Currently, the government has been driving numerous projects to build the e-government which can enable limitless access and utilization of the information through the accomplishment of the real time based various administrative services. In water resource field, a project to generate digital river thematic maps has been undergoing as a part of the computerization projects. As a partial results, the RIMGIS project has been completed and generation of the various river thematic maps has been required to fully utilize the DB built from RIMGIS project. For the effective generation of the thematic maps, a data model needs to be developed. A data model has been developed in this study to provide more efficient method to generate the thematic maps utilizing existing DB. The data model proposed from this study has defined the relationships between core feature data and framework Data along with relationships among data elements to represent the rivers in the real world more accurately. The core feature data and framework layers have been defined based on the survey of the domestic and foreign case studies along with requirement analysis of the users in the water resource field. The proposed core feature data has been defined based on the minimum unit of 'class', and the relationship between classes has been established based on the ArcGIS Hydro Data Model for the integrated processing of the river information. The proposed spatial data model can be judged to contribute establishing more efficient generation methodology of the river thematic maps.

Health care marketing can be defined as a process of developing, promoting and administering health care services for the benefits of hospitals as well as consumers. Researchers have reported that one of the significant attributes in the selection of hospital is a client's perceived image of the hospitals. Especially the image of nursing services was one of the important factors of the hospital image. The main purposes of the study were 1) to define the positioning about 5 hospitals' image of nursing services. 2) to define the effects of image attributes to the iamage of hospital nursing services. Eighteen hundred questionnaires were distributed to the parents of middle schools and high schools in Seoul. Among them, 1340 cases were returned but 849 cases were turned out to be useful data and used in final analysis. In data analysis, $SPSS\;/PC^+$ and PC-MDS programs were used for descriptive statistics, multiple regression, and drawing perceptual maps. The image of hospital nursing services was measured developed by the author through literature review and content validation. Reliability coefficients was found to be statistically appropriate level of confidence(Cronbach's Alpha=.8617). The results were as follows : 3) The perceptual map shows that hospital A, B and C,D,E were divided into five groups(See Fig. 1). That is, hospital A, and B are located in a close position and hopital C & E are located at opposite position between X-axis, Hospital D was located in the middle area of the hospital C and:E. In conclusion, this research visiblely depicted perceptual maps using MDS of the consumer's image about hospital nursing services. Since hopital nursing services were differentiated by the image attributes in consumer's perception, the results of the study can help hospital managers plan marketing strategy according to their strong points or weak points. Because the necessity of marketing in recent health care was importantly recognized, this research which is adopting posititioning concept will contribute to the consumers and hospital organizations.

Thailand had set the National Water Management Strategy which covered main six areas in the next 12 years, i.e., by priority: (1) water for household, (2) water for agricultural and industrial production, (3) water for flood and drought management, (4) water for quality issue, (5) water from forest conservation and soil erosion protection, (6) water resources management. However due to the climate change impact, there is a question for all strategies is whether to complete this mission under future climate change. If the impact affects our target, we have to clarify how to mitigate or to adapt with it. Vulnerability assessment was conducted under the framework of ADB's (with the parameters of exposure, sensitivity and adaptive capacity) and the assessments were classified into groups due to their different characteristic and the framework of the National Water Management Strategy, i.e., water supply (rural and urban), water for development (agriculture and others), water disasters (floods (flash, overflow), drought, water quality). The assessments identified the parameters concerned and weight factors used for each groups via expert group discussions and by using GIS mapping technology, the vulnerability maps were produced. The maps were verified with present water situation data (floods, drought, water quality). From the analysis result of this water resources management strategy, we found that 30% of all projects face the big impacts, 40% with low impact, and 30% for no impact. It is clear that water-related agencies have to carefully take care approximately 70% of future projects to meet water resources management strategy. It is recommended that additional issues should be addressed to mitigate the impact from climate risk on water resource management of the country, i.e., water resources management under new risk based on development scenarios, relationship with area-based problems, priority definition by viewpoints of risk, vulnerability (impact and occurrence probability in past and future), water management system in emergency case and water reserve system, use of information, knowledge and technology in management, network cooperation and exchange of experiences, knowledge, technique for sustainable development with mitigation and adaptation, education and communication systems in risk, new impact, and emergency-reserve system. These issues will be described and discussed.

We define injective and projective representations of quivers with two vertices with n arrows. In the representation of quivers we denote n edges between two vertices as ${\Rightarrow}$ and n maps as $f_1{\sim}f_n$, and $E{\oplus}E{\oplus}{\cdots}{\oplus}E$ (n times) as ${\oplus}_nE$. We show that if E is an injective left R-module, then $${\oplus}_nE{\Longrightarrow[50]^{p_1{\sim}p_n}}E$$ is an injective representation of $Q={\bullet}{\Rightarrow}{\bullet}$ where $p_i(a_1,a_2,{\cdots},a_n)=a_i,\;i{\in}\{1,2,{\cdots},n\}$. Dually we show that if $M_1{\Longrightarrow[50]^{f_1{\sim}f_n}}M_2$ is an injective representation of a quiver $Q={\bullet}{\Rightarrow}{\bullet}$ then $M_1$ and $M_2$ are injective left R-modules. We also show that if P is a projective left R-module, then $$P\Longrightarrow[50]^{i_1{\sim}i_n}{\oplus}_nP$$ is a projective representation of $Q={\bullet}{\Rightarrow}{\bullet}$ where $i_k$ is the kth injection. And if $M_1\Longrightarrow[50]^{f_1{\sim}f_n}M_2$ is an projective representation of a quiver $Q={\bullet}{\Rightarrow}{\bullet}$ then $M_1$ and $M_2$ are projective left R-modules.

The space $BV^2_{\alpha}(I)$ of all the real functions defined on interval $I=[a,b]{\subset}\mathbb{R}$, which are of bounded second ${\alpha}$-variation (in the sense De la Vall$\acute{e}$ Poussin) on I forms a Banach space. In this space we define an operator of substitution H generated by a function $h:I{\times}\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$, and prove, in particular, that if H maps $BV^2_{\alpha}(I)$ into itself and is globally Lipschitz or uniformly continuous, then h is an affine function with respect to the second variable.

수치지도는 다양한 GIS 어플리케이션의 기반데이터로 최신성이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 하지만 기존의 항공사진과 현지측량을 통한 갱신 방법은 짧은 주기로 변하는 현실 세계를 신속하게 반영하지 못한다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 특히 수치지도에서 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 건물은 신축, 개축, 증축이 수시로 일어나기 때문에 기존의 갱신 방안으로는 한계점이 존재하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 건축행정시스템(e-AIS)의 건축 도면 및 대장 정보를 이용한 수치 지도 갱신 및 검수 방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 시스템화 하였다. 본 연구의 성과로 수치지도의 갱신 주기를 단축시킬 수 있으며, 또한 기 구축된 자료를 재활용한다는 측면에서 효과적인 갱신 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

수치지도는 제작 과정뿐만 아니라 갱신 및 검수 작업도 정확성과 최신성을 유지하기 위해 매우 중요하다. 하지만 항공사진과 현지측량을 통한 기존의 갱신 방법은 짧은 주기로 변하는 현실 세계를 충분히 반영하지 못한다는 한계를 갖고 있어 수치지도의 최신성을 유지하기 위한 효율적인 새로운 갱신 방안이 요구된다. 이를 위해 인터넷건축행정시스템(e-AIS)의 건축도면과 건축물대장정보를 이용하면 신축, 개축, 증축 등이 수시로 일어나는 건물에 대해 수치지도의 갱신을 위한 신속하고 효과적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 건축도면에서 추출된 공간 정보와 건축물대장에서 취득된 속성 정보를 이용하여 수치지도의 건물 레이어를 갱신하는 방법을 제시하였다.

To develop the host-vector system for industrial Coryneform bacteria that seemed to be the most suitable microorganisms for molecular breeding of genes involved in the production of amion acids, nucleotides, and other products of industrial interest, broad host range E. coli plasmid R 1162 DNA was transformed into Brevibacterium ammoniagenes and the plasmids pKU6 isolated from a transformant was physically characterized. All other plasmids from the transformed cells except pKU6 exsisted as multimeric forms in Brevibacterium ammoniagenes. The plasmid DNA was retransformed into Corynebacterium glutamicum with a high frequency ($1.32{\times}10^{-1}$ per cell) and maintained stably both in Brevibacterium ammoniagenes and Corynebacterium glutamicum after 100 generations of cultures with 25-30 copy number per cell. The size of both plasmid pKU6 and plasmid R1162 were the same and restriction maps by EcoR I, Ava I, Pst I, Pvu II and Hinc II were also similar.

This paper mainly deals with the tilted Carath$\acute{e}$odory class by angle ${\lambda}$ ${\in}$ ($-{\pi}/2$, ${\pi}/2$), denoted by $P{\lambda}$) an element of which maps the unit disc into the tilted right half-plane {<${\omega}$ : Re $e^{i{\lambda}}{\omega}$ > 0}. Firstly we will characterize $P{\lambda}$ from different aspects, for example by subordination and convolution. Then various estimates of functionals over $P{\lambda}$ are deduced by considering these over the extreme points of $P{\lambda}$ or the knowledge of functional analysis. Finally some subsets of analytic functions related to $P{\lambda}$ including close-to-convex functions with argument ${\lambda}$, ${\lambda}$-spirallike functions and analytic functions whose derivative is in $P{\lambda}$ are also considered as applications.
