A Basic Study on the Standardization of Wheelchair for Adult (표준형 의자차 제작을 위한 20대 성인의 기초조사)

  • This study was conducted to investigate on the standardization of wheel chair for Korean in the twenties college students. Study population included 200 students in Andong junior college from September 25, 1996 to October 16, 1996. Basic measurements for wheel chair production were carried out A(from behind calf to rear of buttocks), B(from the popliteal fossa to the bottom of the heel), C(from the bottom of the elbow to the seating surface), D(from the seating surface from to midseapula), E(across the hip at widest point). The results are as follows. There was a statistical significance between male and female body dimension measurements in the A(p=0.0018), B(p=0.0001), E(p=0.0001), the other side not significance of C(p=0.1193), D(p=0.8467). The standard dimension of wheel chair included seat depth 40.6 cm, seat height 48.1 cm, arm height 25.8 cm, back height 35.7 cm, seat width 39.6 cm in the twenties male college students and in female case included seat depth 39.3 cm, seat height 45.2 cm, arm height 26.5 cm, back height 35.8 cm, seat width 41.2 cm.

Effectiveness of Clinical Examination for Detection of Dermatophagoides farinae Allergen Asthma Disease (북아메리카 집먼지진드기에 의한 알레르기 천식 환자에서 임상검사의 유용성)

  • To find out the effectiveness of clinical examination for detection of dermatophagoides farinae allergen asthma disease, 50 patients (control group) and 50 healthy persons matched by sex and age to the control group, were tested for allergen asthma. The results of the study follow. The ESR there was significantly different from the comparisons of the patients' normal reference values, 95.3 % in ESR, patient groups allergen asthma and heamatology values with control group. The ESR level of allergen asthma patients, $62.23{\pm}35.09$ mm/hr, was higher than that of the controls, $9.47{\pm}5.36$ mm/hr (p<0.001). The eosinophil count level of the patients, $370.65{\pm}365.45mm^3$, was higher than that of the controls with $171.99{\pm}131.80mm^3$ (p<0.001). The IgE level of the patients, $1137.79{\pm}784.69IU/ml$, was higher than that of the controls with $71.29{\pm}14.28 IU/ml$ (p<0.001).

  • 본 연구는 초등학생을 대상으로 전자교육 학습자의 학습이력에 따른 중도탈락 원인들을 규명하고 재수강 의사 결정에 차이를 보이는지 분석을 통해 학습자의 재수강을 높일 수 있는 방안을 검토하고 효율적인 전자교육 프로그램을 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 구체적으로는 초등 전자교육에서 학습이력별 중도탈락 원인을 규명하고 재수강 의사 결정에 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초등전자교육에서 학습자의 학습이력 중 특히 학습자의 이수율이 중도탈락율과 관련 있으며, 유의한 원인은 시간부족, 교육내용 방법 평가로 나타났다. 둘째, 시간이 부족하거나 교육내용 방법 평가 방법이 적절하지 않아 중도탈락한 학습자들의 50% 이상이 재수강 의사를 밝혔으며, 중도탈락 원인 중 학업능력은 재수강을 결정하는데 유의한 원인으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 중도 탈락자의 재수강을 유도하는 방안으로서는 초등 전자교육 수강자는 온라인 플래너를 활용하여 매일 1시간씩 학습 시간을 관리하는 것이 필요하며, 선행학습은 한 학기 전까지 다루는 것이 좋은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The growth of Sebastes alutus was studied by scale reading to check the change of growth rate at the early stage of life. Lee's phenomenon was recognized on the scale measurements except thc first ring radius. No evidence was found to support the change of growth rate at early stage. Von Bert-alanffy's growth equation was estimated with the back-calculated fork lengths, $1_t=357.8(1-e^{-0.6124(t+1.8566)}),\;and\;W_{\infty}=784.4g$

  • 수백여 종의 개별물질이 불완전 연소 혹은 유기물의 열분해로 인해 발생되는 다환방향족 탄화수소(PAHs)는 환경에서 중요한 오염원이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 바이오마커를 이용하여 수서생태계에 벤조피렌(benzo[a]pyrene)과 같은 다환방향족 탄화수소의 영향을 분석하였고, 이에 대한 통합적 결과 모델을 도출하였다. 즉, 잉어(Cyprinus carpio)를 이용하여 여러 농도의 벤조피렌(3, 12, $34{\mu}g/L$, 측정농도 기준)에 10일간 노출시킨 다음, DNA single-strand break, ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD), acetylcholine esterase (AChE)와 vitellogenin (VTG)의 농도를 측정하였다. 벤조피렌은 잉어의 DNA 손상을 유도하였고, 낮은 농도에서 EROD와 VTC의 유의적인 활성을 보였으나, 신경전달물질과 관련이 깊은 AChE 효소활성에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이 결과를 star plot를 이용하여 통합 및 분석하였으며, 노출농도에 따른 통합 반응지수(integrated biomarker response value: IBR)로 나타내었다. 이런 다양한 바이오마커의 결과들은 벤조피렌에 대한 어류의 영향과 수생태 모니터링 자료로 이용 가능할 것으로 여겨지며, 통합반응지수는 생태위해성평가에서 유용한 도구로 쓰일 가치가 있는 것으로 평가된다.

  • The p-n homo junction diode of the III-V ternary alloy semiconductor $In_{1-x}Ga_xP$ : S grown by the temperature gradient solution (TGS) was fabricated by Zn-diffusion, and it's characteristics was investigated. The carrier concentration of $In_{1-x}Ga_xP$ doped with sulfur, 0.5 mol %, was $1{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$ and the mobility was varied with the composition. In the case that the diffusion time was constant as 30 minutes. The temperature dependence of diffusion coefficient was decreased from D= $4.2{\times}10^{-5}$ exp (-1.74/$k_{B}T$) to D= $2.5{\times}10^{-5}$ exp (-3.272/$k_{B}T$) with increasing of composition $\times$ from 0.43 to 0.98. The major peak of E.L spectrum was due to D-A pair recombination and the peak intensity was increased with the increasing of input current. And the E.L intensity was decreased with the increasing temperature, and shift to the long wavelength. The luminescence efficiencies measured at $5^{\circ}C$, atmosphere temperature, was decreased from $2.6{\times}10^{-4}$% to $9.49{\times}10^{-6}$ % with increasing of composition it from 0.39, direct transition region, to 0.98, indirect transition region.

  • The most important reason for increasing web traffic and overloaded web servers is a dramatic growth of web users which leads to a great dissatisfaction of each individual user. For overcoming this situation, studies for an acceleration of web content have been conducted actively. We use web caching technology for reducing the load of the web system and traffic in the network. In this paper, we proposed a new web caching technology with the related web object which based on the unit of web processing and characteristics of the web object.   • Environment-friendly materials are increasingly used as building construction materials nowadays, and the market share of those is growing. Accordingly, the research and developments in terms of environmental value are progressing steadily now. The main characteristics of environmental products are far-infrared radiation, negative-ion emission, electromagnetic wave shielding, and antimicrobial property. These products are often used in mortar and as spray on the finishing material. Nevertheless, there are hardly any research on the functional properties of concrete, the main material in construction field. Thus, we evaluated such basic properties of concrete as slump, compressive strength and air content while using such functional materials as sericite, wood-pattern sandstone, carbon black and nano-metric silver solution to focus on their functional properties like far-infrared radiation, negative ion emission, electro magnetic wave shielding, and antimicrobial activity in this research. The results indicated that the most useful material in the functional materials was carbon black. Sericite and nano-metric silver solution had a little effect on the functional property. Moreover, although wood-pattern sandstone had very high functional property, it exhibited too low compressive strength to be applied, to concrete as a factory product. Antimicrobial property of nano-metric silver solution in the concrete was not clear demonstrated, but if these specimens were to be aged in $CO_2$ gas for a long time, it might be apparent.

Optimization of remote plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition oxide deposition process using orthogonal array table and properties (직교배열표를 쓴 remote-PECVD 산화막형성의 공정최적화 및 특성)

  • Optimum condition of remote plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using orthogonal array method was chosen. Characteristics of oxide films deposited by RPECVD with SiH$_{4}$ and N$_{2}$O gases were investigated. Etching rate of the optimized SiO$_{2}$ films in P-etchant was about 6[A/s] that was almost the same as that the high temperature thermal oxide. The films showed high dielectric breakdown field of more than 7[MV/cm] and a resistivity of 8*10$^{13}$ [.ohmcm] around at 7[MV/cm]. The interface trap density of SiO$_{2}$/Si interface around the midgap derived from the high frequency C-V curve was about 5*10$^{10}$ [/cm$^{2}$eV]. It was observed that the dielectric constant of the optimized SiO$_{2}$ film was 4.29.

  • In this paper, we propose a minimal power data path allocation algorithm for low power circuit design. The proposed algorithm minimizes switching activity for input variables in scheduled CDFG. Allocations are further divided into the tasks of register allocation and module allocation. The register allocation algorithm execute that it eliminate spurious switching activity in functional unit and minimize the numbers of multiplexer. Also, resource allocation method selects a sequence of operations for a module such that the switching activity is reduced. Therefore, the algorithm executes to minimize the switching activity of input values, sequence of operations and number of multiplexer. Experimental results using benchmarks show that power is reduction effect from 13% to 17% power consumption, when compared with the Genesis-lp high-level synthesis system.
