히, ESS는 태양광 연계를 통한 매전수익, 피크컷 기능을 통한 전력요금 절감, 독립전원 공급 등 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있다. ESS의 활용이 다양해짐에 따라 PMS/EMS를 통한 PCS제어 및 모니터링 기능, 피크컷 기능이 중요해지고 있다. 이렇듯 사이트 특성에 따른 커스터마이징이 편리한 PMS/EMS IoT 플랫폼 구축이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이트 특성에 따른 커스터마이징이 편리한 PMS/EMS IoT 플랫폼을 설계하고 개발하였다. 그 결과 운전 스케줄링, 실시간 모니터링, 피크컷, 수익분석, 독립전원 등의 기술이 적용 가능한 PMS/EMS IoT 플랫폼을 통해 최적의 운영으로 수익을 극대화할 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper, we introduce 'Expert System(ES)' for Fault Diagnosis(FD) in unmanned-Substation(S/S). In contrast with the co nventional ES, this ES has the following characteristics. First, this ES performs the function that judges the right or false operation of Relays(Ry's) and Circuit Breakers(CB's) in S/S. Then, with this information of the above judgments and the operating times of Ry's and CB's, the candidates of the feasible fault areas are generated. Several examples are presented to show the validity of this system.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of rapid chilling (RC) on beef quality and the degradation of cytoskeletal proteins. Twenty Chinese Yellow crossbred bulls were selected and randomly divided into two groups. RC and conventional chilling (CC) were applied to left and right sides of the carcasses respectively after slaughtering. To determine whether electrical stimulation (ES) treatment can alleviate the potential hazard of RC on meat quality, ES was applied to one group. The effects of RC and ES were determined by meat color, shear force and cytoskeletal protein degradation postmortem (PM). The results showed that RC decreased beef tenderness at 1 d and 3 d postmortem, but had no detrimental effect on meat color. Western blotting showed that RC decreased the degradation rate of desmin and troponin-T, but the effects weakened gradually as postmortem aging extended. Degradation rates of both desmin and troponin-T were accelerated by ES. The combination of RC and ES could improve beef color, accelerate degradation rate of cytoskeletal protein and improve beef tenderness.

The effect of culture temperature on the production of soluble form of B. macerans cyclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase) in recombinant E. coli was investigated. E. coli cell was cotransformed with two plasmids (pTCGT1 and pGroll) in which the cgt and groEL/ES genes are under the control of T7 promoter and pzt-1 promoter, respectively. When tetracycline (10 ng/ml) and IPTG (l mM) were added as inducers at the early-exponential phase (2 h) and mid-exponential phase (3h), respectively, the solubilization of the inclusion body CGTase was greatly dependent on the temperature of the culture. At low culture temperature of $25^\circ{C}$, 2- or 3-fold higher activity and specific activity were obtained over $37^\circ{C}$. SDS-PAGE analysis revealed that about 62% of CGTase in the total CGTase protein was found in the soluble fraction by applying overexpression of GroEL/ES chaperone and by cultivation of E. coli at $25^\circ{C}$, whereas 33% of CGTase was detected in the soluble fraction at $37^\circ{C}$. Therefore, the expression of GroEL/ES and cultivation at $25^\circ{C}$ greatly enhanced the soluble production of CGTase in E. coli.

E. coli에서 B. macerans 유래 cyclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase)의 활성형 생산에 GroEL/ES chaperone과의 공발현과 저온 배양의 공동작용 효과에 대해 조사하였다. 실험에 사용된 cgt와 groEL/ES 유전자를 발현하는 pTCGTl과 pGroll은 각각 T7 promoter와 Pzt-1 promoter에 의해 조절되고 이들을 E. coli에 도입시켰다. 대수증식기 초기(2 hr)와 대수증식기 중기(3 hr)에 tetrarycline 10 ng/ml 과 IPTG 1 mM을 첨가하여 각각의 유전자를 발현시켰다. CGTase활성과 specific artivity 측정 시 $37^{\circ}C$에서 pTCGTl 단독 발현 보다 $25^{\circ}C$에서 chaperone과 함께 발현시킨 경우 2배나 높은 활성이 측정됐으며, SDS-PACE 분석결과 $37^{\circ}C$에서 단독 발현 시킬경우 20% 정도 가용성 형태로 발현되던 것이 $25^{\circ}C$에서 chaperone과 공발현 시에는 거의 3.5배가 넘는 69%가 가용성으로 전환됨을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 분자 chaperone과 $25^{\circ}C$에서의 저온 배양은 E. coli에서 활성형질 가용성 CGTase의 생산 증가에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 두 품종의 원두커피와 이를 Monascus ruber 홍국균으로 발효시킨 원두커피 열수추출물의 지방축적 억제활성을 확인하고자 하였다. 세포 내 triglyceride 생성 저해효과 및 주요 전사인자인 $PPAR{\gamma}$, $C/EBP{\alpha}$와 FAS 및 aP2의 발현을 측정하기 위해 3T3-L1 지방전구세포에서 성숙 지방세포로의 분화 유도와 함께 베트남 로부스타(VR), 홍국균으로 고체발효 한 베트남 로부스타(MR-VR), 발아현미(10, 20, 30%)를 첨가하여 홍국균으로 고체발효 한 베트남 로부스타(MR-VR10, MR-VR20, MR-VR30), 에티오피아 모카 시다모 G2(ES), 홍국균으로 고체발효 한 에티오피아 모카 시다모 G2(MR-ES), 발아현미(10, 20, 30%)를 첨가하여 홍국균으로 고체발효 한 에티오피아 모카 시다모 G2(MR-ES10, MR-ES20, MR-ES30) 원두커피의 열수추출물을 1,000 ${\mu}g/mL$ 농도로 처리하였다. 연구 결과 대조군과 비교하여 커피추출물을 처리한 모든 실험군에서 유의적으로 지방구 생성이 감소하였다. 베트남 로부스타 품종이 에티오피아 모카 시다모 G2 품종보다 지방구 생성 및 지방분화 전사인자들인 $PPAR{\gamma}$, $C/EBP{\alpha}$, FAS 및 aP2의 발현을 효과적으로 억제하였으며, 에티오피아 모카 시다모 G2 품종의 경우 원두커피 열수추출물을 처리한 실험군보다 홍국균으로 고체발효 한 원두커피의 열수추출물을 처리한 실험군에서 더 높은 지방분화 억제능을 나타냈다. 또한 전사인자들의 발현 정도는 지방분화 억제능의 결과와 유사하였다. 따라서 Monascus ruber 홍국균의 고체배양을 이용한 에피오티아 모카 시다모 G2 발효원두커피는 효과적인 항비만 기능성 식품으로서의 활용가치가 기대되며 로부스타 품종의 경우 다른 품종들보다 저렴한 원가를 감안할 때 베트남 로부스타 발효원두커피는 경제적인 기능성 커피음료 및 기능성 소재로서 산업적인 응용에 좋은 활용가치가 될 것으로 사료된다.

During the 1990s the workplace has grown more complex and business competition has increased world-wide. All organizations, whether for-profit or non-profit have been forced to respond to market changes. More advanced information and technology, greater product diversity, shorter product life cycles, increased quality requirements, more regulation oversight, decreasing productivity, more competitors, and increasing overhead costs have motivated organizations to focus on ways to deliver products cheaper, better, and faster. Many organizations are searching for ways to reduce costs through downsizing, reengineering business processes, implementing quality management, outsourcing, and improving cost management. Support departments that provide services internal to an organization such as human resources, legal, and environmental, safety, and health (ES&H) are often the first organization targeted for cost reduction and cost control initiatives because these functions are part of a rapidly increasing overhead cost. Recently, ES&H functions are incresingly being integrated into the business of business to contribute value to organization beyond mere compliance with ES&H regulations. The discussions and development of the ISO compatible Environmental Management Standards or Occupational Safety and Health Management Standards is another impetus to integrate ES&H function into the business of business. Thus, ES&H professional need new skills to analyze the cost of their function and communicate the value of the products and services they provide. In recent years, the need for and the importance developing cost management and business skills by ES&H professionals have been emphasized in the literature. Communicating with decision makers in terms of cost and value to the organization, and by using business language and business arguments is the first step toward effectively integrating ES&H activities into the business of business. Activity-based costing (ABC) is a cost management method that measures the cost of a product or service based on the actual use of resources by activities, and based on the actual amount of activities used to produce a product or service. ABC is recommended as a tool for managers of ES&H organizations to determine the cost of developing and providing ES&H products within a for-profit firm or non-profit agency. This paper discusses the trend of integration of ES&H functions into the mainstream of business activities within an organization. The general principles of treditional cost accounting are presented as a bases for understandging why and how ABC will provide more accurate estimates of cost. The principles and concepts of ABS are presented as a tool for determining more accurately the true cost of ES&H products and services.
