현재 국내외 많은 업체들이 ERP패키지를 선보이고 있다. 그러나 국내 기업들과 ERP공급업체에 따르면 구축된 ERP로 인해 재무회계, 관리 부문에서는 어느 정도 효과를 거두고 있으나 생산 및 출고 등 물류와 관계된 자동화 부문에서는 미흡한 효용성을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유류업체의 특성에 맞는 전사적자원관리 시스템을 개발하여 유류중소업체에서 연구개발에 필요한 여러 가지 정보인 사회적인 시세, 특정 기능의 제품에 대한 선호도, 물품 만족도 등 고객에 대한 정보가 통계적으로 반영될 수 있도록 하였다.

XML/EDI는 레거시 시스템들(ERPs)을 연계하는 방법을 제공하고 있다. XML/EDI 시스템이 하나의 메시지를 보낼 때, 이는 레거시 시스템으로부터 컨텐츠를 가져온다. 마찬가지로 ERP 시스템이 하나의 메시지를 받을 때 중요한 정보들이 받은 곳의 레거시 시스템에 저장된다. RosettaNet이 XML/EDI의 유망한 표준으로 부상됨에 따라, RosettaNet는 ERP를 연계하는 중요한 도구로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RosettaNet의 PIP 3A4(주문관리)를 사용한 프로토타입을 구현하여 RosettaNet이 ERP시스템들을 연계하는데 훌륭히 사용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.

중소기업이 업무 통합 시스템인 ERP패키지를 구입하여 이를 자사에 커스터마이징하는 비용은 과도하다. 본 논문에서는 스프레드시트 수준에서 처리하고 있는 중소기업의 업무를 통합하여 신속, 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 ERP수준의 전산시스템을 웹에 기반하여 설계하고 구현한다. 먼저, 각종 업무에서 사용되는 스프레드시트를 분석하여 통합 데이터베이스를 설계/구축하고, 구축된 데이터베이스와 연동을 갖는 업무 관리프로그램을 설계/구현한다. 개발된 시스템은 각 업무간에 완벽한 통합성을 제공하고, 인터넷상에서 사용 할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

국내 조선산업의 전체 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 조선소 뿐만 아니라 후방 산업인 조선기자재 업체들도 ERP 시스템을 통한 경영효율화를 달성해야만 한다. 그러나 조선기자재 업체들은 규모의 영세성과 주문생산 산업이라는 특성으로 인해서 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축사례는 거의 보고되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조선기자재 업체인 K업체를 대상으로 ERP 시스템 구축에 대한 심층적 사례분석을 시도하였다. 특히 ERP 시스템 구축 단계를 사전준비 단계, 구현 단계, 정착 안정화 단계로 구분하고, 각 단계에서 중요한 성공요인들을 도출하였다. K업체의 ERP 시스템은 현업에서 성공적으로 운영되고 있으며, 이를 통해서 정성적 정량적 성과가 크게 개선되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해서 ERP시스템 개발을 준비 중인 조선기자재 업체뿐만 아니라 중소기업 IT화 지원 사업을 지원하는 관리자들에게도 실무적 지침을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 사용자 정보와 입력 정보를 스마트 폰을 통해 E-paper 디스플레이에 출력하는 디지털 도어사인 시스템을 제안하고, 프로토타입 구현 결과를 보인다. 제안한 시스템은 도어사인 표준양식 이미지의 특정 좌표에 ERP로부터 추출한 사용자 정보를 병합한 중간게시물을 생성하고, 스마트 폰을 통해 입력한 정보를 중간게시물에 추가하여 최종게시물을 생성한다. 생성된 최종게시물 이미지는 BLE 통신 방식으로 E-paper 기반의 디지털 도어사인으로 송신되어 출력된다. 제안한 시스템은 ERP 시스템과 연동되어 연구실, 사무실 등의 점유자의 기본 정보가 자동으로 입력되기 때문에, 사용자는 공지사항 등의 간단한 내용만을 입력하여 도어사인을 갱신할 수 있다. 제안한 시스템의 프로토타입은 전기영동방식의 4.3인치 E-paper 디스플레이를 이용하여 구현하였다.

The major purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the implementation performance of ERP Systems from an integrated viewpoint. For this purpose, a research model is developed based on the literature reviews of ERP systems, contingency theory, and change management theory. The research model proposed fifteen variables as the factors influencing the implementation performance in the ERP systems. The data have been collected from the 164 enterprises which implemented ERP systems at least one year ago. The respondents were person in charge of ERP system of each corporation. The results of hypothesis testing through multiple regression analysis are summarized as follows. Firstly, standardization of work, concentration of decision making, top management concern and support, real user participation, project support goodness, ease of use, and system usefulness have positive influence upon non-financial performance. Secondly, market uncertainty, industrial competition, project support goodness, and customization minimization have positive influence upon financial performance. From the analysis, this research have identified important characteristics for the successful implementation of ERP systems. Consequently, this research ends with managerial and theoretical implications of the study results, as well as limitations and future research directions.

The purpose of this research is to identify a mediating effect of change management activity(CMA) on the relationships between the role of participants of ERP implementation and system performance. In this paper the role of participants are composed of top's management, user's participation, project manager's skill. Also this research organized ERP system performance into the three dimensions(adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, individual's performance). The major results of this research can be summarized as follow; project manager's role, top management's involvement, and users' participation in ERP project directly affect CMA of system implementation process and have influence system performance through CMA too. CMA also has a positive effect on a series of system performance, that is, adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, and individual's performance. In conclusion, the role of participants have an considerable influence upon system performance through CMA. This research makes certain that a mediating effect of CMA between the role of participants and system performance exists. Therefore, the companies implementing ERP must consider CMA.

This study identified CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for successful ERP system implementation in small and medium firms, and empirically tested relationship between CSFs and user performance. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & fax to 142 firms that have implemented ERP systems. Out of 52 responded questionnaires, 46 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPSSWin8.0. CEO's participation, vendor support & service, securing human resources, effective use of software, and hardware capacity were identified as CSFs from factor analysis. Among those factors, vendor support & service and effective use of software were related to user performance, and the relationship was shown to be statistically significant. Study results also showed that user performance of ERP system was significantly different among those surveyed firms when ERP system package products were used as a simple proxy measure of independent variable.

본 논문의 목적은 기존의 연구에서 ERP 시스템 구축성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 제시되었던 관리적, 기술적, 인적자원 및 조직문화적 요인 등 제반 영향요인들을 통합하여, ERP시스템 구축의 주요성공 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로서는, 첫째, 기존의 연구에서 ERP시스템 구축성과에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들을 종합적으로 고찰한 결과 33가지 성공요인을 도출하였다 또한, 도출된 성공요인을 사전 준비단계, 구현단계, 정착 안정화단계별로 구분하여 제시하였다. 둘째, ERP시스템 구축단계별 성공요인들이 ERP시스템 구축전략 유형에 따라서 시스템 구축성과와 상이한 상관관계를 갖는지를 검증하였다. 그 결과 BPR실시시기에 따라 일부 성공요인들이 성과변수와 상이한 상관관계를 나타냈다.

본 연구는 비디오 스킴의 자동 생성을 위한 비디오 요약 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 평가하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 ERP(Event Related Potentials) 기반의 주제 적합성 모형, MMR(Maximal Marginal Relevance) 기법 및 판별분석기법을 사용하여 구현하였다. 제안한 ERP/MMR 기반 알고리즘을 이용하여 구성한 비디오 스킴의 품질과 유용성을 내재적 및 외재적 평가를 통해서 검증하였다. 내재적 및 외재적 평가에서 ERP/MMR 방법들의 평가 점수들은 각각 경쟁 기준으로 사용한 SBD(Shot Boundary Detection) 방법의 평가 점수 보다 유의미한 차이를 보이며 높게 나왔다. 그러나 이 두 평가에서 ERP/MMR(${\lambda}=0.6$) 방법의 평가 점수와 ERP/MMR(${\lambda}=1.0$) 방법의 평가 점수 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다.
