  • In this paper, we find the matrix representation of multi-degree reduction by $L_{\infty}$ of $B{\acute{e}}zier$ curves with constraints of endpoints continuity. Using the basis transformation between Chebyshev polynomials and Bernstein polynomials we can derive the matrix representation of multi-degree reduction of $B{\acute{e}}zier$ with respect to $L_{\infty}$ norm.

  • The E-Euler process has been proposed for autonomous dynamical systems in [7]. In this paper, the E-Euler process is extended to nonautonomous dynamical systems. When a discrete function is bounded or gradually decreases to ${\epsilon}\;<<\;1$ as $n\;{\rightarrow}\;{\infty}$, it is shown that the relative error converges to a constant or decreases.

  • In this paper, we investigate the extensions of generalized stable rings. It is shown that a ring R is a generalized stable ring if and only if R has a complete orthogonal set {e$_1$, . . . , e$_n$} of idempotents such that e$_1$Re$_1$, . . . , e$_n$Re$_n$ are generalized stable rings. Also, we prove that a ring R is a generalized stable ring if and only if R[[X]] is a generalized stable ring if and only if T(R,M) is a generalized stable ring.

  • The aim of this paper is to obtain three interesting results for reducibility of Kamp$\'{e}$ de $\'{e}$riet function. The results are derived with the help of contiguous Gauss's second summation formulas obtained earlier by Lavoie et al. The results obtained by Bailey, Rathie and Nagar follow special cases of our main findings.

  • In this paper, a new PID fuzzy controller(FC) is presented. The linguistic control rules of PID FC is separated into two parts : one is e-.DELTA.e part, and the other is .DELTA.$^{2}$e - .DELTA.e part. And then two FCs employing these rule base individually are synthesized. The control input to the process is decided by taking weighted mean of the outputs of two FCs. The proposed PID FC improve the transient response of the system and gives better performance than the conventional PI FC.

  • This paper examines the relationship between IT investment and the improvement of efficiency from the perspective of organizational contingency by the type of organizations and their maturity in IT use in terms of their history of e-commerce use. Organizations are divided into private and public in nature, and into experienced and inexperienced in e-commerce. An analysis was performed on data from 286 organizations in tourism industry. Comparison among the four groups showed differences in competitive and operational efficiency.

  • This paper proposes a learning control algorithm for trajectory tracking of large scale system. The controller using only localized informations is composed of stabilizing controller and iterative learning controller. Stabilization and convergence of each subsystem is assured under some conditions which are inequalities of inter-connection terms and learning controller gain.

  • In the paper the following propositions are proved. 1) If ($Q,{\cdot},e$) is a B-algebra, then there exists a group($Q,A,^{-1}$, 1) such that the following equalities hold e=1 and ${\cdot}=^{-1}A$, where $^{-1}A(x,y)=z{\Longleftrightarrow^{def}}A(z,y)=x$; and 2) If ($Q,A,^{-1}$, e) is a group, then ($Q,^{-1}A$, e) is a B-algebra.
