In this research, for find out how operations efficiency for ERP systems, after introducing ERP to manufacturing firms with DEA technique. According to research analyzed relative time dependent efficiency, using Time Window Analysis. And for company group and the other firm within the each same Industry, the relative effectiveness of each company group establishment was compared using DEA.

This research proposes a conceptual framework to highlight the importance of change management after firms implement ERP systems. With ERP, firms need to rework their business processes to make information flow smoothly within organizations. Firms cannot realize expected returns from ERP investments unless changes are effectively managed after ERP systems are put into operation. The research model is empirically tested using data collected from over 170 firms that had used ERP systems at least for more than one year. Our analysis reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective change management after ERP implementation, supporting the existence of the 'valley of despair.

본 연구에서는 효과적인 e-비즈니스를 실현하기 위해서 기업의 기간시스템으로 간주되는 ERP의 구현사례를 중소기업을 중심으로 분석을 하였다. 특히 기업에서 ERP를 구현하기 위해서 현재의 경영환경 분석을 바탕으로 BPR의 활동을 집중적으로 분석하므로 ERP구현 효과와 시스템 활용실태 및 평가를 도출하게 되었다 즉 BPR활동을 수행한 본 연구의 CM콘크리트사의 ERP구현사례의 분석에서 알 수 있듯이, BPR활동은 성공적인 ERP구현의 필요충분 조건으로 향후 ERP도입을 계획하고 있는 중소기업에게 성공적 ERP시스템 구현은 물론 기업정보시스템의 실행성과를 높일 수 있는 중요한 지침을 제공할 수 있다고 판단된다.

There were few empirical researches on the ERP system in spite of increasing interest on ERP system recently Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an framework for the marketing performance based on evaluation of ERP system used by the theoretical model for evaluation of information system and the empirical data of Korean firms. This study was empirically examined an effect of ERP system and its information quality on the use of information from ERP system. And another effect of information use from ERP system on marketing performances survey on MIS was conducted for the marketing strategy. In this study, the structural equation model was established for verifying the relationship of above variables. And several hypotheses were established and examined empirically from that structural equation model. In conclusion, the effectiveness of ERP system must be evaluated within structural relationship among ERP system and its information quality, the use of information from ERP, and marketing performances. Additionally, the result of this research has founded the fact that ERP system and its information quality are important as elements of successful ERP system.

Researches on the introduction of ERP system kept on examining the critical successful factors (CSFs) that focus on factors to achieve effectively successful projects, and trying to measuring the actual effectiveness of the introduction of ERP system. However, most of the preceding researches on the effectiveness of the introduction of ERP system that was searching devoted effects has been ceased, and actually even researches on the economical results have just done the basic cognitive evaluation of result indicators by many questionnaires instead of objective measuring values, because of the difficulty of measuring the evaluation of the result. Moreover, researches on positive effects of the introduction of ERP on enterprise results and researches that failed to give advantageous effects showed different results each other. And a part of researches reported that only a part of result indicators were partially affected. In this research, we investigated Korean large enterprises or middle-sized enterprises in manufacture industry that introduces SAP R/3 and Oracle package to compare their quantitative financial results after the introduction of ERP system, in order to measure the effects of the ERP system. First, we evaluated the difference of the quantitative financial results before and after the introduction of the ERP system. Second, we evaluated the opportunities shown by the effects after the introduction of the ERP system. Third, we removed the sample of the exchange crisis (IMF) and executed the additional analysis to reflect the average increasing and decreasing rate in the industry, so that pure evaluation can be achieved. Inherent limits of precedent researches are removed and practical effects of the pure introduction of the ERP system are evaluated, so the research of this research is significant. The result of this research is as follows. Because of the introduction of ERP, the rate of turnover of inventory property has increased and sales of preparation inventory property have decreased so that more effective inventory property management has been achieved. Moreover, preparation sales of labor costs and preparation sales of the number of employees have decreased to show the effect of the reduction of labor costs. However, it could no be concluded that we could increase the profit due to the introduction of ERP system. Due to the introduction of ERP, although we concluded that the return on assets (ROA) and the additional value of one-person employee statistically showed obvious differences and increased, the return on equity failed to show obvious differences after the process of introduction of ERP.

This paper addresses a performance evaluation model for ERP system's implementation using Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. In this study, the performance variables are identified as the perspectives of cost, business process, systems operation, and change management, respectively. The empirical study also investigated factors that affect the performance variables to find out the causal relationship between them using the ANP approach. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from manufacturing companies that have implemented ERP systems. The research findings indicate the proposed model is powerful in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and managerial effectiveness, mediated by employee satisfaction, is an important one.

In the past few years, many Korean companies have implemented various ERP systems. Despite the enormous efforts and costs, however, there have been doubts about the effectiveness of ERP implementation. The purpose of this study is to identify whether the announcement of ERP implementation affects the market value of the firm. To achieve the research objective, event-study methodology was used assessing the cumulative abnormal returns(CARs) for 33 firms' announcements of ERP investments. Findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, the announcements of ERP implementation have no effect on the firm value though the sign is negative. Second, there is marginally significant difference in the market value of the firm between the first mover of ERP implementation and its followers. In order to figure out any possible reasons of such unexpected results, several investors and fund managers of major investment firms were interviewed. They reached the two agreements that ERP hardly increases the firm value. One was mainly due to the misfit between the foreign business processes built in the ERP systems and Korean firms' traditional business processes. The other was the possibility of financial deterioration caused by substantial costs for ERP implementation.

본 연구는 ERP software를 이용한 회계교육과 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실증분석을 실시하였다. ERP 회계교육의 하위변수인 정보특성, 개인특성, 시스템 특성이 교육만족도의 하위변수인 성과, 이해, 기능, 가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석에 활용된 통계 프로그램은 SPSS 21.0이다. ERP 회계교육의 하위변수인 정보특성, 시스템특성, 개인특성이 교육만족도의 하위변수인 이해, 기능, 업적, 가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 연구결과 ERP 회계교육이 이해(p<.001)와 기능(p<.01)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에서 이해에 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세부 요인별로 ERP 회계교육의 정보특성과 개인특성은 이해(p<.001)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, ERP 회계교육의 개인특성은 기능(p<.05)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 ERP 회계교육이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 ERP 회계교육의 효과를 검증하였다는 것이다.

Currently, many companies are trying to be more competitive by implementing the most appropriate software package called ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP can support the company's business process. A manufacturing execution system (MES) is an industrial software system, as well as a manufacturing management function in make-to-order and make-to-stock manufacturing environments. This paper presents an architecture of MES. This study develops MES to identify the functional requirements of loading & scheduling in the automobile industry. This study shows the effectiveness of the proposed MES, how to develop MES and interface with ERP package.

최근에는 기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 방법으로 모든 자원을 통합 관리하는 추세이며, 이로 인해 시스템이 전문화되고 복잡해지면서 최고경영자가 의사결정을 내리는데 어려움이 따르고 있다. 해결 방안으로 BPR이라는 경영기법이 제시되었으며, 이를 구체적으로 실현한 ERP 시스템이 등장하였다. 본 연구에서는 정부산하 공기업에 적용하기 위해 개발한 ERP 시스템으로서 ERP 정보를 실시간으로 고객에게 제공하고 업무현장에서 사내 업무를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 웹 환경 ERP 시스템을 구축하였다. 구축된 시스템에 대해 정량적인 평가를 통해 고객 불만의 해소, 업무생산성의 향상, 비용 절감, 시스템 효율성 및 고객만 족도 둥이 향상되었음을 검증하였다.
