  • Currently, the domestic recycle rate of ELV parts is about 3%. The reason of the row rate of it is due to that consumer can not obtain the needed ELV parts. In order to supply the good parts to consumer. the equipment of the ELV disassembly is required. This research is to developed the lifter for ELV disassembly by considering the references such as the disassembly tool and equipment of the domestic and foreign ELV disassembly company.

  • ELV 리싸이클링비율 95% 달성을 탐색하기 위하여 리싸이클링비율의 정의, 자동차의 구성자료, 최근의 해체공정 개발 및 ASR 재활용의 현황을 조사하였다. 그리고 인천폐차사업소와 H폐차사업소의 해체현황을 실사하였다. 해체기술의 개발에 의하여 해체공정에서 94%의 물질재활용율에 근접하고 있으나 ASR의 리싸이클링은 시멘트업계의 사용금지 이후 처리 행방이 모호한 상태이다. 즉 ELV 리싸이클링비율 95% 달성에 ASR 리싸이클링이 걸림돌로 작용하고 있으므로 ASR 에너지 재활용을 적극 추진해야 한다.

  • 1982년에 폐차제도가 도입되고, 1987년에는 자동차관리법이 제정되어, 우리나라 폐차업은 폐차(ELV)의 회수체계 및 등록말소 등에는 다른 나라에서 볼 수 없는 우수한 시스템을 갖추고 있다. 그리고 현재 폐차는 유상으로 시장경제원리에 의해서 처리되 있다. 그러나 폐차의 자원으로서의 인식과, 재활용율의 제고 그리고 환경성을 감안한 폐기물의 적정처리에 있어서는 규제와 노력이 미흡한 현황임을 부정할 수 없다. 한편, 정부에서는 지금 자동차리싸이클링에 관한 법률을 제정 중에 있다. 이 시점에 즈음하여 필자는 자동차리싸이클링에 관계되는 법 제도의 변천, 폐자동차의 리싸이클링 현황과 문제점을 정리하고자 하였다. 그리고 한국적 자동차리싸이클링 모델의 골격을 제시하여, 우리나라 자동차리싸이클링산업의 건전한 발전을 추구하였다.

  • Until tile 1980s, the disposal of End of Life Vehicles (ELV) was considered unproblematic in Japan, Korea. and Taiwan. But in recent years, as environmental problems have attracted increasing attention. the processing oi ELV has become one of the most critical environmental issues. Discarded ELV represent a serious source of waste generation and pollution. In this paper, I will analyze the ELV problem from three view points: 1) ELV abandoned in the environment; 2) Significant environmental hazards caused by dismantling operations; and 3) Problems of how to deal with Automobile Shredder Residue (ASR).

  • This paper discuss basic functional construction and plant layout of a ELV dismantling system that can maximize the reusability of tarts and the recoverability of materials by dismantling ELV rationally and efficiently. "Island" type was selected for the system configuration considering processing amount, economical efficiency, and effectiveness. The system is supported by the information system, and composed of dismantling stations and handling equipments. The layout of the stations was determined after simulation and optimization using commercial software package, Arena and OptQuest. The objective of the optimization was maximum profit while the system capacity is considered as constraint. The environmental load of ELV can be minimized when the composition and function of each station are embodied in detail and the system is interfaced with shredding operation.

  • ELV 및 E-waste의 재자원화기술은 일본과 한국이 대동소이하나 일본과 비교해서 한국이 개선해야할 몇 가지 과제(개선책)를 지니고 있다. ELV에 있어서는 잠재성 오염물질(프레온가스, 에어백, ASR)의 처리가 불충분하다. ASR 70% 이상의 리싸이클링 없이는 ELV 재활용율 95% 달성은 불가능하다. E-waste에 있어서는 리싸이클링 산업체간의 심한 기술수준 격차를 평균화해야 한다. 또 투명한 유통경로와 리싸이클링 처리량의 향상을 위한 처리시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 일본의 정부 주도 리싸이클링 대형프로젝트는 좁은 분야로 집중되어 있고, 산업체의 참여비중이 높다.

  • Today, due to the development of the industrial society, the need for sustainable research and development for energy depletion and environmental protection is increasing. Among sustainable research, remanufacturing is an ideal way to meet environmental and economic aspects. In this paper, we investigated the End-of-Life Vehicle(ELV) in order to find the recovery method of the core which is the preceding stage of remanufacturing. The number of End-of-Life Vehicle is increasing year by year, but the core recovery rate from ELV is still low. Therefore, a methodology to determine the disassembly priority of each part is proposed to increase the core recovery rate. Based on the analysis Table through the disassembly process, the decision rule was selected and the weighted score evaluation Table was completed to complete the disassembly priority system. Finally, evaluation was made on gasoline vehicles to determine priorities.

일본의 자동차 리싸이클 기술동향 (Technology Trends of Recycling for ELV in Japan)

  • In the last year, the number of registered vehicles in Korea surpassed the 15 million mark, and increase in number continuously. Nowdays, this tendency has raised some problems inevitably in the view of expansion of ELV(End of Life Vehicles) and earth environment pollution resulted from it. A foreign country is strengthening law about a car recycling for to solve this problem. Car recycling technology in Japan was introduced in this paper.

  • In the last year, the number of registered vehicles in Korea surpassed the 14 million mark, and increase in number continuously. Nowdays, this tendency has raised some problems inevitably in the view of expansion of ELV and earth environment pollution resulted from it. Currently, the domestic recycle rate of ELV is about 75%. the reason of the row rate of it is due to that dismantling company can not obtain the needed recycling technology. State of art for recycling technology of ELV in domestic & foreign was introduced.
