본 연구에서는 2004년 4월 1일부터 시행된 EBS 수능 강의에 대한 객관적인 분석을 위해 EBS의 협조를 얻어 EBS 수능 강의 시스템에 실제로 누적된 데이터를 분석하였다. 즉, 강좌 개설 현황이나 강사 배치 현황, 회원 현황 등을 분석하였고, 강좌 이용 현황을 연도별로 구분하여 분석하였다. 또한, 사설 온라인 학원의 수강료와 비교하여 EBS 수능 강의 이용에 대한 경제적 가치를 추산하였다. 아울러, 게시판 이용 현황을 분석하여 상담원 배치의 적절성을 진단하였으며, 2008년 새 대입제도 도입에 따른 EBS의 대응 방안을 진단하기 위해 논술 이용 현황 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 EBS 수능 강의가 보다 활성화되기 위한 개선 방안을 다양하게 제시하였다.

본 연구는 P광역시 S초등학교 6학년 40명의 학생들을 대상으로 EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업이 초등학생들의 환경감수성과 환경책임행동에 미치는 영향을 알아본 것이다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업이 초등학생들의 환경감수성을 유의미하게 향상 시키는 것으로 나타났다. EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업이 학교라는 공간적 제약을 넘어 전 세계적으로 지구시민들이 환경문제에 관심을 갖고 있으며 환경문제를 해결하기 위하여 노력한다는 점을 알려준다는 점과, EBS 교육방송 환경 콘텐츠에서 제안하는 환경 문제를학습자가 자신의 문제로 삼아 기쁨, 슬픔, 분노, 두려움, 기대감이라는 정서적인 측면을 기르고, 더 나아가 일상생활, 학교생활에서 환경 문제를 찾아보고 친환경 행동에 참여, 실천하면서 환경감수성이 길러졌다고 생각된다. 둘째, EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업이 초등학생들의 환경책임행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업이 지식전달에서 그치는 것이 아닌 환경과 관련된 시민적 행동, 교육적 행동, 경제적 행동, 신체적 행동, 설득적 행동으로 연결되는 학습을 제안한다는 점과 실천에 참여한 학생들이 서로 자신의 의견과 생각을 나눠보는 시간을 가짐으로써 환경에 대한 책임감이 길러졌다고 판단된다. 셋째, EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업에 참여한 학생들의 수업 만족도, 흥미도, 참여도를 분석한 결과 연구집단 20명의 학생들 중 80%의 학생들이 만족했으며, 90%의 학생들이 수업이 흥미로웠다고 답했다. 또한 수업의 참여도를 묻는 질문에도 85%의 학생들이 열심히 참여했다고 답했다. 학생들이 지식으로만 환경문제를 접하고 끝내는 수업이 아니라 서로의 생각을 나누고, 행동에 변화를 주면서 환경문제에 자신이 직접 참여하고 있음을 알게 하였기에 EBS 프로그램을 활용한 환경수업에 대한 학생들의 평가가 높게 나타났다고 생각된다.

Ellerman bombs(EB) are small-scale bright features observed best in the wings of H alpha line. We used the Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph(FISS) with the 1.6m New Solar Telescope at Big Bear Solar Observatory, in order to investigate characteristics of each EB. We analyzed H alpha line profiles of EBs, and classified EBs by their contrast profiles. To analyse characteristics of EBs, we applied power-law fitting ($C={\alpha}{\Delta}{\lambda}^{-n}$) to the EB contrast profiles. The amplitude ${\alpha}$ is a measure of the strength of an EB event (or the amount of released energy), and the power-law index n is a measure of spatial concentration of energy in the higher layers of the solar atmosphere. With the two parameters, we classified EBs into a few groups. We try to understand the physical properties of each group.

This study aims to investigate how the EBS English (EBSe) After-School program has been implemented in after-school classrooms. It also aims to examine the needs of the teachers and the students involved in the program, as well as their evaluation of the program itself to date. The EBSe After-School program has recently been launched and used in public school contexts less than a year. Thus, it is necessary to examine ways how the EBSe After-School program has been applied in real after-schools; and how the program has been perceived by the people engaged. The study was conducted in 19 elementary schools and 12 middle schools, which ran their after-school classes utilizing the EBSe program. Questionnaires were given to the 52 teachers and 1,258 students using the program. In addition to the questionnaires, syllabi and lesson plans of the after-school classes have also been inspected. The study finds that, despite overall satisfaction with the program, only a small portion of students participated in the after-school classes. Another finding of the study is that there was much difference in the way of implementing the program between the elementary and middle schools. Finally, the study makes some suggestions for improving the program.

본 연구에서는 지역아동센터라는 경제적 빈곤과 교육의 사각지대에 놓인 저소득층 아동 청소년의 자기 주도적 수학학습 능력을 함양하기 위한 방법으로 EBS 콘텐츠의 활용이 저소득층 아동 청소년의 자기 주도적 수학학습 능력을 함양하는데 어떻게 영향을 주는가를 알아본다. EBS 동영상과 학습자의 수준에 맞춘 수준별 학습 자료를 이용한 자기 주도적 수학학습 프로그램이 청소년들에게 수학에 대한 적극적인 학습 태도를 갖게 해 주며, 수학 개념 형성을 용이하게 해 주며, 의사소통능력과 인격함양에 도움을 주며, 수준별 학습을 강화시켜 주고 문제해결력을 신장시키고 스스로 객관적 평가를 할 수 있도록 하여 자기 주도적 수학학습에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 본 연구의 과정과 내용 및 결과물을 통하여 확인하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 EBS 라디오 '어른을 위한 동화' 프로그램의 그림책 콘텐츠와 청취자를 위한 전략을 분석하여 책 읽어주기 방송 프로그램들의 콘텐츠 선정과정과 매체 전달 전략의 개선점을 마련하는 일에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 최근 6개월 간 방송된 그림책 콘텐츠 129권을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석도구는 니콜라예바의 사회 미학적 접근방법에서 바라본 문학 외적, 내적 요소들이었으며 분석방법은 양적, 질적 분석이었다. 우선 문학적 요소들이 현대 문학 이론의 흐름을 잘 반영하면서 특정 관점에 대한 편향 없이 균형 있게 반영되어 나타났는가를 양적으로 분석하였다. 이차적으로 청취자를 위한 매체 전달 전략을 매체 미학적 관점에서 질적으로 분석하여 주제화하였다. 그 결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 문학 외적으로는 특정 시대, 저자배경, 출판사, 장르 편중현상이 드러났다. 문학 내적 요소 분석의 결과는 대체적으로 현대 문학의 흐름과 경향을 잘 반영하는 그림책들이 선정되었음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 시각 매체를 청각 매체로 전환하여 전달하는 과정에서 여러 가지 전달 매체 전략을 구사하고 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 본 연구는 이 프로그램이 청취자들에게 풍성한 문학적 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 기존의 도서선정 관행을 개선하고 매체 전달 효과들을 더욱 세련된 전략으로 연출함으로써 디지털 시대의 경쟁력 있는 서사매체로 거듭나야 함을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to further develop the strategies using EBS clipbank service and investigate the their effects of the science academic emotion on the student's attitude toward science. Clipbank is service for educational purpose. EBS provides clipbank that holds about 210,000 video clips made from EBS programs. Two class of 6th grade were selected and instructed. Implementing and using the teaching strategies, a test was administered to examine the science academic emotion of the students effects using clipbank teaching. It had two rounds for inspection about operation of the strategies with curriculum. In the second research, by re-supplying a more sophisticated program strategy from first in putting feedback. The result of analyzing the test was as follows. First, elementary teachers can be used in class to take advantage of a variety of educational materials clipbank contents. Result of teachers survey, clipbank teaching was effective and teachers who using clipbank service will be the continue utilize clipbank. Second, the strategy for using clipbank teaching was effective on student's science academic emotion. And strategy was effective significantly different depending on gender. In conclusion, the strategy for using clipbank teaching, made students feel that learning science was interesting. A lot of reseaches give that science can provide the ideas as a metheod to educational web-sites, educational web-sites can provide creative ideas to science learning strategy, but it is still lacking that research can be applied to education specifically on how to. This study will help elementary teachers adjust teaching to help students learn science with positive emotions.

The EBS teaching coaching program, '선생님이 달라졌어요' broadcasted about 30 dramatic teaching improvement cases. The TV program has gained great attention and been used widely as a good example for making some meaningful improvements in teaching. However, there has not been an attempt to research and gather the series beyond the individual coaching examples for the viewers (mainly teachers) to obtain more comprehensive educational insights of the results. This study, therefore, reviews the program and conveys how the overall coaching actually took place, examines changes in classrooms, and discusses the implications the results with theoretical foundations. The researcher selected 12 teachers' coaching cases among 30 ones. Then the reviewers reviewed the program with the 6 categories. According to the results, the coaching took place 6-8 months for each individual teacher. The common difficulty teachers shared was a big gap between teachers' effort for teaching versus 'students problematic behaviors' in class. The overall direction for the coaching solution was 'to improve the relationship with students' first rather than to mainly focus on teaching the content. Students changed and actively participated in the learning process when teachers improved their relationships with the students. The researcher discussed how building good relationships with students greatly affects the improvement in teaching with the 'Needs Hierarchy' and 'Brain Science' theories.

본 연구는 다문화 가정 내의 고부갈등을 심화시키는 '갈등대화'를 통해 다문화 가정 내의 고부 간 '의사소통'의 유형을 보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 3편의 EBS '다문화 고부열전' 에피소드를 모니터링 하고, 대화 내용을 기록하여 융복합적 분석을 하였다. 분석한 결과 다문화 가정 내의 고부 간 대화에서 '역기능적 의사소통' 유형이 나타났으며, 이런 의사소통의 유형은 고부갈등을 더욱 심화시키고 있었다. 따라서 다문화 가정 내 고부갈등을 완화하기 위해서 순기능적 의사소통을 위한 융복합적 상담 프로그램 개발 및 가족 상담 필요성을 제언하였다.

이 연구는 2004년 방송 이후, EBS의 대표적인 프로그램으로 자리 잡은 <지식채널(e)>를 미디어 텍스트로 보고, 그 구성방법과 사회적 의미를 분석하기 위해 빌 니콜스의 '수사학'에 관한 논의를 바탕으로 연구를 수행하였다. 결과적으로 첫째, <지식채널(e)>는 한국 사회의 시의성 있는 주요 이슈를 대상으로 이와 관련된 '지식'을 동원하여 다큐멘터리라는 형식을 빌려 현실사회에 대한 적극적인 발언을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 이 프로그램은 의미발생과정에서 '수사학'이 중요한 역할을 하고 있는데, 비교적 짧은 텍스트임에도 불구하고 의미생산을 위한 '수사학적 과정'이 충실하게 반영되어 있다. 더구나 이 프로그램은 현실사회 이슈에 대한 적극적인 문제제기와 독특한 영상구성 방식을 채택하여 감성적 충격을 강화함으로써 새로운 의미생산 구조를 성공적으로 구현하고 있었다. 셋째, 이를 심층적으로 사회 문화적인 맥락에서 분석하면 <지식채널(e)>는 우리 사회의 지배적 이데올로기를 극복하고 새로운 이데올로기를 생성하는 이데올로기적 투쟁의 장을 형성하고 있을 뿐 아니라, 시청자들에게는 지배적 이데올로기를 뒤엎는 전복적 즐거움까지 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그런 배경에서 이 연구는 흔히 접할 수 있는 우리 주변의 '지식'이 나름대로의 정치성을 띠고 있으며, 특히 이 프로그램은 한국 방송 문화에서 중요한 문화정치적인 의미를 지닌 미디어 텍스트라는 점을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 이 프로그램은 '지식'을 매개로 '수사학적 과정'을 통해 현실 사회에 적극적인 발언을 수행함으로써 '지식저널리즘'의 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
