ERP시스템의 품질이 만족 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (A study on the quality of ERP system affecting satisfaction and job performance)

  • 최근 ERP시스템을 도입한 기업의 성과 분석 및 도입에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구가 사례 중심으로 제시되지만, ERP시스템을 도입한 기업이 성과를 거두기 위해서 ERP 시스템의 사용 만족에 마치는 품질 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템을 사용하는 사용자들을 중심으로 ERP시스템의 서비스 품질과 시스템 품질을 측정하고 각각의 품질이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향을 측정하고, 사용자의 ERP시스템에 대한 만족도를 측정한다.

  • The quality of service in ERP services is a key issue in innovating the ERP performance as an IT service for corporations. Currently, most of the research works for this area are based on the existing quality models such as SERVQUAL, which are said not to measure service quality properly. Also, it does not consider the factor of the system acceptance, which is thought to be closely related to the quality of service in this type of IT services. Therefore, a research model is required, which can address the issues related to the ERP service quality measurements. In this paper, new research models have been proposed, and empirical data obtained from SME's ERP users have been applied to the proposed model to analyze the causal relationship between quality factors and to identify the most suitable quality measures. Also, the relationship between the service quality and the system acceptance was analyzed using a combined model. The results show that factors such as productivity and convenience affects the quality mostly and that the most appropriate measure for the service quality of ERP service is satisfaction. Also, for the system acceptance, the ease-of-use is the main factor. And, the service quality and system acceptance shows a strong correlation. This means that, in order to enhance the quality of ERP services, the service provider needs to provide customers with productivity-enhanced user-friendly IT services and active product support. The work of this research can help to improve the service quality and the user acceptance of ERP services and to lead further research works in this area.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 ERP시스템의 품질요인이 시스템 사용만족도와 개인 및 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 조사 및 분석하였다. 기존 선행연구들이 시스템의 품질요인에 초점을 맞추고 연구한 반면, 본 연구는 설문지를 사용하여 ERP시스템을 채택한 기업에 있어서 품질요인과 사용만족도 및 기업성과간의 상호관련성을 조사 연구하였다. 특히 기존의 연구들은 시스템품질과 사용만족도 또는 조직성과간의 관련성 연구가 주류를 이루고 있는데 본 연구에서는 정보시스템품질을 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질 3가지로 분류하고 사용만족도 및 성과도 개인성과와 조직성과로 구분하여 각각의 관련성을 연구하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ERP시스템의 품질요인의 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질이 각각 사용자만족도에 유의한 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 시스템 사용만족도가 개인성과와 조직성과에 각각 유의한 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 수정지수를 이용한 수정모형에서 얻은 추가 가설인 ERP시스템의 서비스품질이 개인성과 및 조직성과에 각각 유의한 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 최근 경영환경의 변화와 정보기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 전사적 자원관리(ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning)가 새로운 경영기법의 하나로 등장하였다. ERF시스템의 통합성, 유연성, 그리고 다양한 정보기술 적용을 통하여 경영혁신을 수월하게 추진할 수 있는 장점으로 인하여 기업에서 ERP 시스템 도입 및 구축이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 변화에 대한 저항, 기업 환경을 고려하지 않은 시스템 구축 등으로 인하여 활용 측면에서는 많은 문제점이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 만족여부가 ERP 시스템의 성공을 좌우한다는 인식에서 ERP 시스템의 정보 품질을 구성하는 항목들을 사용자 관점에서 규명하고, 이들을 이용한 ERP 시스템의 활용수준을 결정하는 차원들을 도출하여 사용자 관점에서 ERP 시스템 환용에 미치는 영향의 정도에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 한다.

위탁급식 전문업체 전사적자원관리(ERP) 품질이 업무 성과에 미치는 영향과 업무 성과 변수 간 인과관계 분석 (Effect of the ERP Quality on the Performance and Causal-Effect Analysis between Outcome Variables in the Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP.   • Many companies have been implementing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for their organizational transformation in order to survive and achieve strategic advantages in an increasing competitive business environment. Thus, it is meaningful to identify factors that affect ERP system operation positively. Organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) are discretionary, extra-role behaviors of employees which go beyond the prescribed formal roles, and are known as to be the contribution factors for organization performance. The purpose of this study is to develop the measurements for the OCB constructs in ERP system context and empirically test the relationships between the OCB construct and ERP system success. The four constructs - altruism, conscientiousness and courtesy, civic virtue, and sportsmanship - and fifteen measurements on the OCB were developed based on previous studies (i.e. Organ 1988) and empirically verified by confirmatory factor analysis. The results of testing the relationships between the OCB and ERP system success show that the OCB have a significant direct impact on the information quality and intention of IT innovation while they have an indirect impact on work efficiency mediated by information quality. This study enhances the OCB model into information system arena and helps better understand the user behaviors of information systems.

  • 중소 제조 기업 중심으로 ERP를 도입함에 있어 경쟁회사와의 차별화, 비용 우위 전략이 필요하다고 보는 관점에서 효과적인 ERP 구축전략을 할 수 있는 길잡이 역할을 목표로 하고 있다. 구축 전략으로 차별화 및 비용우위와 서비스 품질이 도입성과에 종속관계, 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 차별화 나 비용우위전략은 재무적 성과에는 선행연구 결과를 지지하고 있다. 하지만 차별화 전략에서는 비재무적 관점에서만 유의하였다. 둘째, 차별화와 비용우위 전략은 서비스 품질 요인 확신성만 재무적 성과가 있고 나머지 서비스 품질은 도입 성과에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 컨설팅 서비스 품질의 매개효과 분석은 차별화나 비용우위 전략 경로에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 결론적으로 시스템 구축은 구축 전략으로는 재무적 관점에서 차이가 있으며, 서비스 품질 요인에서는 공급업체가 제공하는 확신성 즉 지식 및 확신과 믿음을 줄 수 있는 능력에 영향이 있다.

  • 최근 물류환경은 고객 요구의 다양화, IT 기술의 발전 및 기업경영의 글로벌화 등으로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 특히 글로벌 물류로 인해 생산과 소비의 거리가 멀어짐에 따라 물류 비용 절감 방안은 기업의 경쟁력 확보에 절대적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 기업은 물류 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 기업내에서 분산된 자원을 효율적으로 통합관리하기 위해 전사적 자원관리 프로그램인 ERP가 기업경쟁력 확보를 위한 새로운 도구로 주목받게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 수주업무, 구매업무, 생산관리, 품질관리 및 남품 관리를 체계적이고 효율적으로 제공하는 물류 ERP의 구축 방안을 제안한다.

  • Purpose: Existing precedent studies include success factors of individual management innovation activities constantly. However, those studies have limitations about the common key success factors of individual management innovation activities. Methods: For this study, we investigate the key success factors using literature research of the most typical management innovation activities adopted and implemented by many companies in Korea, such as 6sigma, TQM, Lean 6sigma, ERP, TPM, BPR, Project Management, System Engineering. Factors emerging repeatedly was combined into common factors and inherent factors that are necessary for the success of individual management innovation activities are designated to essential factors. Results: 'Essential factors for Six Sigma' consist of 5 items. Black belt operating system, personnel management system linkage, the correct management of the data, perform improvement projects associated with financial performance financial result, linked to financial performance improvement project, project progress management. 'Essential factors of TQM' are arranged 4 items. Quality team's independence and role, goal-setting, Quality Information System, corporate's philosophy of quality first. 'Essential factors of Lean Six Sigma' are the selection of value stream which is based on the customer needs and the value creation and identify the project based on the selected value in the company. 'Essential factors of ERP' are investigated 6 items. Ongoing system maintenance and upgrades, the measurement and support of user satisfaction, the operating systems and the policies for the maintenance, IT infrastructure, change adaption condition monitoring, focusing on improving business performance. 'Essential factors for TPM' are arranged 4 items. Motivated and energetic Bottom-Up, CEO's recognition of the importance facility management, long-term perspective of necessity and ongoing patience. 'Essential factors for BPR' are the pursuit of change process and the staff's sense of crisis management. 'Essential factors for Project Management' are the strategy that reduce the risk management skills through risk management and the understanding and organized management for the project participant's needs. 'Essential factors for System Engineering' consist of 2 items. The first is the design for the best balanced system with pre-analysis about the compromise the cost, schedule and the performance. The second is the analysis of large problem into small problems which can solved. We have found the solution considering components of the interface through the systematic perspective. Conclusion: Common factors and essential factors presented in this study will properly help to introduce the individual management innovation activities for the each business sector and implement management innovation. After this study, new literature research that reflect new studies should accomplish steadily.
