Apo E polymorphism(e2, e3, e4) was among the first reported genetic polymorphism that explained part of the normal variation in plasma cholesterol concentrations. Among 62 normolipidemic healthy females, aged 19 up to 22 years, the relative frequencies of E3/3 was 0.806(n=50), E3/2 was 0.081(n=5), E3/4 allele was 0.113(n=7), and no E2/2, E2/4 and E4/4 were found. Based on the five samples of E2 allele, five subjects were randomly selected by E3 and E4 groups for the study of effects of apo E polymorphism on the distribution of serum lipid and amino acids profiles. No differences in the anthro pometric data among apo E isomers were found, otherwise the pulsation was higher in E4 than that in the others. There were no differences in plasma total HDL , HDL3 , HDL2 & LDL cholesterol, and apo A I concentrations. However, phenotype means significantly rank E2>E3>E4 allele in average TG levels(p=0.014), and rank E4>E3>E2 in total cholesterol levels(p=0.011). Atherogenic index(AI) such as lipoproteins was significantly increased in E2 & E4 than that in E3(p=0.045). Subjects with E3/2 allele had significantly higher concentrations of glutamine, phosphoserine and taurine, while subjects with E3/4 allele showed significantly lower concentrations of arginine and am inobutyrate and elevated level of phosphoserine in plasma com pared to those of E3/3 allele. Higher level of plasma taurine in subjects with E3/2 or E3/4 allele appears to be related to the elevated level of plasma total and LDL cholesterol concentrations compared to those of E3/3 allele.

최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 대부분 웹사이트의 외관과 디자인이 훌륭하게 제작되고, 이용도 손쉽게 할 수 있도록 제작되고 있다. 특히 저비용 항공사에서는 웹사이트의 품질이 고객의 항공기 예약과 구매에 직결되기 때문에 웹사이트 품질이 고객의 충성도에 중요한 요인으로 작용하게 된다. 저비용 항공사에 대한 고객의 충성도는 긍정적 구전과 재구매와 직결되기 때문에 웹사이트 품질향상에 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 저비용 항공사 웹사이트 품질의 속성을 도출하고, 웹사이트 품질이 e-만족, e-신뢰, e-충성도에 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 검증하였다. 또한 e-만족, e-신뢰, e-충성도의 영향 요인을 검증하였다. 가설검증결과 저비용 항공사의 웹사이트 품질, e-만족, 그리고 e-신뢰는 e-충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 웹사이트 품질은 e-만족과 e-신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 하지만 e-만족은 e-신뢰에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 연구되었다.

Les modes des costumes naitonaux de $cor{\acute{e}}e$ est plus simple que celle du Occident. mais les facons, sur les quelles les mesures fondamentalement agissent, ont des $varit{\acute{e}}s$ selon les personnes qui se les habillent: masculines, $f{\acute{e}}m$ nines, jeunes, vieilles. [parce que le coefficient $conr{\acute{e}}ratif$ ayant rapponts au tour de poitrine (r=0.512) est plus haut que celui qui est relatif a la taille (r=0.436).

Fatigue lives of C.T. specimens containing the holes or the holes filled with other materials are investiated by experimental and analytical methods. The results of the study are as follows; 1) The fatigue lives are in the order of E'/E > 1, E'/E = 1, and E'/E < 1, where E' is the Young's modulus of other materials filling holes and E is that of matrix. 2) The fatigue life of E'/E = 0 is shortest than thost of E'/E > 1, E'/E = 1 and E'/E < 1. 3) The fatigue life of C.T. specimen containing the holes filled with other materials is shorter than that of matrix without holes. 4) Because of the stress concentration around the bonding boundary, crack initiates from the lower left on the boundary and propagates toward the upper right along the boundary.

1990년 5월부터 1991년 10월까지 국립공원 내장산, 지리산과 전주근교의 용문사와 전라도 임업시험림이 있는 만덕산, 강원도 평창군의 발왕산에서 다수의 외대 버섯를 채집하였다. 이 외대버섯류를 동정한 결과 한국 미기록종으로 확인된 것은 다음과같으며 이들에 대하여 한국보통명을 신칭하였다. 이것들은 E. fuscodiscum (검댕이 외대 버섯), E. incanum (녹색외대버섯), E. fracturans (파열외대버섯), E. lignoputridum (고목외대버섯), E. nigroviolaceum var. striatulum (흑보라줄외대버섯), E. grayanum var. grayanum (회색외대버섯아재비), E. maleoens (큰렌즈외대버섯) and E. pungens (가시외대버섯)이다.

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary vitamin E on the lipid composi-tion of rats treated with carbon tetrachloride. Rats were divided into five groups I. e. C(soybean oil with vitamin E(40mg/kg diet)) EF(CCl4 with vitamin E deficient diet) 40E(CCl4 with vitamin E(40mg/kg diet) 400E(CCl4 with vitamin E(400mg/kg diet) 800E(CCl4 with vitamin E(800mg/kg diet) Body weight gain and food efficient ratio were not observed significant differences. The liver weight was significantly increased in the CCl4 treated groups but the liver weight of 800E group was significantly lower than that of EF group. In EF and 40E groups kidney weights were significantly higher compared to that of C group. The content of total lipid in liver of 40E and 400E groups were significantly higher than that of control group but in 400E and 800E groups the contents were significantly lower compared with that of EF group. The content of triglyceride in liver was significantly higher in the CCl4 treated group and the content of cholesterol was significantly higher in the EF and 40E groups but those of 800E group were significantly lower compared with those of EF group. In CCl4 administration groups were significantly higher than those of control group and 400E and 800E groups were significantly lower than those of EF group.

이 연구는 미래 e-러닝 모습에 기반을 둔 e-러닝 표준화 로드맵 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선 IT 기술, 교육, 표준화 기관 전문가로 구성된 e-러닝 표준화 위원회를 구성하였고, 이 위원회는 본 연구의 진행 과정과 연구물을 검토해 주었다. 연구의 첫 단계로 국내외 e-러닝 현황과 관련 연구를 조사한 다음, 이를 바탕으로 e-러닝 시나리오를 먼저 작성하였다. e-러닝 시나리오는 탑다운 방식의 로드맵 개발 방법론을 채택하여 2015년의 초중등 교육 대학 교육, 평생 교육 세 개의 e-러닝 시나리오를 작성하였다. 두 번째 단계로는 이 시나리오를 바탕으로 현재 e-러닝 표준화 요소와의 차이 분석을 통해 e-러닝 표준화 로드맵 v2를 작성하였다. 작성된 미래 e-러닝 시나리오와 e-러닝 표준화 로드맵은 교사, 교육 전문가 등 e-러닝 수혜자들이 미래의 e-러닝을 대비하고, e-러닝 표준화를 이해하는데 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

Many species of the genus Entolama were collected at Mt. Jiri National Park, Mt. Baikyang National Park, Mt. Sunun Provincial Park and Mt. Balwang from June, 1991 to september, 1991.These sepecies were identified. According to the results, Entolama convexum, E. roanense, E.clavipes,E.tephreum, E.ochraceumand E.weberi were newly recorded in Korea.These species were described and their Korean names were designed.

We introduce the notion of (L, e)-filters with fuzzy partially order e on complete residuated lattice L. We investigate (L, e)-filters induced by the family of (L, e)-filters and functions. In fact, we study the initial and final structures for the family of (L, e)-filters and functions. From this result, we define the product and co-product for the family of (L, e)-filters and functions.

eIF4E는 번역개시과정에서 중심조절자 역할을 한다. eIF4E와 eIF4G의 결합이 mRNA의 번역을 촉발하기 때문에, 여러 단백질들이 이 결합을 저해함으로써 번역과정을 조절한다. 인간 4E-T는 eIF4E 결합단백질 중의 하나로, 결합한 mRNA의 번역을 저해할 뿐 아니라, eIF4E를 processing body (P-body)로 이동시키는 기능을 가지고 있다. Clast4는 인간의 4E-T와 상동성을 가지는 생쥐 단백질로 번역 조절에 중요한 기능을 할 것으로 추측되지만, 그 특징은 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 Clast4의 인산화된 상태와 eIF4E와의 결합력, Clast4 과발현시 세포증식의 변화에 대한 특징을 관찰하였다. Clast4는 PKA에 의해 in vivo에서 아미노말단의 몇몇 잔기가 인산화되는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 PKA에 의해 인산화된 Clast4는 eIF4E와의 결합력이나 Clast4의 세포 내 위치에는 큰 변화가 없었다. Clast4는 eIF4E1과 CPEB와 결합하며, Clast4의 보존된 eIF4E 결합 서열인 $YXXXXL_{\phi}$가 eIF4E1A와의 결합에서는 중요하지만 eIF4E1B와의 결합에서는 큰 영향이 없는 것으로 관찰되었다. 잘 알려져 있는 eIF4E 조절자인 4E-BP의 경우와 유사하게 Clast4를 과발현하였을 때 세포의 증식이 감소되었다. 이러한 결과는 Clast4가 세포 내에서 전반적인 번역 조절에 관여하고 있다는 것을 시사한다.
