In 1990s, many organizations recognized the ERR system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integrating and managing enterprise resources. These organizations tried to implement the ERP system to hold the competitive advantage. And the ERP system leads to business process reengineering. So it is important to consider both organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process. This study is examined in detail about organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process, seeks how the difference of these factors related to the ERP success. The sampled companies implemented the ERP system by using the different ERP implementation approaches. This study provides that the ERP implementation approach differs from organizational environmental characters, and change management tactics are different according to the ERP implementation approaches. But, some change management factors are important regardless of the ERP implementation approaches. This study also provides the effects on EPR performance through the change management. The study is of service to the organizations implementing ERP and provides practical contribution for managing organizational changes.

경영환경의 변화에 대한 기업의 대처능력이 곧 생존에 직결되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대한 해결책으로 통합업무 프로세스를 지향하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 통하여 경쟁력을 강화하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 ERP는 적용상의 어려움과 실제 업무와의 차이점으로 인하여 막대한 노력을 들이고도 성공적으로 업무에 활용되지 못하는 사례가 많은 실정이다. 특히 건설업의 경우는 주문생산 방식의 프로젝트 특성 및 영세한 외주업체와 협업해야 하는 환경요인으로 인해 전산환경과 정보화에 많은 제약사항들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업체 D사의 예를 들어 건설업 ERP 패키지를 도입하여 업무 개선에 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 건설사 고유 업무인 공사관리 업무 및 일반관리 업무를 대상으로 현행 프로세스를 진단하고 문제점을 도출하였으며 ERP의 Best Practice를 바탕으로 프로세스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 회사는 ERP와 유기적으로 연결된 개선안의 추진을 통해 지속적인 경영혁신 활동의 토대를 구축하였으며 이에 따른 정성적, 정량적인 성공요인을 분석하였다.

The rapid development of information technology and emergence of the internet have created a borderless business environment and intensified market competition. Riding on the globalization trend, companies have been gradually leveraging information technology in order to shorten their manufacturing processes, enhance productivity with lower costs and prompt delivery to meet the customers' needs. To achieve these targets and maintain competitive advantage, companies have been introducing enterprise resource planning (ERP). This study distributed and collects the questionnaire which is suitable for the research goals during 25 days from march 12th, 2012, to April 6th, 2012. Totally 226 employees answer the questionnaires by the method of direct visiting interview. The results are as follows; In the relationship between management performance and ERP-introducing factors, the moderating effect of internal performance has significant influence by statistical analysis. Our findings suggest that a better understanding of the contribution of ERP systems to business performance and introducing ERP system.

본 논문은 중소기업의 ERP 도입에 있어서 성공과 실패를 결정짓는 핵심요소들 중에서 시스템 변화관리의 중요성을 파악하기 위해서 조직요인, 외부환경요인, 시스템 변화요인 그리고 ERP의 성과 간에 구조적인 모형을 설계하고 연구를 하고 있다. 연구는 현재 연구의 모형이 설계되어 설문지 회수가 완료되어 기초적인 분석이 완료된 상태이며, AMOS를 사용하여 분석을 시작 하였다. 연구의 결과가 나오면 학문적인 측면과 실제적인 측면에서 몇 가지의 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study derives the critical success factors through discussion of expert group in operation stage of ERP system that is suggested by the prior study. Relative importance of the derived critical success factors are analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the first layer of the hierarchy, organizational/ human resource factors are appeared to be the most important factors. In the second layer of the hierarchy, CEO support is evaluated as the most important success factor considering the weight of the 1st layer of the hierarchy followed by process optimization, change management, support of the operation department, and maintenance of process innovation organization. This study suggests that, in order to maximize the introducing effect, continuous support and attention of management is not the only requirement. Proper change management to handle the internal environment change caused by the introduction of the ERP system, support of operation department dedicated to ERP system, and separate department for continuous innovation of process are also required.

To achieve this study, this study divide success factors of ERP implementation into organizational, environmental and information and group system information characteristics into form, content, source and supply frequency of information and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance(user satisfaction). After selecting 250 SMBs in sample, this study use 79 questionaires for analysis. And all SMBs which was sampled in this study are manufacturing companies and don't consider respondent's position. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of a fit between organizational factors and system information characteristics on system performance. Second, there is a positive effect of a fit between environmental factors and system information characteristics on system performance. and third, there is positive effect of a fit between information factors and system information characteristics on system performance.

Mega-Competition으로 심화된 경영환경은 기업에 압박요인으로 작용하고 있다 따라서 기업은 경영환경변화에 대응하여 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 방안으로 BPR을 추진하게 되었다. 그러나 정보기술을 이용해 기업구조를 혁신적으로 변화시키는 것은 정보기술의 급속한 발전과 조직 변화로 어려움에 직면하게 되었고, 이의 해결책으로 전사적 입장에서 정보기술을 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 ERP시스템이 출현하게 되었다. 본 연구는 기업혁신의 추진도구로서 각광받고 있는 ERP 시스템의 기본개념을 정립하고 주성공요인을 식별하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

최근 ERP Package를 도입하여 정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이것은 기업간의 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 있는 기업경영적 환경과 정보기술적 환경의 급속한 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 BPR을 성공적으로 추진함에 있어서 ERP는 핵심도구로 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 최고경영자에게 유용한 정보를 적시에 전달하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 의사결정을 지원하는 정보시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 외국의 ERP 도입 실태에 비하여, 국내에서는 그 수와 질에 있어서 초보단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 방대한 ERP패키지의 내용 중에서도 중소기업 특히 매출액500억 미만의 제조업 체를 위하여 기업 실정에 맞고 자금에 부담을 느끼지 않을 정도에 투자로 최적에 환경과 최소에 비용으로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 중소제조업을 위한 전사적 자원관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 다음 기술적인 요인과 업무적인 요인 등으로 인한 문제점을 분석하여, 중소기업의 정보화 인프라 구축에 대하여 연구하였다.

생산, 연구개발, 디자인, 마케팅, 재무관리 등 기업의 주요 기능이 지리적으로 전 세계에 흩어져 있는 글로벌 기업에 있어서 기업 전체를 관리하고 통제하는 일은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 특히, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 표준화된 글로벌 업무 처리 프로세스를 전 세계에 공통으로 적용하기를 원하는 반면, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 ERP를 이미 지역별 공장에 구현한 상태에서 글로벌 통합 ERP시스템을 구현하고자 하는 상황에 있다. 본 논문은 첫째, 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐 설계와 선택에 있어서 고려해야 하는 환경 요인과 내부 요인들에 어떤 것들이 있는가 살펴보고, 둘째, 이러한 요인을 고려하여 가장 적절한 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐를 구성하는 프레임워크을 제시하고자 한다. 글로벌 기업의 통합 ERP 구축 사례, 솔루션 업체에서 제공하는 권장 안, 기존 논문에서의 분석 결과를 참조하여 전략 프레임워크을 제공하고자 한다.

The adoption of ERP systems is most important factor for the competitive advantages which can be achieved by the business process improvement of the company. In the Korean business environment, achieving competitive advantages become more important after financial crisis in 2009. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors (organizational characteristics, number of years after implementing ERP systems) affecting the ERP adoption effect and to suggest the direction for improving this effect. This study presents the organizational characteristics(Strategic alignment, CEO support, changement management effect) affecting the ERP adoption effect and suggest the direction to improve the corporate performance in the ERP systems.
