인터넷 이용은 전 세계적으로 아주 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있고 이러한 추세는 한국도 마찬가지이다. 인터넷 성장은 사회 시스템 전반에 큰 영향을 미치고 있으며, 대표적 자료수집방법인 서베이 분야에도 그 영향은 예외가 아니다. 이미 미국, 유럽의 선진국에서는 인터넷 서베이가 크게 각광받고 있으며, 우리나라의 여러 조사기관들도 인터넷 서베이를 실시하고 있다. 인터넷 서베이는 우리나라에도 어느 정도 그 여건이 성숙되어 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그렇지만 아직 응답자의 응답에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 선행연구조차 정리되어 있지 못하고 있는 설정이다. 본 연구는 전자우편 설문조사에 있어 어떤 요인들이 응답자의 반응, 즉 응답률과 응답속도, 응답품질에 영향을 미치는가 하는 문제에 대한 기존의 연구결과를 정리하고 있다. 문헌연구의 대상으로 포함된 영향요인은 개인화, 조사기관의 성격, 응답자에 대한 보상, 설문지의 물리적 특성, 사전알림, 후속편지의 여섯 개다. 이들 여섯 개 영향요인을 중심으로 전자우편 설문조사를 이용한 기존의 선행연구 결과들을 정리해보고자 한다.

본 연구는 스포츠 휴먼브랜드의 굿즈상품(Goods) 가치, 감정반응(PAD), 소비 행동 간 일어나는 현상을 분석하기 위해 2021년 10월 18일~2022년 1월 12일까지 온라인 서베이(URL), DM, E-mail 등을 활용하여 371명을 편의 표준추출법으로 표집하였으며, 불성실한 응답자 51명을 제외한 유효 표본 320명을 인과 관계(SEM)를 적용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 휴먼 브랜드의 굿즈 가치는 감정반응에 정(+)의 영향으로 가설이 채택되었다. 둘째, 감정반응은 소비 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 가설이 채택되었다. 셋째, 휴먼 브랜드의 굿즈 가치는 소비 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 부분적으로 가설이 채택되었다. 마지막으로 굿즈상품(goods) 가치와 소비 행동의 관계에서 감정반응의 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의 의미한 것으로 나타났다.

Objectives To understand current status of clinical practice patterns on Korean Medicine treatment practice of traffic injury patients by 2nd on-line survey for developing Korean Medicine treatment clinical pratice guideline (CPG) for traffic injuries. Methods A revised questionnaire about current practice patterns of Korean Medicine treatments for traffic injuries was distributed by e-mail survey to 19,385 respondents of Korean Medicine doctors from May 21th in 2018 to June 21th in 2018. All data were statistically analysed. Results The response rate was 3.5%. Most of the respondents felt necessity of the development of Korean Medicine CPG for traffic injuries. The results showed the detailed usage and trend of current Korean Medicine treatment such as acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, moxibustion, Chuna manual therapy, cupping, Korean Medicine physiotherpy for traffic injury patients. Conclusions This survey helps to determine current Korea Medicine treatments' clinical practice patterns for traffic injury patients. All data from the survey will provide basic data for future clinical studies and adaptation for the revision of Korean Medicine CPG for traffic injuries.

Objectives: This study aimed to understand the current status of clinical practice patterns of Korean medicine in the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the hip and finger joints using web-based survey. Methods: An e-mail questionnaire survey was conducted with the Korean Medicine Doctor(K.M.D) registered in the Korean Medicine Association. The survey data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Results: Although the response rate of the survey was low, the characteristics of the respondents generally reflected the characteristics of the study population. A total of 35.2% of the respondents had heard of the guidelines; however, they did not use them for medical treatment. The reason as answered by 32.8% of the respondents was "not enough treatment time to check the manual and apply it." More than half (78.80%) answered that they were treating patients with both degenerative hip and finger arthritis; however, the average monthly number of first-time patients was ≤5. A total of 379 (60.9%) respondents answered that "acupuncture is very important," which was the only one that exceeded the majority compared to other treatments. As a result of the safety investigation, "Acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping" were considered high in safety, while "Pharmacopuncture and Bee venom acupuncture" were considered low in safety. Conclusions: This survey helped to determine the current clinical practice patterns of Korean medicine treatments, further providing basic data for CPGs for degenerative arthritis of the hip and finger joints.

본 연구는 기업의 전자거래 활용유형을 조직관리 관점에서 이해하는 것이고 서로 다른 유형의 전자거래 활동이 정보시스템 및 네트워크 중심의 조직설계 도메인(domain) 구조에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 이해하고 전자거래 유형별 조직관리의 차이존재 여부를 검증한다. 본 연구모델은 기업의 전자거래 활동유형을 세 가지 즉, 구매측면, 내부, 그리고 판매측면으로 구분하여 조직관리 특성요인들 즉, 분권화, 공식화, 전문화, 통합화와의 구성개념들로 구성되었으며 다중회귀분석에 의한 탐색을 위해 58개 업체들로 받은 설문을 활용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 전자거래 유형별 조직의 특성과 역량을 올바르게 이해하고 온-라인 관점에서 업무프로세스 통합의 기본요소들인 조직구성원의 권한부여와 역할의 구성과 같은 조직설계 및 관리 요인에 대하여 방향설정을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구가 시사하는 바가 있다고 본다.

This article examines gender differences in stress levels and coping strategies while using mobile phones. We constructed an e-mail survey to collect data from 1,000 adults in South Korea, and used latent means comparison and multi-group structural regression in structural equation modeling. It was determined that as compared to men, women were more vulnerable to stress. Regarding coping, women used all three coping strategies more equally than men, including active coping, expressive support seeking, and avoidance, whereas men mainly chose active coping; however, there were no significant gender differences in coping outcomes, and both women and men coped effectively by choosing their own personal strategies. We suggested how to reduce stress levels for women through enhancing their self-efficacy, as self-efficacy was shown to reduce stress levels specifically for women. Additionally, based on our findings, we proposed how both men and women could cope more effectively.

This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

The internet-based electronic commerce is considered as a new strategic alternative to boost competitiveness for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). However, very little research about them has been reported. Meanwhile, the cyber shopping shops in Korea are growing rapidly in their numbers, scales, and diversity of business models. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing outsourcing decisions in the implementation of small and medium-sized cyber shopping shops. Based on the previous studies on IS outsourcing, marketing channel, and their related theories, three areas of determinants(IT & organizational, product, marketing channel characteristics) were identified. Responses of 125 cyber shopping shops from e-mail survey indicate that IT capability, technical specificity of shop implementation, degree of product customization, average amount of order, marketing capability are negatively associated with outsourcing of cyber shopping shop implementation. The results also indicate that the outsourcing decision on systems implementation and marketing channel selection(direct/indirect selling) is performed separately.

This paper proposes an empirical evidence about contextual factors which determine perceived business performances of small firms resulted from IT investment. In this paper, small firms are defined as firms of which total employees are below fifty. These small firms account for 95% of total number of private companies in Korea. We used a perceived IT performance model based on Balanced Scorecard framework to evaluate IT performance of small firms. And data were collected by Web and e-mail survey method with multiple screening. Statistical results show that business performance of small firms are differentiated in terms of firm size, location, longevity, age of owner, education level of owner, while industry sector, profitability, sex of owner don't make significant differences.

This survey suggests current dairy information system in Kyong-ki province and personal computer education for dairy farmers in Korea. With the development of internet and dairy database system, more effective, quick delivery of dairy management and technology would be possible. Dairy expert's E-mail advice and using multimedia will be a great method to provide dairy technologies in Korea.
