  • Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external business such as trade and communication sector. And then, in this paper, I will think about OLTP (On-Line Transaction Processing) system for operating ERP system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. But it is regrettable that I can not make a comparative analysis with other systems because the ERP system is still on the introductory stage for the company studies and the benefits have not been realized yet. Another limitation of this research is its narrow scope of study in which only the raw material inventory system for a single company is covered. In the future, however, ERP system would be adopted by many corporations, which would help us to launch a comparative study on the results of ERP system implementation as a future direction of research.

  • In this study, an overall survey of ERP system and methodology are first introduced, then an efficient way of const겨cting ERP system is suggested through a case study on S company S company has not reached the goal of ERP system as it planned and is still working on the project. The main idea for the efficient construction methodology of ERP system is that BPR (Business Process Reengineering) should be accomplished and the company should have enough time to test the ERP package and a proper ERP team organization before the ERP system is introduced. It is suggested that introduction of ERP system bring about benefits to companies in terms of effective management system.

  • Recently, the Korean Hotel market has expanded to Asia rapidly including China. However Korean hotels' competitiveness has weaken with Korean won's appreciation and increasing real estate cost. To cope with these problems, Korean hotels are varying and differentiating their services and adopting advanced information system such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) System. ERP Systems requires large amount of cost and time, otherwise successful implementation is not guaranteed. Thus, It is necessary to analyze critical success factors and calculate effect before investment on the ERP system implementation. In this study, I surveyed a Five-star ranked Hotel, named R. To find a method of investment effect calculation. This research is conducted on the basis of previous studies and AHP(analytic hierarchical process), which is suggested by Saaty. Finally, This study presents a significant method of analysis and calculation on investment effect of Hotel's ERP system based on the Hotel R's case.

Cultural difference creates a difference in the attitudes and relationships of members of company. and, Cultural difference produce differences in organizational culture and operating principles. Cultural differences can mention the differences in the cultures of East and West, and can mention the difference between each country within the same culture. In the paper, we determine the impact of cultural differences on the implementation of the ERP System. Cultural differences affect the implementation process and the decision-making process, user interface.

  • Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays, Although most companies had provious good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in many case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and re source. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.
